Absolutely impeccable service! The first time I came was to get a sport coat repaired. It needed an entirely new lining, among other needs. Not long after dropping it off, he called me back to let me know it wasn't worth it. There were several other problems I didn't even know about. As much as it hurt, I needed to let that one go. He was right. Today I stopped by to get a small hole in some dress pants repaired. I walked up to the door and read that they're closed Mondays. Bummer! But! He saw me at the door, and while he said they were closed, he also invited me in. I showed him the hole and he said, "Ok, just wait a couple of minutes." I did, he repaired it, and didn't want to charge for it! I feel cheap only getting him to accept $5. As I was leaving he said, "See you next time." Yes he will. I took two winter coats in for repair of the broken zippers. I was seen immediately. They repaired one zipper and the other zipper they modified so that it would work. I was only charged for the complete repair. The proprietor was very friendly and explained everything to me. The entire service took about 15 minutes. Very reasonable rate on services. Highly recommend. I went here to get a formal jumpsuit taken in on the sides, and I was on a tight timeline. I went in without setting up an appointment, and when I got there, this place was busy! Thought that was a great sign. Still, he was able to get me in and out, with fitting the sides, in probably less than 15 minutes. I dropped off the jumpsuit midday Tuesday. For only $30, he was able to take in the sides AND have it ready for pick up midday Thursday. When I did pick it up, I was shocked because I almost thought it looked TOO good, as if it was never touched. Thats how great this tailor is! Now it fits beautifully and I definitely plan on bringing anything else here in the future. read more

I had two shirts, one with a tear in the sleeve , and one with a small sleeve button missing, not routine fixes for even a professional. Sen's sewing on my two shirts was superb. I also provide Sen with pieces of leather and pieces of fleece lining and he provided elastic and professionally cut and sewed custom made leather headcovers for my golf clubs. The golf headcovers as classy and look as stylish as leather headcovers manufactured by Iliac Golf Company, but are distinctively and uniquely designed by Sen. Sen's prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place. They are two of the most hardworking people you'll meet. They were going on vacation that week but I needed suits altered for my first big trip. She agreed to do it for me and delivered. And with an extremely fair price. I almost forgot they left so they called me and stayed open late for me to swing by. Very nice! Good tailor shop located in Rockbrook Village (next door to the Hunger Block), ample parking and easy to access. Flexible with pick up times and had the work done when they said they would. My partner had 3 work pants hemmed and they were done so beautifully and at a fair price (I think about $10-15/pant). Service experience during pick up was a bit frustrating but it was likely an isolated incident as everyone there is very friendly. How have I never given a review for Mr.Sen?! Alright, so I hold this tailor shop near and dear to my heart because the work done here is perfection. Mr.Sen has such an attention to detail, and I trust his opinion with all my garments. He has rescued me from many horrible bridesmaid dresses and has become my go-to for everything. I have also taken my boyfriend to get his suits fitted, as well as my mum, and we are all fans. He works with designer materials as well, and does such perfect work, you will not be disappointed! After bad experiences with nightmare "quick and cheap tailors" at stores (ahem, Nordstrom Rack), I'm a litle hesitant about taking my pants to get shortened. Luckily, Yelpers led me to Sen. His store may be small (desk in front with one small dressing room and a pedastal/mirror station; the magic happens in the back. There is a bit of a language barrier, but I really had no problems communicating what I wanted done and felt assured that there was no misunderstandings when I left. I had a nice pair of dress pants and jeans shortened, and they were ready within a week (I'm sure they can expedite orders if necessary). I thought it was a tad bit expensive ($28 for two pants), but I'd gladly pay that then have someone else butcher my nice clothes. CASH/CHECKS ONLY. No credit cards accepted, they do not have a machine. read more

I don't understand the good ratings. They charged me $100 to hem a dress and didn't tell me it would be that much. Other places that do a better job are less than half that cost. They also did a sub par job on it. My wedding dress didn't even cost that much to hem. Never going here again. read more

My husband's favorite leather jacket blew a zipper and Sen put a new one in, plus was able to zip the lining back in that is necessary in Omaha (but not California), all for $16.05! Wow! There is no other tailor I'd go to. I've taken multiple dresses to him for alterations. Once I get them back, it's like they were made that way! You cannot tell they've been altered at all. Not only that, the turn around time from drop off to pick up is much quicker than I'd had expected. Most 1-2 weeks! My daughter had a prom dress with a beaded top where some of the beading has come loose or was missing. When we picked it up, you couldn't find a single missing bead! I ended up going back to Sen's because I was working with Rossi's Clothier, the connected menswear shop next door on a custom suit. Sen did a really great job with helping out on measurements, and then getting the final fit just right once the suit came in. He also really understood what kind of fit I wanted, and helped the Rossi's owner to order me a suit with a bit more modern fit than I would have gotten otherwise. I was devastated when my tailor moved to a different city. I tried out several tailors around Omaha only to find that their work was lacking. I took a chance on Sen's Tailor on a recommendation from a friend and I was ectatic with the results. Make sure you get the gentleman in his 30's to do your pinning. He takes great care to make sure your shirts, jackets, pants, skirts, etc are all pinned exactly to your measurements (doesn't just pin one side and wing it like some other tailors). The price is more than other tailors around town as well, but the quality of the workmanship is incredible. I paid $25 to take in a pair of pants, but they look like they are made for me. Same with a shirt I brought in that has become too big. The pinning all along the back, sides, and sleeves and then the tailoring made it look like the shirt was made-to-measure. I would recommend you spend a little more and try Sen's for the expert touch they provide. read more

I took in a very expensive dress for my daughter's senior prom. She begged me not to leave it, because they could barely speak English and the place was a mess, but I had them go ahead and hem it. I thought, "How bad could they be?" As it turns out, horrible. They spilled oil on the front and claimed it was there when we left it.
