Of course I look for the clearance items and then the sale items I need . First, the racks of clothes are so packed that you could hardly get an item out to even look at it. The clothes would get tangled with other items. Just a royal pain. Because they have the coupons and reward if you spend $50 get $10 off next purchase; the mark up is atrocious. It's March and they still have Christmas stuff only 70% off. There was a holiday toss pillow at $25 it was originally $85. REALLY?? Not sure it's all that good of a deal at Kohls But I do want to acknowledge it is a clean store

I was extremely annoyed along with many other runners at the Flint Crim this year that complete runner had their own TWO port-a-John's labeled for Complete runner employees only. When my wife attempted to use one minutes before the Crim they said those are for employees only and turned her and many other women away to go wait in long lines while there was zero lines for their private port a Johns that were inside the public area for the race. What a joke. It totally put a bad taste in my mouth along with dozens of other runners we spoke with. Everyone was up in arms about it and I feel their potential business may suffer from these novice employees rude decisions AT A PUBLIC EVENT FOR RUNNERS

Pretty average Ross store- some nice housewares and perfume, but definitely could be improved…read more. it's new, but it's one of the smaller Ross stores I've seen and it carries very few clothing items, particularly better labels. They had only a couple of handbags last time I was there.. I can't say I was impressed with that.. a few 'designer' adjacent bags? Nope.. they were low end Michael Kors and something else unremarkable.. They really need more clothing and accessories.. as for service- there wasn't any.. and lines were long.. we left because the line was snaking around the store and we got tired of waiting- only one sales associate!! Their "sales" and clearance sections are nothing to write home about, but they sell really attractive clothes and prices are pretty average after all of their well-advertised discounts. In all, the store has great variety and decent customer service. Displays are well-maintained and attractive, never messy or unorganized, regardless of clearance sales. They have a nice display of jewelry and sunglasses at fairly low prices. It's one of my husband's favorite clothing stores. He drags me in here whenever we are shopping at GVC.
