What an excellent, inspirational and relaxing atmosphere. The latte is smooth and creamy, not bitter, the house coffee is robust and flavorful on the palette (slightly bitter). The selection of munchies is limited, but it IS a coffee shop. I will definitely be coming back to check out the rest of the offerings and relax! read more

Let me start with the caveat that I'm a novice espresso drinker. But I do drink coffee and tea a lot. Ok, I'm having a double espresso latte. It is very smooth, creamy; the taste is quite pleasant in the sense that is not as bitter as bold coffee I would normally get. I especially like the foam; it adds more texture to each sip I have. The coffee is great also! See the pix I attached. Overall, great experience. read more

Redefined Coffee House - Double espresso latte - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

Cute little coffee house in downtown Grapevine. Perfect place the opposite of your more popular coffee houses. There are warm comfortable couches, sofas and many tables for computer work and counter space. They have a fake fireplace which is warm and inviting. Cool place to hang out on a Saturday morning or raining afternoon. I only ordered a expresso, with whipping cream and I wasn't impressed with the flavor of coffee. I will definitely try it again, the decor and ambiance is awesome, so I hope the other coffees match! read more

We love coming to Redefined! The ambiance is chill and the coffeehouse is photogenic. We often get the Salted Caramel Latte with whip. Love. Lots of locals and Gateway folks hang here. Come on in!!! read more

Some of the best coffee I've ever had with a friendly and informing staff. The British guy was a bit abrasive.

Manager is super rude and disrespectful I brought in my own coffee drink from starbucks which I didn't know wasn't allowed. He told me in a very disrespectful way that they do not allow my drink in here and to throw it away. If I would've known that I was not allowed to bring a drink in I wouldn't of. That manager has been rude in the past too anytime i've ordered from him he always seems so upset to be there and i've never had any good interaction with him. I've been going here for 2 years now so i'm sad that I no longer like this place anymore nor do I feel comfortable enough to come back :( read more

This place has always been great, but in the past they were shackled with a small space which didn't match well with their popularity. It would often be difficult to find a place to sit. The new location (around the corner from the old one) fixes the seating problem. Lots of room to spread out among couches and tables and even private rooms. But power outlets seem to be scarce. Maybe I missed them or maybe that's by design to keep if from being a permanent "office." It's surprisingly quiet as far as coffee shops go. They clearly put some thought and effort into sound-proofing. The coffee is great as well, and the specialty drinks are expertly made and presented, and the value for the price is good. The bottomless House Brew coffee is exceptionally good value. So with lots of space options and great coffee, why only 4 stars? Unfortunately, the parking is difficult for much of the day. I've tried a couple of times where I eventually just had to move on and not go in, there literally was not a place to park in the lot or on the street next door. I know that's a bit unfair, especially since it's a symptom of being good at what they do, and the owners would do something if they could, but it does keep it from being a 5 star experience. But I enjoy being here for meetings or just a quiet place to work for a couple of hours. read more

Pretty expensive, but it's a beautiful little cafe. And the matcha is greatI loved it the price might've been higher then I would normally pay. But the experience was great. Their tip jar questions are adorable, I recommend the iced hazelnut matcha made with half and half. read more

This place was packed for a rainy Tuesday at 11. But it was such a cool place I can see why it was so busy. It had a super cool vibe, very cozy. It felt like you were chillin' at a friend's house instead of a coffee shop! There's a fireplace, comfy chairs, and a top-notch playlist! I had the salted carmel latte with oatmilk. Very, very good. I would highly recommend if you like sweet coffee and need a good place to meet up with friends, study, or have a little 'me time'. read more

I had a gingerbread cafe con leche, and by god it was amazing! They make their own syrups, so even if they don't have the flavor selection of other coffee shops, the quality exceeds expectations. The interior was quiet, not a lot of ambient noise, thought that's probably only because the place is relatively new. I have no doubt that as more people discover this joint it will become a frequent favorite. They have plant of comfy chairs and tables, good for studying, being social, or whatever. They even have a corner that can reserved ahead of time and closed off with thick curtains, great for business meetings or group study sessions. There's also a rewards program, every 10th coffee or tea is free. Baristas were also very professional and friendly, I was here with my dad who wanted a mocha but most places make them too sweet for him to really enjoy. She gave him several options to find the right mix of chocolate and coffee. He LOVED it, and they told him how to order it on his return to make sure he gets exactly what he wants. Word of warning- they do melt chocolate fresh for their chocolate chip mocha, it does take longer than your average mocha. And their mugs have no handles! So be prepared, but not worried. Coffee comes out the perfect temperature, so there's no issues holding it. read more

So if you need a meeting space - for 2 or 10 - they have a spot for you! They have 3 meeting spaces you can reserve for groups. I love the array of gluten free bakery items! Thank you!! The coffee is also quite tasty! read more

This was my first time trying Re-Defined coffee. I tried the salted caramel iced latte and let me say, the latte was very smooth and has a subtle sweetness that I liked. The reason why I give it 4/5 stars is because it was a bit pricy. Aside from that, the place was very clean and the guy who helped me out was very nice! read more

We were just down the road from here and each time I went, I really enjoyed the cold brew and the vanilla. They do make all their own syrups, which is awesome and not common but becoming very common now. The other thing I loved is you can sit there for 3 hours and get bottomless brewed coffee for dirt cheap. Overall, I'd recommend Redefined any day over other chains in the area. read more

Great atmosphere and environment The vanilla chai and spinach quiche were yummy And the people were friendly read more

The coffee is very good. I wish there was an option or two for a larger size, but what they have is reasonably priced. But what makes this place 5 stars is the vibe. All employees are friendly and cheerful, and the place is very chill and low key. It doesn't matter if you have computer work to do, want to play a small board game, or just sit and enjoy a really good cup of Joe, when you want in the door you will NOT want to leave. read more

Today was my first time at Redefined Coffee House. I live in Grapevine and recently moved from the west coast where there are trendy coffee shops on every corner. To say I was excited that there was a coffee house like this in Grapevine and I didn't have to drive to Dallas is an understatement, especially since I grew up in Grapevine and had nothing like this growing up. I had a hot vanilla latte and it was very good. It was the perfect level of sweetness. I don't like my coffee or any drinks to be too, too sweet, so when I paired it with a blueberry muffin, I felt like I was in heaven. S/O to the barista who recommended it. Other than having good coffee, good treats and making some of their syrups in-house, I really enjoyed the vibe of the coffee shop as well as the amount of space they have. I loved how the coffee shop was decorated for fall. They have table seating, big comfy looking chairs, even a couple tables to sit at outside. It wasn't too loud, as they kept a steady flow of people coming in within the two hours I was there. I saw all types of people come in, so I would say Redefined Coffee House is good for students or anyone who needs to get work done, meeting up with a couple of friends, or just to have some alone time. They definitely still give off a "small coffee shop" vibe without being too small. I'm a coffee drinker who not only drinks coffee on a regular basis, but also appreciates the atmosphere in where I drink my coffee. Redefined Coffee House definitely made my experience memorable. I most certainly will come back. read more

I was going to write a pretty good review for this coffee house, and there are a lot of good things to say. This is a 3rd wave coffee house with delicious coffee from Avoca coffee, a local, single-origin roaster based in Fort Worth. Now I like to take my time when I survey a coffeehouse or restaurant that is new to me. I want to see what type of tea & coffee drinks they feature on the menu and their price point (I used to consult for start-up coffee houses, so I am pretty well read in this market on the subject.) Their prices are comparable to what a third-wave coffee house usually charges, with the exception of some espresso drinks, like the latte, which I felt was a little cheaper than usual. Kudos. However, as I perused the menu and looked around at the displays to learn what they had to offer, I felt intense pressure from the cashier to order quickly, even though I was the only customer ordering. Boo. I decided to order a pour-over to draw out the fine nuances from the bean, with the intention of ordering a drip coffee refill after, customary at most coffee houses. I don't remember the name of the bean I chose because I walked out disgusted with their business practice before refreshing my memory. More on that later. The pour-over was performed almost secretly out of view, a result of a high-positioned coffee bar. I am a proponent of transparency when it comes to fine coffee. If I am paying $4.25 for a single-origin cup, then I deserve to see your technique. The staff seemed very discombobulated, struggling to manage customer orders while also logically coffee crafting. My order took way too long considering I ordered when no one was in line. However, there attitude was sweet and nice over all. The coffee was not hot enough for me, and I was very shocked that the pour-over resulted in only a 6 oz coffee mug. Super pricy for the quantity, diminishing the impact of the fine coffee quality. I did havebto run to the car to grab my liquid Splenda since they do not offer it. Nor do they offer regular sugar, Equal or Sweet & Low. Boo. The only sweeteners I saw were honey (from squeeze packets that suggest it's not 100% real, but I forgot to check if this was the case,) Sugar in the Raw , and the detested Stevia (I can't stand it's horrible after taste.) Boo. They did offer yellow mustard from a squeeze packet for the bagel wrapped pigs in a blanket I ordered. They offer plain, jalapeno, asiago and everything - and they seem made in house. Kudos. Additional food offerings include a variety of vegan cookies, different types of muesli, large cinnamon rolls, blueberry muffins, and savory galletes. However they were all high priced ( ex. the muffins $4.00 and the cinnamon roll nearly $5!!!) I really enjoyed my coffee, medium bodied and rich with snappy acidity and chocolate overtones. As I sat there playing an iPhone game, I also took in the atmosphere-a wonderful setting of warm, rustic wood, coffee lab glass for making cold brew (they offer three different varieties), a long horizontal gas fireplace, and oversized tic-tac-toe game boards made of matching wood and metal X's and O's. However, I was rudely snapped out of coffee bliss when I went to order the drip coffee refill, as they tried to charge full price for a cup and refused to listen to my explanation regarding customary coffee practice in America. If this is redefined coffee house than I will stick to the other third-wave houses who give me a better value on drip style coffee. I left immediately at that point not willing to pay their raping prices. I simply can't justify $10 for 2 cups of drip style coffee. The cashier was sweet however and for that I do want to give credit, as I was obviously very unhappy with my overall experience. I won't be back. read more

Easily the best coffee option in Grapevine, I can't think of anything close. Their primary offerings are from Avoca, Misty Valley on press and pour over. Their house coffee is French pressed, so be aware if that's not your thing. They also feature guest roasters, which can be hit or miss. For the most part baristas pull good shots, so don't shy away from the espresso. The folks who work here are great and provide good service. At this point the major drawback is capacity. The place fills up fast and it's often difficult to find a place to sit after 10am. read more

It's 102° out. I've literally just walked from a Bikram class. It's hot. I'm hot. I'm dripping sweat everywhere. My core temperature feels high. I want a coffee and here I am having a Yirgacheffe pour over that I agree with the barista lacks the Lavender notes stated by the roaster, it's very Meyer-lemony, I like it. Even with coffee I've slightly cooled but my clothes are still too wet to get into a Lyft. Five Stars! read more
