I had a consultation beforehand which I hadn't had before at a salon, because I was considering coloring my hair. Highly recommend to have that consultation. She was awesome and walked me through different ideas for my hair. Due to time (on my part), after the consultation I got a hair cut and scheduled to come back a week later. She was awesome with my hair cut and style. Came back a week later and got a partial Balayage. Claire walked me through the process, and awesome to work with. On the Covid front, felt comfortable and safe there. Everyone wore a mask and clients were distanced, except when you're hair was washed (but there were barriers).
