Can't say the same about Lids, as it pretty much only sells sports lids. On my visit, I was looking for a Timberwovles lid. Well, no dice. Probably because they aren't a popular team in Nebraska (still, Lids had like three T-Wolves lids, fwiw). A man who I presumed to be the owner even admitted he used to live in Minneapolis for a few years and had a bunch of Twins memorabilia all over the place inside Pro Image. Go figure. I did find and purchase an incredibly awesome San Antonio Spurs "dad" lid, so I did get my lid fix after all. Not a bad little store! The lids/sports clothes store at the mall used to be one of my favorites as a kid, so browsing around brought back some nice lil feels.

Jerry Ryan had each guy stop in for a fitting for each item, and they all raved about the service they received there! My daughter tried on nearly a dozen different pairs of cleats, and Rick stayed with us through the entire process without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Anyone who has shopped for kids' cleats knows how frustrating it can get, but Rick handled everything with professionalism and kindness. After two days of searching at different places, Rick was the one who helped us finally find a pair that fit well and worked for her wide feet. The price was very competitive as well! What impressed me most was how comfortable he made the experience for my daughter. She never felt embarrassed or pressured, and Rick treated the whole situation with patience and encouragement. We were short on time, so will need to return to take in the full experience as there was just too many things to choose from!! The selection of holiday attire and every day attire is top tier. The employees were helpful, kind, and the owner is present and wonderful to work with also! There are items that seem to fit within the budget, and some on the higher end price wise- but the quality is great!
