Crab was so dirty green stuff inside & dirty on outside. It wasn't cleaned all sauces was disgusting. The shrimp and the drink was the best thing. It was only about 6 people inside the place and the food took over an hour. Customer service was bad. She didn't bring bread nor did she refill our drinks. I will never return here again. A waste of $70 & I only got 1 platter & two drinks.

Although it's been years since I've been to a Red Lobster, I was excited for tonight's dinner. With that being said, I won't be back again. I started off by unwrapping my silverware only to discover two dirty forks and a dirty knife. It instantly killed my vibe, but quite frankly my fault as I keep telling myself to bring my own flatware to restaurants. I then ordered the lobster bisque soup for an appetizer- First, the soup came with a spoon and lo and behold DIRTY! There was a dry piece of food (red) that was blatantly visible so I don't understand why the staff didn't catch this before bringing me the plate. I kindly asked for plastic flatware and they obliged. Second, as I started to lightly sift through my soup, I realized there were no chunks of lobster so my husband asked the waitress if there was any lobster meat in the soup and she said that unfortunately decisions were made to remove actual lobster meat from the soup due to how expensive it is and that it is only "lobster flavored". Quite disappointing seeing as the menu described it as "lobster bisque" not "lobster-flavored bisque". I find that to be quite misleading and as my grandpa said, "tacky". Luckily I immediately handed the soup back to the waitress and the soup was not added to the bill. I ordered the fish and chips for my main entree and it was okay. It's just that nothing that evening exuded freshness. The biscuits were the only item on point.

Wait staff is friendly. No wait at the door at all. Lobster mashed potatoes are absolutely amazing. Cheddar biscuits are awesome too.

We stayed for about 40 minutes and then were told the kitchen was temporarily closed because it was so backed up and it was probably going to be 2 hours before we would get our food. We decided to go elsewhere but that we would come back when the have a chance to work out some of the kinks. Well today was that day. First off the vibe is good. Plenty TV's for gameday variety and a happy excited energy flowing through the place. We were seated right away and our waitress quickly brought our drinks and took our order. We got a Cowboy, a Chili the Kid, the three sliders, a kids chicken tenders, and some cheese fries. The Dogs and the sliders were all delicious. The tenders were a bit bland but they had a nice hint of heat and the breading was nice and crunchy. We wish they had a regular ranch instead of the miso ranch as an option. The cheese fries came out cold and it looked like they just put a Kraft Single on top and stuck it in the microwave. They were a bit underwhelming. Over all the prices felt a bit high... $11 for a hotdog seems steep and I felt like I could eat 2 of them.

The special was good, my boyfriend loved his CFS. However, the waitress, Maya I believe her name was, very blatantly was flirting with my boyfriend. I am always the one that speaks for us when we are eating and I am always polite, I attempted to do so and realized she is looking at my boyfriend, smiling and looking in his eyes. I tried to speak to her a couple of times and she was just cheesin it up to my bf. Not looking at me at all. I don't consider myself insecure, we've been out to eat 100s of times, and this experience was a first. There's an acceptable amount of that, but Maya was a bit over the edge. If Ms Maya wants a bigger tip, she needs to stop flirting with people's men. He may have paid, but I decide the tips, and I often pay. It would be to her benefit to stop flirting with customer's men, and start looking at the lady at the table. It's good business and manners!!!! Learn some morals, friend!!! and flirt with your OWN MAN, not other women's...ffs. Thirsty much???

Our server, Jordan, was outstanding from start to finish. She welcomed us right away, gave us time to look over the menu, and was happy to answer questions and make recommendations. I went with the Chuckwagon Chicken and it was excellent -- hot, fresh, and exactly as described. Jordan checked on us regularly, kept our drinks filled, and made sure everything was correct after the food arrived. Even with a full section, she stayed friendly, attentive, and professional the entire time. You could tell she genuinely cared that we had a good experience. Service like that really makes a difference, especially when you're traveling and just hoping for a nice meal. She made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town.

Always get the meatloaf with mash potatoes & brown gravy & the green beans. The dish has always come with a side salad and corn bread. Last the meatloaf had 3 slices (use to get 4) and the potatoes was a child size portion. The plate was overloaded with the fried onions. The potatoes had no taste to them & the meatloaf used to be alittle more seasoned with great flavor. The food came fast. Asked the server about the salad & corn bread and apparently now you have to request what what you are already paying for. Meatloaf and brown gravy tasted like it had been made early in the week, and was cold / congealed and had an unpleasant texture. Onion rings were hot and fresh. As for my dinning partners, the had they Reuben that was generous with meat, and a Breakfast spread of Eggs, Blueberry Pancakes, and Pattie Sausage that looked good. It's a nice space, with Black Bear decorations, and memorabilia, but I would stick to food items that need to be freshly made and avoid selections typically found at a carving station.
