Just looked at me and said "New heal, OK. Come back Tuesday". I definitely didn't feel like his priority. But I left the shoes and when I came back they were done. Looked OK, not like new, but acceptable, but now 5 months later the heal has come off one and is about half off the other. I definitely won't go back.
