My favorite local coffee shop! Redefined is consistent with their coffee and always friendly. I highly recommend for anyone looking to pick up coffee, visit with a friend in a fun environment or schedule a work meeting! Great atmosphere and coffee! read more

Tanner helped me choose the pour-over coffee, their house blend, and it was amazing!! Really smooth, great coffee!! Thanks, Tanner!

Syrups made from scratch. Great gluten free pastries! Great coffee, great staff, and of course great coffee. Can't go back to Starbucks after having this authentic stuff. read more

Best coffee hands down. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere to study or meet up with a friend.

Great little place with Amazing coffee and desserts. Had the v60 pour over and the sopapilla cake ball...great together!! Great staff and service. Will be stopping every time I'm back in town! read more

This is by far the coolest coffee shop around in our area. The atmosphere is unbeatable, as well as the staff. I'm always greeted, and they're super friendly and take care of you. The drink menu is lengthy which gives for some great options. The con leche, cortado, and jake Hamilton are delicious. As well as there v60 pour over. Favorite place to just go and chill and do some work or catch up with a friend. You MUST go check out re:defined if you're in the area, they'll leave you wanting more. read more

Visited for a third time. It's was terrible. Took forever and service is horrible. While the decor is cool and the coffee above average, the service is so so bad and takes so so long. Don't go, 3.50 for a cup of coffee, 1.50 at Starbucks. True it's a French press, so I agrees to wait....wait...and wait. Went to the Barista, he said oh no I forgot! I was ask to wait, and wait. I agree. It's good coffee, but staff is uncaring and come with plenty of time. I wish the service was better, is like to give it more stars. read more

This place reminds me of why I fell in love with espresso drinks in the first place. Such a great experience each and every time I visit. Also, the Bliss Bites are exactly that, BLISSFUL! Can't wait to come back again...and again. Enjoy!! read more

Redefined Coffee House - Good vibes - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

It's great! The coffee is good, the service is fantastic...I'd love to give 5 stars, but the caveats are that it's ALWAYS packed, and they are closed on Sundays. read more

LOVE this place! super cute and amazing coffee and tea! I go here all the time with my friends and the service is great and always friendly! I love it! read more

Redefined Coffee House - café latte - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

Really enjoy this gem in Grapevine. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere/decor is a nice change from the "blah" you see elsewhere. Very cool (Austin like) vibe. Oh and the coffee and treats are good too! read more

Cool, Coffee spot! Great brews! Comfy "rooms" perfect for meeting friends or clients, yetequally appropriate atmosphere to study solo! I LOVE everything about it! :-) read more

It is a let down from their original place. Not as quaint and cozy or friendly. Sometimes it doesn't work to move to a bigger place.

I was in town for a quick trip and my sister in law brought me here. This place is amazing. It was so warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. I loved the various seating options. There were a lot of people there, but it didn't feel crowded at all. I loved all the selections of teas available. I grabbed a coffee though, and my mocha was amazing! Best I've had in awhile. Even the details were beautiful like the cups used! Can't wait to be back in the area to stop in again! read more

This is a great coffee shop with a really great ambience (probably the best I've seen in DFW). The baristas are very friendly and the coffee is consistently good. I've always ordered my coffee to go, but would love to hang around one of these days. read more

Nice owner. Nice baristas. Cappuccino with rose syrup is good. Free Wi-Fi around 75 Mbps upload and download speeds perfect for working. Some big comfy sofas read more

Redefined Coffee House - Fireplace is on while it's 65 degrees out. NICE. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

It's hard to find a honey lavender latte. Redefined makes an amazing one!! Great service and really cool space. Good for meet ups and meetings (there is a enclosed fish bowl for privacy. Adding this one to my faves! read more

Went here for a Yelp get together. What a cool little place. The deco is very chill and laid back. Very comfortable. They had a jazzy band playing on this night and they were awesome as well. Pleasant atmosphere and a great crew running the show. Oh, and their coffee is as good as you'll find. Only thing missing is a little patio, but the inside makes up for that. Definitely worth giving a try! read more

The space had a lot of seating and had a very warm cozy feel to it. This looks like a great place to go sit and work or visit. I got a chai latte and it was very spicy, but I did enjoy it and love that they use natural spice instead of a sugary chai syrup, I loved that it wasn't super sweet like other chai lattes I have had. I do wish they had a 16oz option though instead of just the 12oz! read more

This place is great. The real question is whether they can make the coffee just right. My lattes are always perfect....never burned tasting and just right! My husband loves the hot choc. Best thing is the rewards program. They always get my order right and it doesn't take forever to get a drink here. I have three boys who can get a bit rowdy sometimes and they are very sweet with my kids every time we are there. Wish i could get here more often! read more

Some of the best coffee and service I have had in quite some time. I try to stay away from chain coffee places and this place right here sums up why. read more

Gorgeous ambiance, great coffee, and semi-friendly staff. The drinks are always very good. The pricing is a bit steep for the location, but not too bad. I will say that any increase in price would drive my business away. I can't give RE:defined 4 or 5 stars for two reasons: the first is the lack of outdoor seating. In my mind, a great coffee shop should have at least a small patio to sit outside and read on a nice day. It also makes it impossible to bring my dog, which is a deal-breaker for me. If I want to bring him (which is 99% of the time), I'm forced to take my business to Starbucks or Main St. Bakery. The second reason is that the last two times I've visited, the staff behind the bar were so busy talking with friends on the customer side of the counter, that once they forgot to get my drink order and once it took 15 minutes for them to make my latte. Not cool, at all. read more

What a cool coffee shop. Awesome handcrafted mocha using melted chocolate.. Yummy way to kick start the day

This is arguably the best coffee house I have ever been too. The flavors are made in-house along with all the cold brews. The atmosphere is incredible and the staff is well informed. read more

"Who's gonna save my soul?" Re-defined Coffee House will. Just step inside the door and let the warmth envelope you. Think rustic done right: low lighting from orbed chandeliers gives the right amount of ambience while hanging pendants provide character. Texture abounds between the lines of industrial accents and charming wood anchors. Steel and mahogany countertops, plush couches, leather winged-backs and red metal chairs create an eye-pleasing palette. Heavy curtains that open to windows made of layered wooden slats create a charming nook to read, study, or visit. Catch up with an old friend by the huge electric fireplace. Oh, and the coffee? Amazing. Prefer tea? As I type I'm sipping the perfect Chai tea latte blended with just the right amount of creamy spice. I'm a first time guest but I'll definitely be back! read more

Best Coffee House in Texas . Great Decor , excellent service , exceptional Coffee . My "goto" cafe anytime of the day. read more

Enough seating for lots of people, variety of chairs that Id love to try everything by rotating seats. Like simple mug. Like the coziness. Coffee tastes alright. closes little earlier than most other coffee shops. Wifi is super fast. Upload speed is about 10mb, enough said. read more

I am new to TX from CA, so I was happy to find a good coffee house close by. I got a Guatemala poor-over. The roast was perfect, the temp of the water was just right and the service was exceptional. read more

If I could I would give this place zero stars. This is the worst coffee shop I've ever been to. From the drinks to the workers, it's all terrible. I asked for a Spanish Latte and the server asks if it's coffee and milk. I don't know all the ingredients but I know it has condensed milk, all the workers are clueless and have no idea what condensed milk is. Aside from this, all the workers had an attitude, won't even make eye contact, and the workers gave us dirty looks. I'm not from around here so I'm not sure if that's how customer service usually is but even coming from a big city, I have never encountered such horrible treatment. I decided to just order a hot chocolate instead and the server just tossed it, I was willing to overlook the poor customer service thus far but when I tried the drink it was awful. It tasted like they put a teaspoon of nesquick in a cup of milk or water, it also had a horrible after taste. I'm not sure if they're drinks are as bad as their customer service or if this was targeted. Avoid at all costs. read more

The CUTEST little coffee shop in Grapevine! Perfect place to catch up with friends, study, or grab a coffee to go. Many gluten free options available as well-- always important for someone who has celiac. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area! read more

Really cute coffee house with knowledgeable staff and excellent drinks. I had a cortado with the single origin bean they had on offer, and the Yama cold drip, and both were done perfectly! I also wanted to pick up some locally-roasted beans to take back with me to Chicago, and the barista was able to give me tasting notes and recommendations for everything they had available. I was also thrilled to find they had gluten free and paleo food options. I'll definitely be back if my travels bring me back to the DFW area. read more

Redefined Coffee House - Ordering counter with local coffee beans for sale - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

always a favorite coffee hangout place...hard to study because of how busy it is but the lavender, mint and gingerbread lattes are favorites...i stopped by with my fiance a few weeks ago and we can't get enough :) also some of the friendliest staff!!! read more

Great coffee and ambiance. Had a dirty chai. House fav. Definitely coming back. Great meet up spot for telecommuters. Outlets were plentiful and Wi-Fi was strong. Location made parking a bit tight bit luckily we got there around 830a so wasn't too bad. The crowd came in around 1030. read more

The coffee was overpriced. There was a multitude of employees behind the counter that were not even paying attention to any guest and wasn't that friendly when interacted with. They have a very limited menu making this coffee house seem quite pretentious and not customer centric paired with the poor tasting coffee upon delivery. Was expecting more considering the high prices. read more

Great atmosphere. Really good coffee. If these guys were open before seven I'd be a bit more frequent of a visitor. The place is fantastic to look at but after sitting for a bit I've realized it can become somewhat uncomfortable and a little dark. read more

Redefined is in a strip mall. It's in the suburbs, so parking is very easy. I haven't actually got any coffee yet but it looks like they have Roseline and Avoca beans. Their nitro cold brew is... 6$................ If you live somewhere with good coffee shops, this one seems kinda weird and forced to try to be cool. It's probably the only thing reasonable in the area if you're looking for not-starbucks. Lots of middle aged seemingly unemployed grapevine and southlake moms, if that's your vibe. Feels a bit commercial. I'd rather make it over to Buon Giorno, to be honest, but I would stop in again. read more

This place has a very quaint feel. They are always nice and it's rarely overcrowded. I'd rather support a small business where you feel like that care than an overcrowded chain where u wait forever. read more
