The items came out smelling toxic, a very strong unpleasant odor. 6 of the 7 top XL dryers were out of order. The only one that worked was designated for PET wash articles. Bottom line, spent $6.75 to "wash" and lost $1.25 in the dryer that didn't work ... $8.00 TOTAL. The attendant was NOT concerned. I told her I might not have time to get it fixed. I called her because message can be miss understood through text. When I called she had an attitude. I told her I was calling to try to work things out. She still had attitude and Told me to get my seamstress to fix it. When I told her there might not be enough time to fix it she said that's on you and oh well. I asked to speak to her manager, who was Steve. He told me I was lying. When I picked up my dress. Teresa was flipping me off as I walked out the door. I was going to have them do my husband clothes. I don't recommend because if they ruin it, they don't care.
