Chai tea was quite strong but she warned me ahead of time. Was tasty but was strong. Coffee was great. They customized a carmel drink I like somewhere else and it was delish. Nice cozy place. Wish it was bigger as it is always packed. If you offered desserts.. it would be the perfect date spot. But I do enjoy this place. As I make my way through a lot of the coffee shops in DFW, I am thoroughly impressed with Redefined Coffee House! I love everything about it. The decor not only elevates the culture they're successfully portraying, but currently gets you in the 'fall' mood. I felt hip just being there. The large table in the back that has curtains is a great place to congregate for free for the first 2 hours or you can rent if more time is needed. Laura was super helpful and patient as it was my first time there. I love the mints they have at the pick up counter and the jargon they use (e.g. espresso is served with a side of Pellegrino). There's ample space and cozy places to sit. If you sign up with your phone number, you receive 1/2 half for next order in next 7 days, so definitely sign up for the rewards! I wish I lived closer to Redefined as I'd be there all the time! Perhaps, it's better I don't live closer as all my petty cash would go there! Great place! Decor is amazing I wish I had an eye for that kind of thing so I could make my house look as cool as this place. My husband and I hung out here once a week before our birthing class down the road. The staff is friendly and the coffee and snacks were great! We don't go as often now but whenever we are in the area I beg for my Redefined fix! read more

It's easy to miss this place amongst all the other shops in the strip centre, but it is truly a local treasure! Coffee is good but the atmosphere is amazing! The decorating is very creative with a warm and cozy vibe. I don't frequent Grapevine often but when I do, I shall certainly be visiting this place again. read more

I didn't notice the complete lack of general kindness from people in my life until I went here. I was FLOODED with it from complete strangers. Typically as someone who wears a scarf I am met with staring, complete avoidance, derision, and straight up rudeness. Tonight I walked into a coffee shop for the first time and was welcomed like a regular. The staff was so sweet and nice that it was almost startling. They were so kind by the time I left, an hour later, everyone knew my name, it's meaning, and where it came from. I also know their names. And their kindness wasn't an act... It was genuine. Which is so rare. It makes you realize how simple kindness is. It doesn't cost anything and it takes almost no effort. I wish the feeling of that coffee house was everywhere in this sad world. If you have the chance to go to Redefined Coffee House in Grapevine... GO! Also their coffee is very good, but you can find that elsewhere. When it comes to coffee shops, I'm all about atmosphere. The dim lighting, variety of seating arrangements and beautiful fireplace makes for the perfect place to relax and read. The reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because it does tend to get overly crowded. I can see why people love coming here (obviously) but it takes away the appeal when you have to put yourself in an uncomfortable chair in the corner. If you like busier coffee shops, then I'd give it 5 stars. But if you're into more of a "hidden gem" with less foot traffic, you should either check the time you're visiting or find somewhere more low key. (I went at 3pm on a Thursday and had no where to sit, it's not just busy in the mornings and usual times people come for coffee) read more

I went here 10 minutes after I found the place on Facebook... After my first time I can say I think I found my new coffee shop. The place is so open and it makes you feel comfortable. The coffee is great, I got a cold brew because its hot out, so I am hoping their coffee greatness follows to their other drinks. I really like how they asked me if I wanted room left in the drink for milk. Never got that before anywhere else. The most important thing, their staff is very friendly. They haven't been open for even two weeks and I believe they have it down. Note, this place is not like a Starbucks, they serve real coffee, no fru fru drinks. read more

This place is absolutely adorable! It was decked out in fall decor with hanging colored leaves, pumpkins, and great ambient lighting. The place had a great mix of patrons of different ages. We got an amazing Caffè con panna....best that we've had in Texas and also tried the yummy salted caramel latte. We're definitely coming back here again!!! read more

Salted caramel perfection! My family visited this coffee shop for the first time this morning after hearing lots of good reviews (word of mouth is always a good sign). Our barista, Daniel, was very welcoming and easily talked me into a salted caramel latte....better than Starbucks, so smooth, and not too sweet! My husband got an iced brew they say brewed for 24 hours. They also offer a good selection of teas. I'll need to try the apricot oolong or strawberry hibiscus sometime. The interior reminds me of Brewed in south Fort Worth/Magnolia and my dream living room. Each little "room" is separated by tied-back curtains so everyone (good crowd for a weekday morning) can have a sort of separate space for work or win-win conversations. We braved the morning with our 2 young kids and, while this isn't the best place for kids, I was pleasantly surprised there wasn't anything dangerous or breakable within their reach. I've read about this place and had a chance to stop in. Still feeling jetlgged I think, so I opted for something stronger like the cafe con leche. It's got good flavor. When I think of cafe con leche I think of Cuban coffee in Miami, FL. I really like the atmosphere and decor (esp now with some of the Christmas decor) of the place though. The Jazz music is nice too. Definitely will be back if I'm looking for a place to hang out. read more

I can't decide if I'm more impressed with the coffee or the atmosphere! I had the best cup of coffee I've maybe ever had. The baristas are amazing and the decor makes you want to spend the whole day there! There were a lot of people there but there's a lot of (comfortable) seating and it is spread out so I didn't feel like it was too loud or cramped vs almost every Starbucks I've ever been in. Favorite coffee shop in Dallas/Fort Worth. They serve Avoca coffee, my favorite roaster, but seem to make the coffee even better than Avoca themselves, and I love Avoca! Having had the best coffees from Nashville, Portland, LA, and Seattle, I would say Redefined understand coffee more than most of the coffee houses in the metroplex. I'll come here as much as I possibly can. You can't go wrong with their in house syrups, cold brew, or their latte's. Atmosphere- inspiring isn't even the word that comes close - it's home, it's comfortable, it's friendly. Small team or client meetings? Perfect place to reserve the back table. read more

Came here to study after dropping off my boyfriend's car to be serviced. Beautiful coffee shop decor! I loved all of the Christmas stuff. My boyfriend got the iced Americano and I got the Chocolate Chip Mocha. Either the large size of the chocolate chip mocha is very small or I paid for a large and got a small, either way I was a little peeved at myself for paying that much for such a small espresso drink. I thought my drink was okay but my boyfriend LOVED it so I gave the rest to him. He liked his americano, too. The ham and cheese croissants were great, more for your money on the food than many coffee shops. The atmosphere is a little loud and everyone seemed to know everyone else very well. This place is amazing. It's my office away from the office. I spend a good 8-10 hours here a week drinking the superb house coffee and getting things done without anyone bothering me.
