Service was underwhelming. Order was not complete. Had to remind them of my order. Food is microwaved. Coffee is just. Ok.

My first time here coming from California to visit and the gal that rang me up wasn't as helpful as I would have hoped. I asked her what their popular beverage was and I got nothing but "it all depends on what you like" & felt rushed. So instead, I just went with a Salted Iced Latte. It was pretty mediocre and not so much memorable to want to come back to. Quiet place to study and the decor was cute, but that's all I got for this establishment. read more

Redefined Coffee House - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

WAAAYYYY over priced for a small amount. they're hot chocolate is gross. they have nice seating and it's cute but not worth it. most of the time the place is filled with people talking and it's not really relaxing at all. especially when you are surrounded by a bunch of rich moms gossiping together, it's annoying. overall don't go there for coffee, maybe for a seat and to do some work but depending on the day it will be hard to concentrate read more

If you only wanting coffee and a quiet place this is very sweet store. The set up is very cute and they have a decent amount of seating available. I went here with a friend and I am a non coffee drinker but she is. I was able to order tea and she got some coffee and she said it was very good. I do with they had some more teas, maybe an oolong, green, or jasmine would be nice. FYI- -no changing table -no high chairs read more

Great drinks and atmosphere. A place like this has been much needed in the area. The baristas are very friendly and they know what they're doing! read more

Redefined is literally the best coffee house I have ever been to. Everything from the staff, the culture, the staff and of course the coffee is incredible! I enjoy house coffee and their house blend is like no other. My fam enjoyed the food selection as well. We enjoyed all the couches and places to sit and relax. The architecture reminds me of Bauhaus. My wife's White Winter Mocha was a cup of art! When visiting Grapevine everyone should visit here as often as possible. We came twice and wish we didn't have to leave. Staff was so friendly! read more

Adorable coffee shop - love the ambiance and the staff. Sadly have to give lower rating cos both my friend n I had some problems when we met there for coffee. I'm an avid coffee drinker and can down a double espresso at midnight and still sleep like a baby. The coffee here was just something esle - while I was still halfway through my mug, I could feel getting all jittery n I saw my hand was shaking. All I had was their house drip - no cream or sugar. My friend had the Iced Dirty Chai and she left half there. The cinnamon was too strong and on getting home she had an upset stomach read more

Overpriced coffee that is MID. The only thing good is there affogato which is two sips and its gone. The owner is kind of rude and very strict. When i walked inside to order i did not get a welcoming experience, i guess he was working the front. No hi, no how are , you just a blank stare from them waiting for me to give them my order. If you're going to work as the front cashier at least have a smile on your face and be more welcoming. Almost feels as though he has a superiority complex. Coffee 6/10 hospitality 0/10. Have been to better coffee shops. read more

So I had the caramel cappuccino (hot) and it was really Good! I sat by the fire place area and read a book, I went to check it out and about 2 hours later realized I was still there ! Coffee was excellent, if a little too hot. Still good. Couson and I had hard time finding sign.

I have been to this place several times. I located it originally as a place for business meetings. The java is hot and unique. The layout is eclectic and relaxing. I would thoroughly recommend this place over Starbucks any day. The only negative is that it could have more room. Non the less it is worth the trip. read more

The Galaxy lemonade is truly out of this world delicious! And very refreshing on a hot, Texas summer day or night!

Always REALLY crowded from opening to close. Literally no empty tables, chairs or couches EVER. Needs a drive through and to expand seating options. Cannot give a five-star rating when there is never a place to sit. read more

I love the atmosphere. I love the tea's here. The coffee was burnt each time I ordered one. I drink it black so it's easy to taste if it's burnt so I switched to tea when I'm here. Staff is great and knowledgeable. read more

Cute coffee shop with lots of ambiance. Doesn't look like much from the outside. My co-workers and I stopped in here to kill some time before heading to the airport. Their cold brew is delicious and the mocha I had was yummy. The wifi has been solid for the hour+ that I've been using it. I'll definitely come back again when I'm back to check out more of Grapevine. read more

I just recently moved to Grapevine, and after spending a few hours here today, I'm definitely going to become a regular! I love the vibe here, and the staff was super friendly. My only regret is that I didn't get a pastry because they all looked SO GOOD and I was trying to pretend like I don't eat carbs. But that's a lie so next time I'm getting two. I ordered the cold brew, forgot to tell them to add cream, but later found out I didn't need it because it was that good!! Success. read more

RE:defined is almost the dream coffee shop. It's hidden enough that you won't get random stragglers. I feel that the crowds are either locals or yelp stalkers. The décor is Restoration Hardware meets Pottery Barn. They have an extensive offering of teas. Their espresso is worth the hype. Also, they play soft music so you can actually think while you're in the shop. I gave it a 3 because they drastically messed up my order. I ordered a soy latte. They gave me WHOLE. I sipped and asked if it's soy and the barista said yes. An hour after I drank it, the mack daddy of stomach pains ensued. Now I am unsure if they even have soy milk. I didn't see it on the board. I fully think the barista thought I wouldn't know the difference and just continued on with her life. Thanks, RE:defined. I love tummy aches. read more

Absolutely amazed at this place! Eclectic, great vibe, outstandingly service oriented employees! First, the coffee. The coffee is by local roaster, Avoca ( @AvocaCoffee ). If you have never tried Avoca coffee come here and get a taste of what you have been missing. Top the coffee with the skillful hands of the baristas and you get excellent coffee drinks worthy of a morning wake up, mid-morning shopping pick me up, or after lunch drink. There are also various choices of pastries and fingers foods for your enjoyment as well. read more

If you're cruising around the oh so charming historic downtown Grapevine, you must swing by and stop at this happening coffee spot. And boy is it happening! I stopped by around lunch time and there were tons of folks just hanging out...doing their work on their laptops by the fire...or just having a little afternoon social gathering...just kickin' it. I moseyed on over to the register and ordered a chai latte...they were out of chai, unfortunately. But not to worry...I immediately saw another item I wanted, the salted caramel soy latte. I grabbed a seat and In a flash my java was sitting at my table. It was frothy and almost tasted like dessert. So decadent! And strong. I am buzzing off of it several hours later. Definitely come check this place out if you like strong coffee concoctions and cozy seats. Just come early before the rush! The baristas are super sweet as well. I will absolutely return. read more

Redefined Coffee House - Double espresso soy latte goodness!! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

So I'm actually more of a tea drinker than a coffee drinker. Unfortunately there aren't a whole lot of tea houses that are really good. This place is one of the few places that provide superb tea and and a great atmosphere. The environment is laid back and really friendly and cozy. It perfect for those who need a place to hang, study, read, or just enjoy a quiet moment with a good cup of coffee. The staff are all really welcoming and friendly. My favorites part is also the creative way tipping works. Want to know what that is? Guess you'll have to just visit and find out for yourself. read more

I definitely approve! I can't really think of one bad thing about this place. I walked in here on a Friday evening and they have live acoustic music going. The baristas are incredibly friendly and greeted me immediately. The ambiance is alright. Plenty of seating and outlets and the wifi is not password protected. The coffee is pretty darn tasty. They use avoca here. I ordered a vanilla latte and was very pleased with my coffee. The barista mentioned that the vanilla is made in house so I was very impressed by that. I wish I lived closer to make this place a regular. read more

Redefined Coffee House - Cold brew iced coffee...so good - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

Daniel and his crew have put together the perfect coffee "hang-out"; the space and vibe are first-rate, it appears no detail was left to chance. "Gunpowder" green tea hits the spot. read more

If we were judging on looks alone, this would be an easy five stars. They have obviously put thought and effort into the design of every corner of this coffee house. That being said, sometimes things that are so very pretty aren't actually that comfortable or functional. The beautiful, canopied bar height table in the corner has inexplicably shallow seating. And when I was asked to relocate from that table because another group had called to reserve that area, the tall chairs against the window were even more uncomfortable. I planned on killing two and a half hours here this morning and one hour in, I'm trying to figure out where else to go. The staff wasn't very friendly. At all. I did get welcomed by a barista when I walked in, but the cashier sort of stared silently around at various things while I looked at their tea options, before finally saying something to me. There was no one in line before me, so no reason not to say hello or maybe check to see if I've been there and know what's going on, because I hadn't and I didn't. I was interested to see what the food options would be. They turned out to be really heavy on gluten-free options, so if you are avoiding gluten, this is the place for you. I'm kind of wary of gluten-free foods, so it was a little weird to feel like my options were limited. Hah! The tables have turned! Anyhow, I ended up with some gluten-free, vegan oatmeal. It tasted exactly how you think that would taste. The croissants they had in the bakery shelf looked pretty rad, and they had some little baby quiches but were out of the one vegetarian friendly quiche they offer. For meat eaters, there were some kolaches. Lots of sugary (albeit gluten-free) treats. My tea was yummy. I was too intimidated by the cashier to ask about what my decaf coffee options were since he seemed pretty sincerely disinterested in helping me any more than necessary. I felt like I had already pushed the limits by asking for the type of quiche they were out of. So yeah, gorgeous interior but they lost me on customer service, actual comfort of seating areas, and general intimidation factor. Based on the other reviews, I'm pretty alone on this one, so I'd still say people should give it a shot. read more

My wife and I stopped through for coffee when visiting for a friends wedding a few months ago and fell in love. Since that time we have tried at least 6 other places and I keep finding myself hopelessly searching for a coffee that can compare. Redefined is exactly what this place has done to coffee for me. No coffee has tasted the same since the sweet frothy lattes touched my lips at Redefined. My wife and I devoured our first coffees so quickly that we bought two more all being of different varieties. A few tips for shoppers: Do not go to Redefined if you do not want all other coffee shops and coffees ruined for the rest of your life. Your life journey will become the chase of finding coffee as good as Redefined but inevitably will always fall short. Do go if you want a life changing, mind altering, full body coffee experience.
