Traveling to the area for a conference and had a few hours to get some work done before checking into the hotel. I came here straight from the airport (having looked it up before my flight). Lovely spot. Kind people, great working / gathering space, comfortable chairs, thoughtfully laid out, and really good coffee. What a gem! read more

With the exception of Buon Giorno, Redefined is perhaps the best craft coffee option in this part of the metroplex. Granted, the options are fairly limited in this area. Redefined boasts serious espresso, dark house brew, a wide variety of pastry and food offerings, and an uplifting, friendly environment that's sure to accent your coffee experience. My main critique is two fold: at times the crowd is a bit too family family for my preferences, meaning that it's a little distracting for those attempting to work or study, and secondly, the aesthetic is fairly generic and attempts to be modern and clean, when I often find a more organic, raw feel more conducive to coffee drinking and studying or catching up with friends or clients. Take that with a grain of salt, however. The coffee is still worth the trip. read more

Amazing, the Yama cold brew is sooooo good y'all. Great little shop. Highly recommend

Beautiful space, tasty mocha. I get my taxes done here and can relax and do creative writing.

Great coffee shop. Good environment. Pass on the chai lattes. Not good. The rest is on point.

Excellent coffee. Nice and help staff. Very cozy. Are usually don't like eggs but their quiche was amazing. Very cool atmosphere.

I love the atmosphere in this place. Cozy, artsy, good music, eclectic crowd and super fun decor. Swanky too! I knocked off a couple stars because they don't have a ton to pick from to eat. It would be nice for them to have some sort of wraps or something healthy to enjoy with my tea. Other than that- friendly staff- cool vibe and great for coffee or drinks w a friend. But not a hang out for a few hours kinda place- because you can't eat! The fresh pressed juices are a bit over priced as well. read more

Strong coffee, friendly workers, and super chill atmosphere. Love hanging out here and highly recommend.

Everything a coffee house should be! Not only are the drinks and food items delicious but the people are fun and warm. You can run in and out on your way to work or relax and plug in your laptop there. And you will want to stay as the decor is as appealing as everything else they do! A+++ read more

Overall, this coffee shop is great. My Drink: I had Green Tea, it was spot on. Atmosphere: Cozy Interior: Wood and classic artwork. Service: Excellent. read more

I love exploring new coffee shops & have visited almost every one in DFW - Im a fan of many of them, but Redefined is one of the best! & it's only ten minutes away from where I live! Im happy to have a coffee shop so close whose owners & employees are actively involved in the community, supporting local artists & musicians as well as opening opportunities for their patrons to get involved. Their coffee: I alternate between their iced salted caramel latte & their hot mocha latte - both the perfect sweetness: not so sweet that it overwhelms the flavor of the espresso & never bitter Pastries: I get the gluten free pumpkin bread almost every time - baked by a local baker, Pinch of Salt Pastries, she makes a gluten free dessert taste good to someone who would never choose the gf option if her life depended on it (extreme) Environment: a friend said it looked like Pinterest exploded in there, but I disagree. They have lovely art from local artists on the walls & the furniture is tasteful & comfy! It's always clean (restrooms too) which is a huuuge deal for me. Staff: friendliest group of baristas Ive ever known. Other coffee shops usually have nice, interesting & friendly staff, but you can tell that all of Redefined's employees are united together & have a genuine openess of friendship that makes you feel like you belong. 6 stars, homies. read more

Comfortable atmosphere and seriously the best mocha ("chocolate chip espresso") I've had in a loooong time - definitely best in Dallas. Wish they were closer to me, I'd be a regular. read more

Adorable coffee shop. It's super cool inside...leather couches, metal bar stools, coffee bag curtains, cool fire, cozy seating areas. The coffee was hot and very pretty. The pastry was warm. The only thing not to love is the slightly lackluster service. It felt like we were imposing on them to order and questions were met with blank stares and expectant pauses. I get it, I'm not the target artsy super cool customer. If it weren't for that (and the limited savory options) I would give it a 5. read more

Great place. Good coffee, very nice folks. Decor is cool (especially for Grapevine) and the layout is really open and thoughtfully done. Definitely looking forward to spending more time here! read more

Most amazing decor and incredible coffee! Try the vanilla latte or the chai tea latte, you won't be disappointed! Vanilla is homemade... Have you ever even heard of that?! I hadn't until I came here, but I will never order another vanilla latte anywhere else! Now I'm addicted! read more

Redefined Coffee House - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

Wow! Just found this place on Yelp and decided to try it. I admittedly walked right by it the first time due to its nondescript outward appearance. It's beautifully decorated inside and so inviting. It's got the Austin-coffee shop vibe I've been searching for. The music and ambience was upbeat and chill at the same time. They serve food but I was there for an Americano. I counted at least 15-20 people coming and going. It's spacious with plenty of comfy and roomy seating. I'm in coffee heaven as I sip my beverage! They even make their own flavored syrups - I plan a tea with rose next time! Two thumbs up! read more

Love love this coffee shop! The entire building is so cute and eclectic. It is fun to go and see all the interesting decorations. The coffee is delicious and just an overall great experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone! read more

Finally a great local coffee shop that I WANT to hang out at! Been meaning to try this place out for years, but Grapevine's a bit of a jaunt for me, so I always put it off. I wish I hadn't for so long! I lived in Denver for a couple of years (a city known for it's coffee), and I kept telling my husband that Redefined reminded me of a coffee shop in Denver. I had an iced latte and he had the iced Bhakti (which we LOVE and to our knowledge, no other coffee shop around here has)!!! He also tried the berry crumble and oh my, oh my! What a great dessert! The barista's were warm and kind, and the decor was perfect. We can't wait to go back! Maybe they can franchise in Dallas?!? One can only hope!! read more

Unbelievable flavor in the vanilla latte!! They use real Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans and flavor their own simple syrup for the vanilla!! The Decor is so beautiful and if you're a musician you'll really appreciate it!! The service is super friendly and amazing! Vince was Walking around handing out free chocolates! read more

Lovely place! It's very cozy and comfortable inside, and quieter than some other coffee houses. I was able to sit down and read my book in peace during a study break without loud noises piercing my skull. I love the fact that they have loose leaf jasmine pearl tea. I also tried their cappuccino, which was delicious. I was intrigued by the lavender syrup they offer - not something you see everywhere - and will definitely try a flavored latte next time. read more

I love this place! Apricot tea...and gluten free desserts are awesome. The vibe is so amazing! I'm probably never going to Starbucks again.

This place is amazing, the coffee is the best ive had and the latte was exceptional! The vibe is very cool and it is very well done down to the cozy fireplace. If you haven't been here you are missing out! read more

This place is my home away from home. I drive 20 minutes each way to meet with my fellow mommies. I used to be a regular at our local SB but not anymore. This coffee shop has so much more to offer than any other shop I've been in. Friendly faces, and managers who treat you like family while handing you a cup of the best coffee around?! Who could ask for more? I'll drive 20 minutes any day of the week just to sit in one of their comfy chairs by the fire! read more

Went for the first time tonight. Personal service and best Americano I've ever had. Just go and God bless America!

Visited for the first time this past Saturday and will definitely be back soon! Beautiful, comfortable, friendly space, GREAT coffee and wonderful staff. Best Salted Carmel Latte I've ever had! Great place to enjoy some handcrafted coffee, read a book or just relax. I highly recommend it! read more

Loved the atmosphere when we walk in. You feel like you are not in a shopping center but a little jazz club hidden underground. It is cozy and inviting. They have couches and a fireplace to snuggle up next to. I enjoyed a cup of their iced vanilla latte. They make their own vanilla from scratch! It was delicious. DECENTLY priced too! It was about $3! I would have to say I felt like their coffee was stronger than Starbucks. I definitely stayed up pretty late after coming by here. read more

Very relaxing, hippie atmosphere. Drinks are amazing and they have a nice selection of teas. I'm not a huge coffee snob like my fiancé (which is why we came here) and I enjoyed it. Girls at the register were super nice and easy to talk with. Very welcoming atmosphere. read more

Great coffee shop. Friendly staff, great coffee, Timothy Olton style furniture. Best find in the mid cities.

This place is a great hangout spot. Been here twice and was greeted by all the staff making you feel right at home. Will most definitely be coming more often. read more

Redefined Coffee House - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

I love the cafe decor. The drinks are good and there is a decent selection of gluten free items. The baristas are also very friendly and professional. However, I recently had a sour experience involving the owners. A friend and I decided to go out after work. We both were dealing with a hard day and thought this was just what we needed to cheer up. She arrived first, bought coffee and grabbed a table for us. After I got my drink and snack, I sat down with her. Well, we soon had a small group come near us and keep looking over and glaring. I thought it was odd but kept trying to talk with and cheer up my friend. The group grew and grew and soon it became obvious that they had come with the intention of taking up that entire corner of the cafe. They never actually spoke with us, just turned and made faces. We received glares and had people angrily turn and look multiple times. The kicker - these were the owners. They were going on and on about the cafe's success and their vision for the business. They talked of trying to create an environment that was welcoming... while going out of their way to make sure my friend and I were very uncomfortable. I do not think I will be returning. The coffee is already overpriced as it is without having uppity owners rush you through what was supposed to be a relaxing time to reconnect. read more

Love love love! The atomsphere is quirky, warm, and cozy. Great cappuccinos and I tried a delicious homemade pumpkin muesli bowl. I hear they are opening a second location which will be larger. Very exciting as it is a spot you would want to hangout in for several hours! read more

Friendly staff and great coffee shop all around. Will definitely come back and most definitely recommend to those who haven't been here. I had both a Cortado and a Salted Caramel Latte. Both very good. read more

Love this place. Awesome environment and great coffee with some gluten free bakery options available. Chili Mocha is my fave!

There is nothing better in my opinion than a small, locally owned coffee shop where the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed! I stumbled across this coffee shop one morning when the line at Starbucks was backed up (which luckily for me led me to Redefined Coffee House!). If you are in the Grapevine area be sure to check this place out as their coffee is amazing and the shop itself is adorable. Highly recommend! read more

This is the real deal. Excellent atmosphere but the baristas take espresso seriously. Single origin Ethiopian that was amazing and a blend that was good also. The barista knew how to make a ristretto shot. Gluten free and vegan pastries. You have to check it out!! read more

This place is awesome! I stopped in waiting on family to fly into DFW. The coffee is amazing, the atmosphere is unique, and the service is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and will be coming back when in the area. read more

Good brew. I almost always get the chocolate chip latte, deep rich cocoa flavor- much different than a typical mocha. They do not have water available, you have to buy imported water. This place gets crowded early, so make sure you come early to grab a seat. They also serve a few snacks - pastries, kolaches, oatmeal, and fresh orange juice. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area or a good place to catch up with a friend. read more

This place is the best. No joke! The baristas are on point. Delicious brew. Such a lovely atmosphere. They do private events after hours and even let you rent out the cute corner booth with a privacy curtain. Love that it's local brew. read more

I met a former co-worker at this place today and was so glad he suggested it. It is so nice to have a great neighborhood coffee house in town that doesn't have a giant green logo on the door. I was stoked to find out that they serve pour over which is a game changer for those of us that this our coffee thick and bold. The interior finishes are warm and inviting and staff is great. Reminds me a bit of Blue Bottle in SF. Keep up the good work guys! read more
