What a great experience!! Loved all the drinks and the atmosphere is so fantastic! Plus, the loyalty program was recommended to me- What a great perk!! The decor is so cozy, and I could sit & work all day here!! read more

Great service. Great coffee. From the outside, you would have no idea that such a dynamic environment existed behind the door or RE:defined Coffee House. I ordered a breve latte - it was made perfectly. The barista was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back! || Avoca Coffee Roasters is a huge win! || read more

Very chill atmosphere. Employees are friendly, drinks are good. Very cute coffee shop to study at or meet up with someone!

Nicely crafted coffee and great taste. Very cool and comfortable environment to hang out and get some work done. Here on both business and visiting family, so plan to go again asap. read more

Great atmosphere and customer service. The salted caramel latte was delicious. My daughter had a hot chocolate that she loved.

Amazing and very special coffee shop. The interior has a hip, but inviting and comfortable decor, but the coffee is so incredibly good. The barrista's are highly personable, and their coffee has incredible notes to them. I enjoy the iced and regular pour overs. Their mochas are made with real Godiva chocolate disks. Their snacks are healthy treats. They even have yummy gluten free options. The decor reminds me of a hip NY spot. I love the back corner table with the curtains and chandelier, as well as the riveted metal- framed chairs with lush leather seats. The winged leather armchairs on the platform are next to a cool fireplace, which is just a great place to relax or work. My kiddos love the metal tic tac toe boards. This is my favorite escape! read more

The chai tea is strong, complex, creamy and very tasty. The atmosphere is trendy yet warm and settled in. Friendly service.

Awesome place! We stopped here from the airport and fell in love with the place! Fun atmosphere, great staff, yummy nibbles, and great coffee. They even have fresh squeezed orange juice! I was delighted to enjoy my cold latte, with homemade mint syrup. This is definitely our new fun place! read more

The music is quite loud (not great if you need quiet to work or study) and my cold brew glass had stains all around the rim. However, the space is large and nice if you just want to hang out and chill. The barista was very nice about offering to let me sample a drink I had a question about. read more

I had a couple of hours to kill and thought this would be a great place to do it... and boy was I right! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for finding a comfy corner with a book and a cup of coffee or meeting a larger group to catch up. I had the bottomless cup of coffee and the spinach artichoke quiche. The quiche was great and the coffee was my only real complaint. It became bitter after the first couple of sips. This place would be perfect if they offered pour over of small batch pressed coffee... oh well next time I'll stick to the Americano. ...so I wrote this review a bit hastily, I took my coffee back to the counter and they offered to make me a fresh Americano. The friendly and very accommodating service bumped my original 4 to a 5. I may have just gotten an off cup of coffee, but they made it right with a smile and I really appreciated that. read more

I found this coffee shop on Yelp with great reviews so I decided to take my out of town friend here for a relaxing Saturday morning coffee. The atmosphere is very relaxed and cozy. The staff was very friendly and appeared to genuinely like being there. I had an iced latte that was fantastic. They offer homemade infused simple syrups that sounded great but not for my taste. The coffee was a little more than a Starbucks but well worth it for the lack of attitude and self entitlement. read more

This is a really nice place but the baristas are super slow and spend too much time talking to people hanging out then doing job.

The best coffee shop and spot in Grapevine. In top 3 in all of Texas. My other 2 are in San Marcos and Austin. The owners are friendly and a good array of people come in for great people watching. They also have a large variety of gluten free pastries & snacks. Large crowds during the week after HS lets out. You can buy their delicious coffee by the bag here too. read more

Popped in here for wifi to send a few client emails and revise a contract, ended up staying a while. Love the music, love the vibe. The Almond Milk Salted Caramel Latte is on point. Would definitely recommend this coffee house to anyone in the area. read more

I LOVE this coffee house! Wether it's to meet friends or get work done, I've always had a wonderful experience!

This place is adorable! Beautifully inspired shop and the staff is so friendly. Wonderful oatmeal and my drink is perfect. My last review I gave three stars because of no espresso drinks to go, but because the staff is so wonderful I've changed my rating. I've fallen in love with this place and it's made my week! read more

As a college student, my livelihood depends on coffee and one can only handle so much Starbucks. I've always made it a goal of mine to visit as many independent coffee shops while both at school, and back home. I've always been a fan of Avoca on Magnolia but was just too far to get too. But when I heard that a new coffee shop that serves Avoca opened up, I had to go. This place is not only some of the best coffee I've ever had, but one of the best places to have said coffee. Its warm eclectic interior has to be one of the most inviting coffee shops I've ever been to. It's pretty dim (as a coffee shop should be) with no definite theme, which adds to the charm. In addition to the great coffee and atmosphere, the staff is straight up amazing. They are some of the nicest people you will ever meet at a coffee shop. I honestly wish we had more shops like this right off campus read more

Coolest coffee shop layout I've ever seen, along with friendly staff this is a favorite for me. Love the faux fire place!

Delicious coffee, great baristas, and a comfortable and beautiful atmosphere... What more could you want? Their specialty drinks are amazing too, the Mint to Be is a must try! read more

We stumbled across RE:defined online today and decided to give it a try. We walked in and I was immediately in love with RE:defined. The place is what I dream of when I think of a coffee shop. When we walked up to the bar, we were warmly greeted by Cat. She explained their offerings to us, made suggestions, and was incredibly nice. We placed our order, she explained their rewards program, and we paid. We went and sat down at one of their plentiful tables, and a short while later Cat brought us our drinks. We conversed about the business, our own history as Baristas, and enjoyed our drinks. The cold brew is amazing, the chai latte is fantastic, and their espresso is to die for. I will definitely be going back to RE:defined as they have redefined my expectations and set a very high bar for anyone else. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience! read more

Stopped in based off other reviews and it didn't disappoint. Good stuff. Also bought some of their beans. The Konga blend was great. Excellent aroma and flavor. I would stop here after you go stuff yourself at Pecan Lodge! read more

I was in the Grapevine area and decided to look for a coffee/tea joint. Yelp, once again, did not disappoint! This place is awesome! The baristas are super friendly, the atmosphere is really laid back, and the drink prices are more than reasonable. I went on a HOT Friday around 2:00 pm and expected the place to be dead. I was wrong. There was a pretty decent crowd for that time of day- not CROWDED though. I had the iced Chai latte with soy milk and was very pleased. Perfect spicy Chai flavor. Will definitely be back! read more

Super hipster coffee joint in Grapevine. Great place to meet a friend. Only downside is it can get really busy.. Which means not a lot of seating. read more

Very hipster atmosphere, but it's a good cozy place to enjoy coffee. The hot coffees were sweet and delicious, but I had one cold coffee that was bland. I would stick to the hot drinks, they are the best! read more

I live near this coffee spot and it took me a few months to finally go in....boy had I been missing out! The atmosphere is very welcoming and cool. Lots of places to sit and work alone or with a group. The coffee is delicious and the snacks are good too! I'm obsessed with their kolaches! They also have a rewards program where can earn free drinks. Yum! read more

I tried their rosemary coffee ..loved it ...it was a little strange at first but it grew on me and I really enjoyed it ... staff was very helpful and super nice ....i will dedinitely be coming back read more

I always appreciate having multiple gluten-free options for sweets!! The berry crumble bar and the brownie are outstanding. I like the house made syrups, particularly the herbaceous ones like lavender or mint. Service is good and these folks know how to make a good cuppa! I'm so happy with how well business has been and that they needed more space, but the new store is too modern and clinical; they left the boho-artsy charm in the old space, apparently. :-( And forget about finding a parking spot anymore. Just be okay with parking behind the bank and hiking in. read more

I absolutely LOVE this coffee house! The staff is so friendly and always accommodating to the customers needs. It is a very calming environment, allowing me (as well as others) to get a lot of work done! This is a great meeting spot to catch up with friends, study for school, have a meeting, or just hang out! I would definitely recommend this place to others :) read more

Fantastic. Great coffee shop. Very cool atmosphere. Good prices. The only thing I can think of to gripe about is that they are so great, they are super busy. But they get your coffee really quickly. Can't recommend this place enough. read more

One of those rare gems that's looks and feels like home. The coffeeshop is warm and cozy as well as the people. I adore Redefined...and the coffee is pretty fantastic too! read more

Awesome inside. Unfortunate they messed up my drink, causing me to be ill. On my way through Grapevine I ordered a latte with soy milk, emphasizing I'm very lactose intolerant and to please be sure to not use regular milk. Halfway on the drive home I'm pulled over throwing up. Wrong milk guys :( read more

The lattes are everything! The staff is friendly and welcoming. At the time I visited mid-day, they only had one barista working and it took over 10 minutes to fulfill my order but they were very nice about it. read more

Redefined Coffee House - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

Chai tea was quite strong but she warned me ahead of time. Was tasty but was strong. Coffee was great. They customized a carmel drink I like somewhere else and it was delish. Nice cozy place. Wish it was bigger as it is always packed. If you offered desserts.. it would be the perfect date spot. But I do enjoy this place. Not enough cozy coffee shops around so it is great this one is close. :) read more

My absolute favorite place!! It feels like home every time I walk inside. Modern decorations and fresh, young, accommodating staff! It has that real coffee shop feel. I recommend it to everyone I know! read more
