The guy was so rude and he told us we were annoying for asking basic questions like what the length of the forks were on one of the fork lifts. I can't make this up...I've never in my life experience someone so rude in a professional setting. Mind you we have rented from this place a few times already. We left and rented right down the street at Arnold Machinery and they were so awesome and accommodating. They are only a few blocks away from this place. Not sure how this place is still on business if they treat their repeat customers this way.

They have been great as well regarding some basic troubleshooting on the phone after our same mower was having a few issues a season later, which was greatly appreciated and allowed us to troubleshoot ourselves. The building and storage lot were given a facelift, more spaces for RVs and more storage units were added, and electricity was added to many of the RV spaces. While the monthly rental fee did go up as a result of the improvements, this facility is still less expensive than others in the area, and is conveniently located near a dump station that is at the car/RV wash next door. Greg, the manager, is always responsive, and provides excellent customer service, all while being friendly and helpful in the process. We consider ourselves lucky to have found our RV slot at this facility and recommend this place for others looking for the same.
