This is the sort of inspective rigor I'd expect a plant store to have down, and it's understood that some may sneak past QC, but once you see one plant in store that has it, it's not hard to wonder if some may have it too. In summation, bring some knowledge going in because they have a good selection and repot ASAP, spray bug repellant and quarantine plants when buying from this store. It appears the collection had no problems in their responsiveness to the credit card company defending the charge, but can't return my phone call to resolve the issue. I will either work with my c company for resolution, or will file charges for fraudulent misrepresentation of a product. This place fraudulently represents their furniture to upsell it, but beware you could probably go to ikea and find it much cheaper.
