I would never recommend this place to anybody. I would suggest to paint your own nails before coming here. If i could give negative stars i would and i'm never to harsh. There is 1 lady so completely rude she ruined it for everybody else. The service was rushed and everyone was as rude and no. welcoming. I'm a fair believer that people deserve second chances and unfortunately I gave this place three different chances to make it right. The first time they changed the price of my nails after they were done which I was fine with but be honest upfront the second time the person doing my pedicure was very rough and when I said something about it, her and the other ladies started laughing and of course speaking about my comment. But today was the last opportunity I gave them, I was in for nails and pedicure. My nails were done and they moved me over to the pedicure chair, Young lady started my pedicure and midway decided to get up and start someone else's nails. read more

I went on Sunday and by Tuesday I had a severe nail infection on one finger and one toe! I specifically asked if they used sterile instruments and was told they did. This severe infections says differently. I do not recommend this place! In fact, we are reporting this. I never wanted to be ugly or have a negative experience there but I specifically asked for sterilized instruments that were pulled out of a ziplock bag. read more

I will not be coming here again. Like the previous reviewer said, they were friendly when I walked in but the lady that did my pedi got kinda mad when I asked her to fix what she messed up! Also, the shape and polish job were not as they should've been (I'm actually at another nail salon 1 hr later getting it fixed). I don't know how this place is still running, I went here and had the worst time. I came for a regular manicure and pedicure which was fine until I saw roaches crawling around and tools that were unclean being reused. My nails were cut entirely too short to where I'm now left with nubs and to top it all off, I saw the manicurist pour the acetone that was used on me back into the bottle so who even knows how many times that same acetone had been used before me. Lastly, I was charged entirely too much. A manicure is 26 and a pedicure is 15 but somehow I was charged $56 in the end. When I questioned the price they said it was because they had to take off the gel that was on my toes and the lady stood in front of me before paying as if I had planned on running out. Pathetic "service". Came in on Sunday to get my daughters waxing done. We where greeted with "what do you need"....to be clear there was no language barrier. The lady was very rough... did a 1/2 tail job, had to ask her to fix a huge spot she clearly missed.. &messy, she got wax in my daughters hair & on her blouse. Sloppy job on both my daughters but they didn't want her to touch them again to clean it up. To say the least they where both annoyed. Honestly I should not have paid, that was my fault. It was ridiculous!! I hate my nails and toes!! The owner was rude and condescending. The credit card machine wasn't working and no one told me. I overheard a lady saying that she only had a card and that's when I knew it was down. Even after that there was no apology or even acknowledgement of the situation. And on top of that my nails were not shaped well and I asked for an American manicure and it was not at all!! My toes were were awful also! I will never be back!!!! read more
