This was such a cute little place in Pitt!! I came for a weekend trip and we found this place and decided to try it!!! Some of the best coffee I've had!! Plus the barista took his time and really made sure to make each of our drinks right!! It's a little place, that doesn't have many seats but would be a perfect quiet place to come get some work done! It was wonderful on a chilly fall morning.... If I'm ever back in Pitt, Il be sure to stop by!!

Best coffee place ever! Unique combinations, amazing baristas and a great place to chill between work breaks. Also the cutest cups and dishes. For real, check out this place!

Easily the best coffee I had in Pittsburgh! Riley was passionate and great to talk to. Look forward to being back and grabbing a bag every time I'm in town.

If you enjoy quality coffee, go here. Inside a historic corner building, they brew their own beans and craft quality drinks. Every drink we ordered came well balanced and in the most unique cup. The honey cinnamon latte was delicious and my wife enjoyed their seasonal latte with pine. Our seven-year-old daughter loved the hot chocolate. Inside, there's space to sit and there's a unisex restroom.

My bestie and I stopped in here for a little coffee snack on the way to visit some wineries during our long weekend in Pittsburgh. We only popped in for a bit, but we loved it! The inside is clean and actually quite spacious despite being small. I absolutely loved the green tile backsplash behind the bar. We stopped in on Veteran's Day and there was just one other person having a coffee and working on their laptop, so it was very quiet (not sure if this is the usual atmosphere, but it would be great for remote working, if so). They have a coffee/espresso menu on the wall and then a more detailed book menu for pour over coffees. They also have some beers on tap! The man working the bar was nice and explained the menu to us when he learned we had never been in before. My friend ordered an americano and I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk (they didn't have almond milk, which is what I prefer). I've never had coffee cups like they use before either- they are biodegradable and so good for the planet, so I love that they try to help reduce waste here. Both coffees were smooth, rich, and flavorful. I would come back here if I'm ever in Pittsburgh again!

I stopped by here earlier today by myself for my morning coffee. Ghost Coffee Collab was somehow not on my radar and so I was excited whenever I ran past it a couple of days prior. Since the coffee smelled good from the outside, I knew I would have to head back sometime soon. On my next free morning that's exactly what I did. It's located on Forbes Ave in Uptown and there isn't much else around it that I could tell. The inside is a bit tiny and looks like it used to be a proper bar in its previous incarnation. Still, it feels cozy and has tile floors, wooden chairs and tables and with long booth along the window. While the inside isn't big, they do have a large outdoor area which I am sure would be nice on warmer days. For my coffee on my this morning I decided to go with an Americano after reading that this place serves specialty coffee. My drink was ready within minutes of ordering due to me being the only customer at that time. Since I had the time, I decided to have it at the coffee shop and so it was served in a small earthenware type mug. The coffee itself I thought was good. It was complex as it started off a bit bitter but finished with a some nice sugary notes which I enjoyed. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. I enjoyed my coffee here and would love to bring my family and sit outside on a warmer day.

Ghost Coffee Collab serves some of the best coffee I've had. The pour-over was incredible--smooth, rich, and unique. My wife got a vanilla latte and really enjoyed it. The space is comfortable. We've sat at both a booth and the bar, and both were nice spots to enjoy a coffee. Riley took great care of us--super knowledgeable and friendly. If you're into good coffee, this place is absolutely worth checking out.

After walking around the neighborhood, this one had seating, so we went inside. First, I'll say the coffee we tried was pretty good - a cappuccino and a brown sugar cinnamon latte. The barista asked "for here or to go" and the drinks still came in a paper cup anyway despite us saying "for here". I really enjoy having a coffee in an actual glass/mug when I say "for here". The ambiance was a bit confusing... not really sure what they were going for in the space, things were a bit choppy and thrown together. Kinda felt like you were in someone's garage with cluttered items on rickety shelves behind the counter. Our barista was very nice, but an awkward moment occurred when they were ringing us up - barista asked for a tip but then told us not to put the tip on the credit card because the owner steals from them. We felt this was a little uncomfortable and gave some unwelcoming energy. We also tried a Nutella croissant, which was very good! I think this shop has a lot of potential with some changes to service and decor.

LOVED our dinner at this place…read more We came here for dinner while visiting Pittsburgh. The first thing that struck me was the interior decor. Very industrial and moody with an open kitchen/preparation area that adds some intrigue. I do like to see the happenings of what's going on as someone with zero attention span. Service was excellent. George was fantastic. He kept a close eye on us without being overbearing. He anticipated what we might need so we didn't spend one second waiting to order anything. The menu is not endless or overwhelming which, presumably, allows them to focus on the items that are listed. I have decision panic so it was kinda nice to have less things to choose from. They asked if there were any allergies or dietary restrictions so I mentioned my vegetarianism. George went through the menu and pointed out the vegetarian options including what seems like it is vegetarian but isn't. They had TWO vegetarian entree options and fortunately the non-mushroom one was something I probably would have ordered anyway: pesto with walnuts, arugula, and a very generous amount of grated cheese. To start, I ordered the Brussels sprouts whichc I was warned had fish sauce. This was fine but nothing that blew me away. GF, on the other hand, loved this. GF ordered the wedge which was brought to our attention as vegetarian with the bacon on the side, which was her request. We ended up sharing both, a large part of that was because hers came out first and I couldn't wait but I'm so glad because the wege was FANTASTIC. The dressing? holy fuck pure ecastasy. The wedge was more like a filet shape which was much easier to eat. Who decided on the wedge shape anyway? The lettuce was so fresh and crisp and went wonderfully with that orgasmic dressing and breadcrumbs. Back to my pasta. Also delectable. Noodles were al dente. The sauce was creamy and packed that pesto umami flavor. The walnuts were a really nice contrast in texture. Everything about it absolutely fucking slapped. GF ordered the mushroom entree which came served on a bed of barley which, don't mind if I do, had a few forkfuls to "sample" for "my review". Again, so fucking good. Because it was my birthday, George provided a dessert (yuzu maybe?) that was served inside a meringue-esque igloo, creamy perfect balance of sweet and tart custard with some berry business underneath. Wonderful. I almost forgot their spectacular cocktails! Holy shit, literally they have a CORN CHIP cocktail that I could not pass up. It comes with two massive cornchips on top of a flavored foam. When you bring the glass up to sip, the cornchips are right in front of your nose and their aroma sets the stage for the drink which was STRONG. It wasn't as corn chip forward as I expected but I understand that flavor is probaly hard to create. For my second drink, I ordered the blue one which was refreshing, light, and really good. GF ordered a spritz which was gorgeous "it was good". For second round, I picked out some uranium thing that was very cucumbery, GF says, "it was good". I just read it outloud to her. "it's true!" Fantastic meal at a great place.

Great spot for dessert after dinner or as part of a date, too. I specifically went in for the "fancy" hot chocolate, which is made with real chocolate pieces. The baked goods were also tasty - my only suggestion is to make sure you ask to have your item warmed up, depending on what you get, as they are kept in a cool case and something like a brownie for example was pretty hard to eat. The sever did recognize this and offered to heat it up after the fact; which made it perfect. All of the baked goods were perfectly wrapped or garnished. The interior has a decent amount of seating and lots of dried flowers everywhere. Definitely try the hot chocolate!
