Such good coffee, and really are gluten free on there bake goods. Chose this place for my friend with a gluten allergy, and the bake goods are safe to eat. So anyone with celiac or gluten allergies this place is a good go. Also there gluten free goodies are super good even if you don't have an allergy. This is coming from someone who can eat gluten. read more

One of the most aesthetically pleasing coffee shops I've ever been to. It's quiet even when it's busy, and the smooth jazz makes me feel like I'm in a rom-com. There is SO much seating to choose from and the drinks are very tasty! read more

This place is an absolute game-changer as far as the coffee scene goes in Grapevine. It's just about the cutest, coziest little place you could ever imagine, and on top of that, the service is just absolutely incredible. From the smiling faces to the absolutely mind-blowingly amazing coffees, teas, and even vanilla apple cider, everything about this place is just perfect. My 9 year old daughter loves the hot chocolate chip (made with the most decadent, delicious, REAL dark chocolate) while I'm a fan of...well, everything. Check this place out, seriously. read more

I had summer haze & my boyfriend had an iced mocha with hazelnut in it, which I highly recommend both. I love the vibe of this place. It's a challenge to find "darker" coffee shops where it's not so bright. We loved this place & wish there was one in northern Dallas! The baristas here were amazing & gave amazing recommendations! read more

We had: 1) the house coffee (French Press Avoca Coffee brew of the day) 10oz $2.50 Very flavorful 2) the steamer (steamed milk with a shot of home made Vanilla Simple Syrup) 8oz $2.00 Perfectly paired with the warm brownie! 3) brownie, gluten free...delish 4) chocolate chip cookies...tasty Pics of the desserts posted. We visited on a Wednesday around 6pm. Parking was scarce because it's in a small strip mall. The yoga & driving school businesses took up most parking. Also the time we visited, place was full of high schoolers giggling so the vibe wasn't super chill. We will be back for coffee again. read more

Such a cute coffee shop! Tons of room to study or get work done and it has such a nice and calming interior! Coffee was good as well (:

So sad and disappointed I was looking forward to Come to this place for so long. It is just beautiful the decor is absolutely gorgeous and inviting, but the fireplace is fake and the place too cold to relax, our drinks were just ok, my caffé con panna ( espresso and whipped cream) looked so yummy and it wasn't, coffee was just warm and I guess the cold whipped cream didn't help, the chocolate mocha was too bitter and wasn't hot either, the saddest part was the croissant that looked so delicious was hard and cold, straight from the fridge, they offered to heat it up but the microwave would have just ruined it, they need a conventional oven for sure. I would say boomer! I left so sad and dissatisfied :-( STAFF was super nice! Specially the girl at the cashier. read more

Holy coffee beans, Batman. This place is fantastic! The coffee was great. The service was superb. And the ambience is my absolute favorite of any coffeehouse I've ever been to, and I've been to a few (or twenty or forty). I make it a point to search out and visit cofeehouses when I travel, and here is this one... close to home, and the atmosphere is the best I've seen. The decor is warm and enviting, and I could stay for hours and be super hyped up on caffeine. And let's face it, you can have great coffee and a cold, uninviting environment and go out of business. I've been to places with a gorgeous ambience with coffee flavors of semi-truck-tire or well-done-cockroach that have stayed in business.... this place has great coffee and ambience. Five+ stars! read more

What a great coffee place in downtown Grapevine. As soon as you walk in, there is definitely a unique, calming ambience that gives you the feeling of being in a great foreign city like Paris. They decorate the store according to the seasons which I love because it keeps things fresh. Their drink menu, although not greatly extensive, had enough appealing options to keep you coming back to try something different. Their dessert selection also looks delicious!! I have to come back to try them out. The only downside to this place was that it took really long to get our coffee. My friend waited nearly 10-15 minutes! Not ideal for someone in a rush. However, I do recommend coming here to catch up with someone or do a little big of work/studying. You're better off going through a Starbucks for a quick cup of coffee though. read more

Redefined Coffee House - Cool Fall decor! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

What a fabulous coffee house! Super hip decor, fabulous coffee and pastries and cool tunes playing. Located on Main Street in downtown Grapevine, this coffee house is just across 114. The interior is modern industrial. You'll notice the door knobs are water valves, and pipe spells out "coffee". Very clever! I ordered a soy late which was made perfectly. My almond croissant was wonderful as well. My only wish is if they could heat it in a toaster oven. They offered to put it in the microwave, but that would have made it soggy. If you are looking for a great cup of joe and a hip place to drink it, stop by for a cup! read more

Redefined Coffee House - Delicious Latte - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

I wasn't impressed. The staff was friendly but beyond that it was not my cup of tea... or coffee. Only two sugar choices ??? ... in a coffee house. The atmosphere ( you feel like your in the lobby of Google or Facebook ) is unique to say the least. It's a very new age, let's all share each others space , kind of vibe. As for the coffee itself , it wasn't very impressive either. I will say , I ordered a standard drip coffee , nothing fancy , so I can't speak to the rest of the selections. If this place is your kinda scene then great , it will serve you well . However , if your more old fashioned or traditional, try somewhere else. read more

Love it! The baristas are friendly here, the design is great, and the prices are comparable or better than other coffee shops. I got their iced chai latte and really enjoyed it. First time I was introduced to this place, it was for my birthday. I worked at a local coffee shop and a friend wanted me to go to a coffee shop that wasn't where I worked. I love this place! Their pastries are delicious and their drinks are always completed with latte art! I normally order the chai latte. They also have the best ice coffee I've ever experienced! I just had the VERY best chai latte ever in my life at Re:defined Coffee House. Best ever! It was pumpkin chai....so yummy for the season. The atmosphere is so inviting. I could stay there all day. Things I LOVE about Re:defined Coffee House: The coffee. I'll never go to a chain coffee joint again. The baristas. Great service. So friendly. Not snooty. The atmosphere. Such a cool relaxed place. Feels like I'm sitting comfortably in the living room of a friend. Last but not least, the decor in this place is a must see! It looks & feels like a Winter wonderland! So lovely! read more

Redefined Coffee House - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

This place is one of my favorites whenever I'm looking to change study environments (instead of staying in Dallas). There's so much space inside that it's really easy to find a place to sit (while still maintaining a fair distance). The last few times I've been I've noticed that they change up the decor to keep things fresh and festive. Love!!!! I usually order the vanilla latte (hot or cold) and treat myself to a chocolate chip cookie. The pricing is as expected, nothing too outrageous but you still kinda pay a little extra for the ambiance (imo). The staff are always helpful and excited to give out their recommendations. It's usually not too busy when I go but I'm sure it's a hotspot for a lot of locals. Their cups are also so cute- I love the 'all black' aesthetic. Something about it just makes me feel so fancy and productive lol. This place has a lot of reviews for a good reason!!! check it out! read more

I love redefined coffeehouse! The staff is always nice, patient, and helpful when my indecisive brain can't make a decision. The seating is plentiful and I love how they have different sections. It's a big shop but doesn't lose the coffeeshop aspect/feel of it. It's very well done! Their seasonal drinks are always good and I love how they decorate the place!! I'm not the biggest fan of the coffee roaster they use, but I go back to the shop for the people and atmosphere read more

I've enjoyed so many special moments at re:defined for YEARS! They brew Avoca coffee & there are great drink options with their house-made signature syrups. Try the Lavendar Latte (add honey!) or the Hamilton on the secret menu (cold brew w/ half & half + cinnamon). Both are great drinks! ***It's usually pretty crowded though, so if you're wanting to come with a group, call ahead and reserve seating in the yellow velvet booth in the back!)*** Great overall aesthetics, art and friendly staff & owners. read more

Went in today and was shocked by the utter lack of social distancing and proper safety measures by the staff. NONE of the staff were wearing masks or gloves. They had no plexiglass separating them from customers. Additionally, there were at least 30 customers in the store--NONE were wearing masks or observing social distancing. I can't believe how irresponsible the management of Re:Defined Coffee is--they should be shut down, especially when other DFW-area coffee stores are observing the appropriate safety measures. Its stores like this which are making Texas a COVID hot spot. read more

Great gourmet coffees, pastries and top-Notch service. The best coffee house in the DFW area.

Great space, unique options, friendly staff! The rosemary latte is a refreshingly unique option when every other coffee shop seems to only be offering lavender (there are other amazing herbs, people!). The taste was perfect, barely sweet with just the right amount of rosemary coming through to allow you to taste the espresso as well. The interior is large and welcoming, with both open tables and study/conference rooms on both sides. It looked like the rooms might be available to reserve. This is certainly a contender for the best coffee shop in Grapevine! read more

This coffee shop is beautiful! We happened to be in the area and thought we'd stop in based on the reviews, I'm so glad we did! It was really busy but somehow inside was very quiet. There were a lot of people reading, working in their laptops, and having quiet conversations. I really loved the ambiance! I love that they have tic-tac-to and chess games on some of the tables. The coffee itself was fantastic! I ordered a almond milk mocha latte, it was so pretty and tasted delish! I'm very impressed and will make it a point to stop in when I'm in the area! read more

I'm not from Texas and have 2 hours to kill before I have to go to the airport. And was so lucky to find this Gem! I ordered a Latte and a "paleo scone" which I was skeptic on getting. Both are perfect! The scone seems to have a smidge of sea salt that just makes it soooo good! The latte o dos t even need to put sugar in it! Fantastic! The place itself is super cute. Currently decorated for Christmas. Great couches and ottomans to sit and relax for a bit! It's quite big! Well if I'm ever in town again I will come back! Thank you for a great morning! read more

Really disappointed. A family member visiting from out of state went in for a coffee and received mean, terrible customer service. I will be praying for this barista... who may just be having a bad day. Please don't take it out on guests, customers, patrons. Call them whatever you like. Redefined was a favorite when this family member lived nearby. Really hurt feelings today though. Expressions my family member felt pushed into texting me were tough. Very sad. Praying for this barista to have a better day and better life! But no more Redefined! read more

Lovely place and great drinks. However, went on Saturday to see that not one employee was wearing masks or gloves. Quite disgusted to see that they were fully open and social distancing was not require as the tables / couches were placed as usual, right next to each other. They literally did nothing to practice social distancing. Also, no paper towels in the bathroom which is so gross. Do they not understand COVID?? Coffee house was full of guests , no masks or nothing. Ran out of there as fast as I could. read more

I just loved this place. Stranded in the area, while waiting for a VERY delayed flight, I decided to find a more comfortable place to wait it out than the airport. YAY - Redefined Coffee House is more like a HOUSE than a shop. When you walk in, it offers the kind of comfort that lets you exhale and relax. There are couches, easy chairs, reading chares, a very nice "fireplace" sitting area, and its staged with calming colors, fabrics, and music. The baristas are not pretentious in any way, and the chap who helped me was very descriptive in explaining all the different "milk" options available. There is soy, almond, coconut, hemp, oat, and maybe one more, but I can't remember. I explained what I was looking for and agreed to try oat milk in my latte. I chose a leather reading chair next to the "fireplace," a gorgeous, long LCD screen playing a realistic fire scene, which was framed atop by a fireplace mantle, which was then topped with an old piano keyboard - just the keys - it had a fun, rustic, creative vibe. My latte arrived soon after, and was beautiful and delicious. Latte art in the shape of leaves, then a heart after I sipped it, is always sweet, but coffee that arrives at perfect drinking temperature is even more satisfying! The oat milk was smooth combined with espresso; the latte needed no sweetener or modification of any kind. Ahhhhhh... I was able to sit, sip, and read a really interesting reddit post for over an hour and a half. I would come here again in a heartbeat next time I'm in the area! read more

A great quick stop for good coffee while walking down Grapevine Main Street! It was extremely busy on a Saturday afternoon - even with such a large seating area, all the tables/seats were taken. The shop has a modern lounge feel, but the portion sizes have a European feel. The Chai Latte ($5.50 for 16oz, which is a Tall in the Starbucks world) though pricey was pretty good - a little sweet for my taste but held a very authentic and aromatic chai flavor. Get the larger (aka. doubled) 16oz size for only $1 more. read more

The first time we ever went here was last year before heading to the gaylord ice sculpture attraction. It was cold out and stepping into redefined was like stepping into a cozy cabin, we loved the atmosphere. We ended up sitting in their backbooth and ordering a couple vanilla soy lattes. My husband and I loved it so much that we've been coming back ever since. I really appreciate the consistency of your customer service! Great coffee shop. The salted caramel latte was tasty. The small is only 8oz so if you used to other shops sizes, make sure to get the bigger one. read more

This is an artisanal style coffee shop. I don't at all mind paying more for better quality, and my experience and latte checked out, very delicious. However, I really don't understand why these artisanal style shops have gone to the largest size for a hot latte is 12 oz. The only explanation I can come up with is: they are hoping you'll double your spending and order another? When the 'passionate' coffee community reduced bags to 12 oz from a full pound it was a shameless effort to push the price of beans to +$20/ lb (and often as much as $40?!?). I draw the line at $5 for a 12oz latte is your largest size, this is, in my estimation, elitist. If you can get all the customers you want with this tactic, good for you? Just count me out. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE the environment. Stopped here for a few hours until my peers arrived in town to pick me up for a conference. The coffee does has a pretty bitter flavor (order a cold brew and lavender latte), so it needed to be sweetened to offset it. Would recommend as a great study/work place. read more

Perfect quaint place with great seating and coffee..pastries are good too! Once a week treat!

We went here for the first time and were very pleased. They have a loyalty program, a variety of house made simple syrups, and interesting lattes. I got a slim milk latte with lavender simple while my friend got the iced chocolate chip coffee. Hers was very sweet but refreshing. Mine was so excellent and the perfect amount of subtle sweetness and lavender. The trendiness of the coffee house was so hipster and relaxed. Old fashioned couches and unique light fixtures and old books created an excellent atmosphere. People were studying or meeting yo talk. Employees were very friendly and helpful on the menu. The coffeehouse was clean. And you could tell it was well loved by the constant flow of guests. Small sandwiches and wraps pre made as well as bakery items were for sale. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good coffee, a study environment or simply a place to catch up with a friend. read more
