Came into AZ to deliver a new build to Rockstar Energy during the SuperBowl and need a detail done in a pinch. These guys were professional and quick, they are responsive and communicated until they got here. Once here took direction awesomely and nailed the detail. I will definitely use them again, off to deliver the new build! They gave me an estimate and nailed it to the dollar. They didn't up charge me or add things. Their price was better than most the Detailers in the area.

Every nook and cranny was cleaned professionally!!

CALL THEM TODAY! Red Valley is the only company I will trust with my own vehicles from now on, and I will refer them to everybody I know. Donny and Colin do a phenomenal job, and guarantee their work - and they don't price gouge you like other detail companies in the valley. They are honest, and all around GREAT guys to do business with! We inherited a car that smelled so heavily of cherry car freshener, that it gave me a headache just to sit in it. We tried ALL the methods recommended to remove the smell, but nothing made a dent. Then I found Red Valley! First, Colin came out and shampooed and detailed everything - he did an amazing job. We were both convinced it would do the trick. But just a few days later, that sinister cherry smell began to make it's way back. Colin came back out and we did an ozone treatment - it was like MAGIC! Red Valley Detail destroyed the audio head of my wife's infotainment center of my car and they are refusing to pay for damages. On Wednesday, February 1, we hired this company to come clean the inside of my wife's car at our house. The individual who came to the house was rude (his exact words to my wife when she thanked him for cleaning the car were: "Yeah, I'm not gonna lie, this is pretty bad."), he did a poor job cleaning the car (there was still dirt and dust in the corners when he was done as well as some stains) and he additionally stole my wife's loose change. On Thursday, February 2, my wife got in her car and went to hook her phone up to my audio box to listen to music and found that most of the touch screen on the infotainment center was not working nor did any of the buttons surrounding it work. The buttons controlling the volume on my steering wheel were also not working. No amount of troubleshooting did anything. We informed Red Valley Mobile Detail and let them know that we would be taking the car to the dealer (Bell Road Toyota) and that they would need to pay for damages. We believed that there was some kind of damage done with cleaning fluid as for five and a half years everything in the car has worked perfectly up until the car being detailed. We have also had it detailed before by another company in 2019 and did not have the same problem. At Bell Road Toyota today they diagnosed the problem as a damaged beyond all repair audio head/box that--to their best educated, expert guess--had sustained considerable liquid damage. The technician at Bell Road Toyota said he had been doing his job for 20 years and had never seen anything like it. It is going to cost $1,300 to replace. When we informed Red Valley Mobile Detail of the charges and requested they pay, the owner Skyler refused, claiming that there was significant water damage to the car prior to the car being cleaned (which is not true).They are refusing to pay damages. We have been polite and calm with this company for many days now and today it has escalated to this. We will be taking them to court for the damages. DO NOT under any circumstances hire this company if you value your belongings. read more

Great communication, worked with me on switching times. However, I was quoted up to $260 but the final bill was $310, which was more than expected. The interior was pretty good, but not all stains removed. All of the shiny and glass surfaces have visible streaks, so I had to redo them. Not truly worth it IMO, but my wife is happy which is all that matters. read more

I had my model 3 washed and waxed and it looked great....for about a day. I'm thinking the soap or wax solution was tainted because parts of my car seemed to attract every piece of micro dust or pollen within 50 feet. I really appreciated what a thorough job he did. It was by far the most economical quote and he went above and beyond in terms of service. He could tell that what I asked for (cleaning out a very baked in laundry detergent stain) could be done but would affect his ability to clean the outside of the car. He let me know with plenty of time so that I can make the decision and I was very happy with the results. As he was working a plastic piece came loose on my car and he immediately offered to order the replacement part for me and also secured it temporarily with a screw. I'm really impressed! Skylar did a great job on both the interior and exterior of my newly purchased 2008 Buick Lucerne. It was super dirty!! He also cleaned up the headlamps for me, and inserted two new headlamp low beam bulbs. The exterior looks brand new and shiny! Not to mention, he figured out how to get the trunk open. There's a little invisible button beneath the dial that controls the level of light on the dashboard. We have been searching for days and there was nothing in the owners manual to help us. I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a…read moreleaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure. So we recently adopted a dog (Woody), and I was taking him to a vet appointment. I thought it would…read morebe a good idea to give him dinner beforehand. I was wrong. Suffice to say, the ride to the vet was a bit bumpy and my car was in desperate need of cleaning. After I got home, I tried to clean up as best as I could, even taking it to the self car wash down the street to simultaneously vacuum and spray with an air hose. The back seats, however, have a lot of little perforated holes and it was impossible to get everything out (including the odor). Anyway, I submitted some quotes through Yelp for mobile detailing. Bennet with Elite Carz was super responsive in our communication, providing a quote and availability to come the next day. It was great. He showed up on time, worked hard (in the heat), and brought all his own supplies (water, power, chemicals, etc). I just did an interior detail and a basic exterior wash, and it came out looking and smelling shiny and new. Pricing was comparable to all the other responses I got. Took 2-3 hours in total. Definitely would do again!

Sometimes when you're in business, things don't always go as planned and as a customer, how a…read morebusiness responds when things don't go as planned can sometimes be more valuable than if things went perfectly but the business wasn't professional or courteous. I brought my 2026 Tesla Model 3 here for some tint and things did not go as planned but Josh was super friendly and did everything he could to make the situation right. Below I describe my experience, which involves fully tinting every piece of glass on my Tesla, which is the most difficult vehicle model to tint. I wouldn't pass on Copperstate Motor Club solely based on the below review. The first go-around with the tint didn't turn out as expected. I had opted to tint my Tesla's six side windows, back window, sunroof, and windshield in the MaxPro MaxIR, which is their top of the line film. I wanted maximum heat and UV protection from the harsh Arizona sun, even though I was having the tint done in January. Josh was super friendly and communicative during the process and my tint job took all day. When I went to pick up the car there was a good amount of soap running down the sides of the car but Josh had free QR codes for the car wash near his shop. Even though the QR code didn't work for me, I was able to spray. the car down with some spot free rinse water to get the soap off. Fast forward to a few days later and I noticed some large bubbles on the driver side door and windshield not going away and then I noticed in other areas around the car, there were some dust particles and hair trapped in between the tint and the glass. I also noticed some hardcore streaking on one of the windows and some tint on the sunroof that didn't look like it was cut correctly as the tint didn't cover the sunroof fully. Josh re-tinted my side windows, which look good. He attempted to redo the windshield but when he put the film up, there was a nick in it so it was removed. He also wasn't able to redo the sunroof or the back glass, stating that he couldn't do any better than what was on there already. He was kind enough to issue me a full refund and also give me some additional car wash codes, and money toward my Uber ride. I thought that was VERY kind and excellent customer service. I appreciated his strong business acumen. He attempted to make the situation right and I really really appreciate that. I had since taken my car to Gilbert Tint Works for them to redo the windshield, the sunroof, and the back glass, which look good so far...the car is still curing so I'll know in a couple of days. One thing that Gilbert Tint Works pointed out was that the film that Copperstate Motor Club put on the sunroof had a weird blue hue to it. I also noticed that the windshield film, when it was on there, had a blue hue as well. We suspect that perhaps too much soapy solution was used. Copperstate Motor Club is a newer company and it appears they're still ironing out some kinks. Hopefully in the future they'll be great because the owner, Josh, definitely has the right business mindset.

So thankful for their service detailing my Jeep! My schedule is incredibly busy and they were so accommodating and fast getting scheduled with me. They came to my house to detail my jeep while I was working from home and oh my gosh what a game changer!! I've tried everything to get the dog hair off the seats and fabric in the car with no luck...and Colin came and made the Jeep look brand new! Red Valley did a fantastic job on my husband's Dodge Ram. We go to the beach a lot and it had not been detailed in a few years. Skyler got all the sand cleaned up and did an amazing job on the rest of the inside and the outside! He really took his time and did all the little things that you'd hope for. Once he was done, he went over the truck with us and showed us things we would want to know about. I highly recommend Red Valley!! We will definitely call him again! :) read more

The couple at Red Valley is terrific! I requested a quote las t week and Skylar answered very quickly, gave me a fair, good value quote and answered all my questions. They actually came to my RV storage unit and did the job there. They were awesome and did the job in under 3 hours and it wasn't an easy job with oxydation on the front of my trailer. My truck was pretty wrecked from years of work and traveling with dogs and I wanted to get it detailed because my mom was coming for a visit and she was going to have to sit in the back seat. Skyler was extremely professional and polite and he did an amazing job getting out some pretty thick matted dog hair.
