As part of the fitting process, the store conducted a gait analysis to better ascertain which type of shoes would be most suitable Found two pair that met our requirements and walked around the store in both. Then were able to get on the store treadmill and actually run in the shoes that were selected to get a realistic feel for them. Most outstanding Store only carries the top end running shoes from a number of manufacturers to include Ascic, Brooks, Nike and others. Prices that were observed start at $80,00 and go up I very good and informative purchasing experience. Definitely will use this store again. Oh and the store has a loyalty program where if you buy a certain punt of product over a period of time, you will receive a free pair of shoes. Especially relevant for those putting a lot of miles on their shoes on a regular basis.

Also, given the fact that the two pairs of shoes I purchased had white sections, she recommended a protection waterproof/stain remover spray to apply to the shoes frequently. She explained where it was on the shelf by the door and I ended up buying a can. Some people may view this as an "up-sale" tactic made by those who are in the sales industry. However, I didn't feel any pressure into buying the extra item. She mentioned after I had brought up the concern of the shoes being white, and then she provided some helpful information. I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door and both men were very friendly. I was on a tight time frame as I had to pick up my husband. This is the real deal customer service place that we so used to know! They actually help you put the shoe on and tie them! I was so impressed with this service. Caleb waited patiently and went out of his way accommodating my needs. He even pulled up the computer for other options. I am definitely that one who wants to try everything. I am a nurse and have an have a foot injury so trying ever option is critical for comfort . Caleb took MORE than enough time to allow me to find the right fit for my foot. One of the best characteristics that Caleb has is he know his shoes and can tell you the differences in comfort, cushioning and stability of shoes which helped me so much in making a decision. The staff, elite runners themselves, took their time to offer me a number of options and try each one until I was completely comfortable. That included walking on their indoor track for a bit of time to ensure no issues. It's a fantastic value for the money, particularly for elite runners or individuals like myself that might be in need of a little TLC for footwear.
