We selected and paid for the AMS Protection Plan with $5,000 in declared coverage, expecting professionalism, accountability, and basic protection of our property. Instead, we are now dealing with a missing high-value item and the stress of filing a police report. We have formally notified the company and requested an internal investigation. At this point, the issue remains unresolved. Moving companies are trusted with access to customers' homes and personal belongings, so situations like this are extremely serious.
