I've found many great deals on those tables from phone charging cables, toys, luggage bags, home goods, tools, and decor. Items here are mostly store overstock and returns so item quality and variety can be a mixed bag. Most items are in fairly good, almost new condition though. I don't come here to find the staples, instead I stop about once a week to see what deals I might find. You never know what you might find which always makes it an adventure and surprise! I was looking online to see if they carry converse, as I was looking for a pair of regular black chucks. When I entered the store there were tons of staff all over which is nice to see these days. I browsed the men's section first since the shoes are pretty much the same, I couldn't find them at first so I went across the store over to the women's and couldn't find converse in women's either. I did notice the women's shoes wasn't as busy as the men's. I browsed around a bit (no one greeted me or anything in men's or women's). I did finally find them under a table display and they only had platforms for women's so I went back over to men's to take another look. I did find them and waited for a salesman to assist me. A man walked up (after me) and the shoe he wanted was next to stock room so he was helped right away. I waited and asked for help.. I was told by a rep that he had to go check on some other customers, I kept waiting and being ignored to the point I witnessed reps asking people still looking around if they needed help and finally someone came up to help me, I asked for a 7 (as I'm a 8 1/2, 9 in women's), he came back and told me the smallest size they have is an 8 which is too big. He asked who I was shopping for, I said myself and he asked me what size I wear and I said about a 9 in women's and he said "well this is men's" as if I was blind. Just didn't like the vibes all around.

I saw some cute Bondi 9's. I researched Hoka website and they are a neutral shoe, but will work for overpronation, which my friend says I have. They were comfortable walking in the shoe dept. I also needed a new cover for my thrift store Stanley. I did score 20% off. What bothers me is they say they have a military discount but supposedly this store doesn't do that. Scheels offers 5% off. I'm glad I had a 20% discount for these spendy $174 shoes. Hope they are comfortable for my new side fun job this summer. I will be walking a lot and enjoying concerts.

Brad in the golf area basically stepped on the top of the putter with his filthy shoes when he tried to Aline the new grip. There was another guy in the golf area I told him you could see the shoe prints on the top of the 2 ball putter. He tried to clean it off the best he could. There is still debris in the ball on the putter. I called to talk to the manager. Basically the employee lied and told the manager that he didn't step on the putter. The manager basically told me since I didn't buy the putter there they really couldn't do much! then said bye. I'll never go back!

Trust me I get it, I my self work in retail and have had people walk in 5 minutes before "POSTED" closing time and we DO NOT tell them we are closing in 5 minutes. What we do is ask them what we can help them find. Especially when they are quickly walking around trying to find what they came in to get so as not to keep the employees too long past closing time. When I pointed out that they could get us out faster if they helped us find what we came in to get instead of standing at the register being mad that we were even there. What I got was major attitude and total disrespect from the young man, he proceeded to sass me and tell me I never asked for help and maybe if I did he would. At which point I admit I was 1st shocked and then I got mad. I will never shop at that store again. Not that far to go to Shakopee where the staff is helpful and well trained in customer service.
