I took our 2019 MB GLE 400 4matic in for servicing which was overdue. Cary kept in close contact with me and advised me as to what was wrong with the vechile and what was needed to make things right. Over forty faults were found. In speaking with Cary, I knew Bert's had the techs and diagnostic equipment to take care of any and all issues. At pick up time, Cary sat with me in the vehicle and went through a variety of points of maintenance completed and how to use the many interior controls. I didn't have any such service with our vehicles in H-Town over thirty-five years. Bert's Motor Works is a professional business with integrity.

After reading uniformly discouraging Yelp reviews for auto shops all over town, my neighbor told me about Sirianni Automotive so I called, and took the pickup in. I trust that you are aware that a "FREE" diagnosis means that the shop has to find enough repairs to pay for the cost of the "free" service. I paid the very reasonable diagnostic fee and got my pickup back fully repaired with the engine light off, for much less than I thought it would cost. Based on my experience, and that of my neighbor, you can trust Sirianni Automotive to advise you well and to give good value for the cost of repairs for your vehicle.

Update on our situation: After diagnosing the car with the…read more"car ears", we were told we would need to get our right wheel bearing replaced and Raul agreed to give us a discounted rate after my father-in-law went in to talk to him. We were also (finally and thankfully) given a loner car. After switching out the right wheel bearing, we were told that it was actually the left wheel bearing that needed to be switched out. After replacing both, they came back saying the creaking was still happening. This took them 2-3 days. Just this morning, Raul called with an update saying it was the shoe brakes and it was related to the initial job they had done. We got our car back, and it is finally not creaking! We were also not charged for any of the extra work they did on our vehicle. I appreciate them taking the time to fix our car and not charging us any extra money. I am updating my 1 star review to a 3 star review. I just wish our experience was smoother, and our concerns were better heard the first time around.

I brought my car here for a wheel bearing repair…read more The first time they tried to fix it, they put the bearing in wrong and it caused my wheel to shake on the road and it appeared the axle bolt was cut on my car with an angle grinder and it wasn't cut before... I brought it back to them. "Your safety is my number one priority." - Pete The second time he gave it back to me the car had a used wheel bearing from another car in it that is covered in rust (verified this from an ASE master mechanic who took the wheel off and inspected it), my windshield was cracked, my car was out of alignment, brakes were very squishy, my E-brake did not work at all, and my wheel that had the work done on it is now making a very loud POP! every time I go over any type of bump on the road with it. (I had gotten my car aligned less than 6 months prior and the steering wheel was perfectly strait when driving strait) "Your safety is my number one priority." - Pete After bringing my car back to at least have the brakes bled and the E-brake tightened, Pete was not there so I had to call him to figure out who to talk to in order to be helped. He told me to ask for a particular mechanic (forgot his name) who should be working there. I went around and asked the mechanics if any of them were who he told me to ask for and they all brushed me off and shrugged their shoulders. Finally, he just told me to just hand the phone to one of the guys because he knew they were toying with me. I tried and tried and tried to keep giving this shop the benefit of the doubt. To be patient and understanding. But the reality of the situation is they charged me full price for a rusty part that they had lying around their car lot and messed up more with my car than they "fixed". I still do not feel safe driving this car. "Your safety is my number one priority." - Pete

The best review I have ever written!…read more They day was Aug 31 2025, the Sunday before labor day. I was driving cross country, alone. My car registered a serious problem, one of my tires was down to 10%. I had only days to get to my new apartment and deposit the funds or I was in jeopardy of losing the unit. It was a late on a Sunday, so everything, EVERYTHING was either closed or closing. Somehow I found these guys who were the ONLY ones open, but I was 3 hours west of them. These great guys waited 3 hours, 3 HOURS for me to get there, in the pouring rain. I can not begin to measure my thanks to them. I would NOT have made the trip without them. Not only did they wait patiently, swapped my tires in no time flat, like 5 min, but they got me THE RIGHT TIRES. Thus pointing out how back in CA everyone had been giving me the wrong sized tires. The best, most polite, caring individuals I met on the entire trip. I cannot say enough good things about them. And they took 5 bucks off the cost of the tire, EVEN after waiting. Everyone, and I mean everyone, should be this professional. Shame I am never in that area, but if you are, this is the ONLY place to go for car maintenance. They do the job quick, and do the job right. I thank them both again for saving my trip. Now I compare everyone to them, 2 guys from Haiti. They made me proud and treated me better than anyone, and I mean anyone, I have ever gone to. If I am ever in the area, AMC New & Used tires is the ONLY CHOICE. Wish the world took their example of how to treat a customer. Talk to Valery or Roger, they will treat you like family.
