I custom designed Save The Date 5x7" cards for my wedding and needed to get them printed on a specific card stock with a specific weight (the heavier the weight the thicker the card stock paper) and Office Depot's printer could not support printing the job for me. I yelped for a printing service place and RedDot Printing popped up on top as it has the best reviews. It was late at night, mind you, and Z the owner responded via Yelp messaging right away. I explained my situation and what I needed, and he said it was doable. I came in the next day with my USB drive shared him the file and asked for a specific card stock I wanted my Save The Dates printed on. Unfortunately he didn't have the paper I wanted, but he referred me to go to Kelly Paper down the street and was able to find what I needed. I coordinated with Z when I would be able to drop off my paper and he did his best to work around my availability. Let me tell you, aside from a few miscommunications on time and meeting place (he has 2 locations), the customer service and prints were awesome! My fiancée loved the way our Save The Dates came out! Let me start off by saying I, without a doubt, would absolutely recommend this printing company to ANYONE. I called this business on New Year's Day 1/1/2021 because I was in need of memorial cards for a my uncle's to be printed before the services on Monday. Not only did the owner answer the phone on New Year's Day, but once I told him what I needed and that I would need the cards printed before Monday, he told me he could get it done- and at a fraction of what I thought it was going to cost. Within a few hours he had my cards printed and ready for pick up. My family is so incredibly grateful to Z and what he got done for us on a holiday weekend. The cards came out beautifully and we no longer have to stress about getting these cards printed over the weekend in time for the funeral. I throughly enjoy working with small, local businesses and I'm so glad I went with my gut and called this place. I will be turning to Z for all of my future printing needs. Also, I should point out, I requested a quote on Yelp from multiple businesses and received 2. 1 from Z and 1 from another company. Z was less than half the cost and the other company said it would take 4-5 business days beginning on Monday when they re-opened after the holiday weekend.
