    Mocha

This is my go to coffee shop!! It's so tempting to stop here everyday when I walk into work (I usually stop at least a couple times a week). The staff are always very nice and friendly and it's the best coffee in Oakland. They have only a few tables and benches to sit at inside which fill quickly but there are also tables outside when the weather is nice. I almost always get a mocha. They use chocolate milk which I love because it makes a perfect not too sweet mocha. Everyone I work with loves their coffee!

I love a local coffee shop. Redhawk was recommended to us by family members who live in Pittsburgh. The latte was delicious. I bought a small pastry similar to a biscotti but not as dry. It was fantastic but I forgot a picture. I bought a bag of beans to take home and was offered a complimentary drip coffee for buying a bag. That was appreciated as prices are a bit higher than they should be due to tariffs.

Very solid coffee. Super large for what it is. The place was cozy. Staff was chill. You can't sit for long because it's a small location. The coffee was not overall sweet but still had the caramel flavor.

Great coffee spot in Pittsburgh. Barista was friendly and made a delicious latte. I ordered an oatmilk latte with honey and cinnamon. Would recommend again. Small inside but has more than enough seating if you need to stop in for a quick spot to warm up.

The blueberry muffin that I just devoured for breakfast was the best muffin I've ever had in my life. The cold brew is delicious too, very strong (in a good way) I didn't get any sleep but now I'm able to stay awake at work.

Cute small shop, so expect to sit outside or take you coffee to go, never seen open seats as there is always people here! I usually get the Iced Mocha here, and it's bomb! Perfect chocolate to coffee ratio! I also caved and got a chocolate croissant which was delicious.

The baristas here are super friendly and the espresso is pretty high quality. It's punchy and acidic and doesn't leave a bitter flavor in your mouth afterwards. There's some limited seating indoors with a nice area to chat and enjoy your beverage. I'd definitely give this place a try.

    Cappuccino

Not even a coffee person and this place turned me into a coffee person. This place along with La Prima blow Starbucks and Dunkin' out of the water. I don't even get anything crazy. Just a drip coffee with oat milk and once in a while a pump of vanilla. About $4.50 for a regular size. Sometimes I splurge and get a cappuccino and they do the cutest heart design. The flavor is so smooth and rich, and not bitter/burnt whatsoever, AND it doesn't give me heartburn. The coffee was so good that I decided to buy the beans to make it at home to save time and money- sorta. $24 a bag eek. But they grind the beans for you if you need, to whatever fineness you need, and you get a free cup of drip coffee with each purchase. I mathed it out, and 1 bag lasts me about 2 weeks, so $1.60 per cup. The place itself is very cozy, the staff is so nice and get your order ready quickly and if they make a mistake they don't hesitate to fix it and make it exactly how you want. Skip the Starbucks and just buy local, it's so much better here

This place is very cute and centrally located. The milk situation is on point. Fresh milk from a local farm. While we were ordering our drinks the milk man popped out of the back with all of the empty bottles, which gave me a bit of a chuckle. Coffee tasted great and the staff were super kind.

    Hot Cocoa

Honestly, really overpriced, but the drinks are pretty good! The interior is also very cute, but doesn't seem like a good place to do work because it can get loud. Hot Chocolate- The whipped cream on top added such sweet creaminess. It wasn't too sweet like the Starbucks one which I really appreciated. It was just really overpriced for the amount of hot chocolate there was. Overall, the only reason I wouldn't come back would be because of the price. If I had money to splurge on a drink, I would definitely come back.

Best coffee in Oakland and some of the best coffee in Pittsburgh. Only downside is the lack of space and seating inside.

Lovely but small local coffee spot with coffee drinks and local bagels and pastries. Loved my cappuccino and muffin.

Coffee tasted good, but it did not make my friend, and I feel great after drinking it. There are better options in Oakland.

It has a roastery, bakery, and several cafes in Southwestern Pennsylvania, and it provides training and equipment to other businesses. My husband and I were customers of this cafe in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood one time. The menu listed coffees, espressos, lattes, teas, hot cocoa, cookies, muffins, scones, sandwiches, etcetera. A refrigerator contained yogurts, juices, oat milk, and other bottled beverages. Shelves held bags of coffees and kettles. Employees kindly took my husband's order and payment and promptly made our beverages. Some tables and chairs were inside the cafe, so we sat down to enjoy our beverages. Other customers were using the dining area to read, spend time with family and friends, and work on laptops. I rate the Chai Latte has 5 stars and the holiday Sugar Plum Latte as 4.5 stars. We enjoyed their flavors. Each beverage was 12 ounces, and their total price was $11 plus tax and tip. I did notice that the cafe was very humid because of the cold weather outside and the many customers inside. The windows had much condensation. I wonder if a dehumidifer would reduce the indoor humidity.
