Thanks to Redhawk Mechanical for their exceptional service and communication. Other companies said my only option was to buy a new HVAC system. Redhawk Mechanical was able to repair and save me literally thousands. Rest assured, when it comes time to buy a new system, they will be my first call. read more

Great service, nice local guys and honest! Our AC went out on a Friday and we were desperate plus didn't know the first thing about AC/furnace replacement. We almost went with our first quote from a large company/ton of advertising and they were $$$$$! Jason was recommended by a friend, he came out the next day quoted us and was able to install the following day! Great service, the install guys were very nice and made it work! Definitely recommend this company!!! read more

These guys are top notch! Professional, quickly responded and did an amazing job at a VERY reasonable price. Camden and his team were here on time, replaced an old old air conditioner and furnace, and I am now sitting in a much much cooler home. They even rearranged their schedules to get to us right away during a heat wave. They were all friendly, explained what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. So happy I chose Redhawk Mechanical! I am not disappointed and will refer them to all my friends! Thanks, Guys!!! read more

I'm a tenant at a house Jason and his team worked at. They were were the most unprofessional, unresponsive, mediocre company I have ever dealt with. He left an apprentice of his replacing two AC units and not once did he do a walk through to check the work done. The ac tech struggled the entire time in every way you can think of, from removing the old unit and scrapping the door frame to installing the new one. The tech took longer than anticipated because he seemed to either work slow as he was" just learning" according to Jason. The worker picked up the big pieces of debris but never vacuumed leaving all kinds of fiber glass and dirt. He Left dirty finger prints all over the access door. He Left screws around the unit where my kids play basketball. He used the old rusted screw on the anchor outside which was there before. I mean seriously, you're so mediocre you won't even use a new screw! That night My furnace went out in the middle of a 30 degree night here in Temecula due to his worker moving the furnace door, therefore it shut off when it completely came off- like I said he struggled the entire time, it was clear it was a two man job especially being "new". My landlord brought him out here the following day because we didn't know what was wrong with the furnace, there we found out that he door was dislodged, so the the same tech had the bright idea to screwed on the door, which never needed to be screwed on before they worked upstairs- it was perfectly fine. He left never apologized. A few days later the furnace began making a noise as it turned on the landlord brought them out AGAIN. They said I was hearing things. I brought up the fact that they left their job site dirty including the nasty hand prints and he said nothing and still didn't clean it. This company is a joke and Jason is the main clown followed by the other one. I'd also like to mention that the tech went into my boys restroom and took a dump, which I was so disgusted and upset since he never asked me to use it. I would've been ok if he'd asked first, but just the fact that he just overstepped. I was disgusted and had to clean and disinfect it. If you want to avoid headaches hire real professionals not a mediocre "company"! You've been warned. I have videos but I can't upload, only pics. read more

Our AC unit died right before a heatwave hit. We called a few places first, but when I called Redhawk Mechanical I got Jason on the phone. He sounded very knowledgeable, happy to help, and he answered all my questions on the spot so we decided to go ahead and schedule a quote. A few hours later Jason was at our home and provided a quote on installing a new AC and furnace system. The price was very reasonable and Jason was upfront about everything. Once work was approved, Jason, Josh, and Victor started work on removing the old unit the same day. Installation on new units was completed the following day. We had curious kids and dogs running around everywhere but Josh and Victor remained friendly and professional. Every step of working with Redhawk Mechanical was a pleasant experience. Nothing but positive things to say about their team. They are definitely our new go-to guys for all our heating and AC needs. read more

As great as others have said it is! RECOMMENDED! From start to finish Jason and Cam were absolute professionals. Spoke to Jason at 10am and the job was done by 1:30pm by Camden. The only company that asked what was going on over the phone and actually cared about whats going on and right away I knew Jason knew what he was talking about. Immediately after speaking to Jason, I received a call from Camden letting me know how long he was going to take to get here as well as asked for info on what was wrong with the A/C unit, soon after that he arrived and the diagnosis and repair happened within 45 mins. AMAZING WORK ETHIC AND KNOWLEDGE! The BEST! read more

Jason and Josh fixed our ac issues in one trip! We will only use them for our ac needs.

I called Jason to see if he could give me a quote for a new A/C unit which mine had gone out last summer which was miserable. I found an ad in a mailer and called a few different companies. Jason had the best customer service and reviews so I had his company come out and check my unit. I had a tune up on my furnace done and also a brand new A/C unit installed. The whole time Jason the owner was very communicative and his helper whom he sent to do the job had very good manners and was very kind. They got the whole job done in a few hours and everything works great. Jason came by himself as the job was being finished to just make sure everything was going well and his helper was being polite and as I said before he was. He and my daughter got to talking about business and he is very personable and just a really kind family man. We really enjoyed working with him and he has a great energy. read more

We picked Jason Winslow of Redhawk Mechanical to supply our 4200 square foot home with two 4-ton Ultra-low NOx furnaces with a 4-ton AC on one. Two days after we signed the contract, the units were installed. All units were Lennox brands from AC Pro. Jason halted the furnace install because he had experienced problems with the AC Evaporator Coil from his distributor. Instead, he waited several hours to obtain a Coil that he found to be 100% reliable in dozens of installs. His team consisted of specialists that worked diligently and took pride in their work. Call Jason at Redhawk Mechanical for quality work at a very reasonable price. read more

So our AC went out in July and we thought we could hold out to fix it, but with the current 106 temps..it was time!!! After much research, I saw RedHawk Mechanical referred on the Next Door app, as well as high ratings on Yelp. So I called this morning at 9:30, and Jason was literally here within 30 minutes! Wow! He was friendly, very informative and reasonably priced and military friendly! We would DEFINITELY use them again! read more

Jason and Cam were timely, professional and reasonably priced. They services our three HVAC units and provided us with tools to maximize their life without pushing unneeded services on us. A refreshing maintenance experience and I highly recommend them. read more

Great company. Came over quickly to do a move-in maintenance on our two AC units. Jason explained everything to us, which we much appreciated since we'd never had central air before. He told us what to look out for and what we may need to upgrade in the future. He never tried to sell us anything or pressure us and was professional and kind. Will definitely be using them for all our AC needs. read more

Jason impresses me as someone who is very proud of his work. He was prompt, keeping me informed by phone as to when he anticipated arriving. After inspecting our air conditioner, he took the time to explain what the problem was, showing me how he arrived at his conclusion and what my options were. He finished working on our system Sunday afternoon. Monday morning, he visited our home and asked if we were satisfied with the performance of our air conditioner. The cost of the repair was very fair. The quality of Jason's work is excellent. I definitely recommend Redhawk Mechanical for air conditioner/heating repairs. read more

A/C was blowing room-temperature air. Jason came out same day, found that the coolant level was low, added refridgerant and charged a fair price. I was impressed that he didn't try to upsale or overcharge on an extremely hot day, an experience I'd had with a previous service I used. I'd highly recommend Jason for honest work at an honest price. read more

Absolutely the best. I will never use or recommend anyone else. After receiving an astounding estimate from ASI for $7,000 for a new furnace, ductwork, permits and inspections, I called Jason at Redhawk Mechanical on the advice of a friend. He and his partner Cam came out to the house, checked the furnace, ductwork, etc. I received a quote of $1725 for the furnace. They said the ductwork was perfect and that no permits or inspections are required. They have my business for life and I've already recommended them to friends. read more

If I could give Jason and John 10 stars I would! Redhawk Mechanical is AWESOME. Our airconditioning unit stopped working in the middle of the night! We called Jason at 6:30 in the morning and he was able to get us on his schedule that same day! They came on time. They were so friendly and professional. And above all else, they are honest. He told us exactly what the issue was and they looked into the problem and actually fixed it. Jason knew we did not want to buy a new unit as we are getting ready to move so he was able to do a fantastic repair job for a really reasonable and fair price! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thanks for making my Friday 13th so lucky! :) read more

Our HVAC system quit last month. I called and They came out the next morning and got it going for us at a very reasonable price. However, a few days later the motor quit while Jason was out of town. He promised to come by as soon as he got back in town. We spent a few hot days sitting in front of a fan, but he was true to his promise and even gave us a huge discount on the repair. Now it's almost as good as new. I highly recommend Redhawk Mechanical for honest, reliable, and skilled workmanship. read more

Redhawk Mechanical is the best! I called and spoke with Jason regarding my A/C unit; it seemed to not be cooling like I felt it should be. He came out same day ... (Actually within an hour!) he tested the A/C unit, checked filters , coolant , etc. the unit needed some new parts , a new filter, and Bada-Bing ...it's back working more efficiently. Jason was friendly, honest, and I am totally satisfied with RedHawk Mechanical. I won't hesitate to recommend these gentlemen to my friends! read more

Yeah, as good as it gets! Jason (and his apprentice, Marcus) went totally above and beyond. My air conditioner compressor went out on Sunday night, so I called him. Yes, Sunday evening! He took my call, made an appointment to look over my problem the next morning. He came as promised (texted before he showed up), looked over everything, spent a LONG time doing diagnostics -- while I sat there and watched and asked questions -- came to a conclusion and gave me a price and time. For a flat fee, which would include parts, labor, extras, taxes, he would put in a new compressor and get my system up and running. Today he brought the new compressor, and then spent almost 5 hours doing the deed! He went completely over my entire HVAC system -- took it apart, removed and cleaned all the coils and evaporators and motors, and then checked it thoroughly. So now I'm cool, cool, cool, it's running beautifully, and I really expect to sleep better tonight (because all the dust and gunk in the system has been cleaned out) and I expect my electrical bill to be much less. Thank you Jason! read more

They came out 1 -2 years ago and installed a new furnace & a/c. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Recently, the a/c is having a problem. I phoned on 6-28-18 to schedule a service call, no response...I called three additional time in the next 10 days-no response. I left voicemails with each phone call asking to please return my call, (100 + degrees), I'm still waiting for a return call. I guess we'll have to give someone else our business read more

Professional, on time and did a great job fixing my a/c unit. They were reasonable and honest.

I was told by another a/c tech that I needed a new a/c unit for my upstairs system. Well, the unit finally died or so I thought. I had budgeted over $4,500.00 for a new a/c. So I called Jason at Redhawk Mechanical based on his company's five star rating on Yelp fully expecting him to confirm the earlier assesment. I was wrong. Jason said all I needed was a new capacitor and a hard start kit plus one pound of R-22 freon. He showed up on time, was very profesional and honest, saving me $4,200.00. Sweet. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Jason. read more

Jason was the best! From the 1st phone call to the final fix Jason was on it he came in looked at the problem and DIDNT try and rip us off.Definitely a great worth great values. Highly recommend them. The 1st repair guy wanted to charge us in the thousands to fix the problem and told us we needed new everything. Jason was upfront quick and honest. The job cost considerably less and we once again had ac in under 30 min. read more

Jason really went the extra mile for us. He was able to respond onsite within 2 hours of my initial phone call, and promptly fixed the issue at an affordable rate. Our AC unit stopped working, and the fix would have been $450, but we were able to find a rate that worked out for both of us. Redhawk will be my first call every time for AC issues. read more

Jason was unbelievable from start to finish. In my first conversation with him he offered to check my system before even talking about estimating the replacement cost. I thought my system was too small for the size of my home. He did a thorough job of inspecting the system inside and out and determined my system was working just fine, the size was correct and explained how the system worked in a manufactured home. I was so impressed with his integrity, honesty and genuine concern for my situation. I can't say enough good things about Jason. Few people today do what is best for the client and not for their pocket book. If you have a questionable situation, call Jason, he will give you a straight, honest answer to your situation. Our air conditioner quit working on a Thursday. We chose Redhawk Mechanical because they specialize in heating and AC. We read the good reviews on Yelp and needed someone to come ASAP because a heat wave was coming. We called Thursday night and Jason made an appointment to come on Friday morning. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem right away. Unfortunately, we needed a whole new unit so he scheduled an installation the next morning. Jonathan showed up on Saturday morning. He was very efficient and we were impressed by his knowledge as well. We will surely refer Redhawk Mechanical to our friends and family. read more

Best service ever!! Honest, dependable and best customer service!!! Jason was great and I highly recommend him!!!

Father's Day weekend, blazing hot and my mother in law's a/c in Wildomar stopped working. I reached out to a friend who recommended Jason at Redhawk. On Monday, when it was super busy (I worked for an a/c contractor for 18 1/2 years and know the chaos of Mondays after a scorching hot weekend), Jason called me and around lunchtime, a very competent technician was dispatched to my mother in law. A short time later, the unit was up and running. This service was above and beyond terrific! read more

Words can't describe the gratitude and appreciation I have for this company. Jason made a private house call; during the holiday season to help repair our furnace. Even though, he was on vacation. When the time arrived to purchase a new unit once again, like Superman he saved the day . His technician were prompted and friendly. The cost with labor was half the cost of other competitors. So pleased to have them. read more

Called these guys for an inspection of the ducts in an attic. Asked an unusual question and he quickly said "We're not interested in the job" and HUNG UP ABRUPTLY! I called back to find out why and they put me into voice mail. Granted my question was unusual, but a simple "no" would have sufficed. Stay away from these paranoid prima donas! Very Rude! read more

Called Jason and he was able to come the next day, which was great, but did not mention anything about an extra charge for an "emergency call out" I had just requested he come out when he was available. Quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the parts on the truck to fix the unit and was done in less than 40 minutes. Disappointed that no quote was given before the repair was started, that should be standard business practice, and then I was told it was $450 to replace a condenser fan motor and capacitor, maybe $120 of that was parts, and the remaining $330 was for the 40 minute service call with the "emergency call out" I didn't request in the first place..... And the wiring for the motor direction and ground are sticking out the top of the unit, which he said is normal, but seems that it could easily be put inside the unit so it doesn't get damaged. Once again, actual repair was done quickly and correctly, which was great, but the cost was excessive and no quote was given before the repair was performed, which is not right. read more
