At 4pm states he is stuck in traffic but on the way. About 4:30 says he is here. He is not. Call him states is at a different address across town and it wasn't worth it to come do our service. I can't speak to the quality of his work since no work was performed. But his communication skills are lacking.

The parking lot is a bit small, but once inside, the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and didn't smell like oil or cars like some other shops do (which I really appreciated!). I was greeted right away and even offered a complimentary ride home while they worked on my car which was such a nice touch. The gentleman who gave me the ride was very kind and seemed genuinely trustworthy. They called me once my car was ready and arranged for pickup, which made the entire process super convenient. This service alone makes coming here worth it as I hate having to waste time sitting around in a shop! I also loved that they sent me a detailed digital report with pictures of everything they inspected and noted any issues. It's so helpful to actually see what they're referring to. I chose not to fix a few things right away due to cost, but I really appreciate their transparency and the information so I can plan and budget for future repairs.
