There are not many Red Lobster spots left in this area but glad to still have one in the 209 Stockton area. Always try to stop by any chance driving back from the Bay Area as Red Lobster still offers delicious seafood especially now during Lent, Fridays is seafood Fridays!! :) This spot is located at a shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking! It is pretty big inside with lots of spacious tables. And the lighting set is awesome! It is currently their Lobsterfest so had to get one of their offerings. They have their Lobsterfest Boil but I didn't order it, perhaps next time. I opted instead for the trio with lobster tail, grilled salmon and shrimp. I have no regret getting the trio as it was very delicious and awesome!!! The lobster was tender and juicy! The grilled salmon and shrimp were both delish!! Oh let's not forget the biscuits, so good I had to request for another basket Lol For dessert, got a yummy strawberry cheesecake! The staff were efficient and service was good. We were in Stockton with a group of 11 and needed a quick bite before heading back to the arena for a cheer competition. From the moment we walked in, the hostess greeted us warmly, and the restaurant felt clean and welcoming. Willie absolutely stole the show. We had four separate checks and gave Willie a heads-up so he could keep track of everyone. His energy was infectious and kept our entire table satisfied from start to finish. His quick wits and playful sarcasm were exactly what we needed to make the visit fun and memorable. Food-wise, never again, but the biscuits were a standout--truly addictive. Extremely slow service. We made a dinner reservation for 6:30 pm for three and the restaurant seemed empty upon arrival. The greeter was kind but seemed unprepared and unorganized as she didn't ask if we had a reservation and had to call someone because she didn't know where to seat us. A few moments of back and forth on the radio we were seated at 6:35. We sat for 15 minutes before we were greeted by a server that asked if we had been helped. After informing her that we have yet to meet our server she promptly went to the kitchen to find them. As my partner was getting up to find some help after another 5 minutes of waiting, our server Adrian finally appeared. It wasn't until after he took our drink and appetizer order that I saw he only had 3 tables, including ours. We ordered our child's food with the appetizer because at that point he couldn't wait any longer. We watched as other patrons' servers were being attentive and helpful, most getting orders brought out though they were seated after us. The appetizers arrived about 15 minutes later but our child's food did not.. Honestly we should have left after that. 20 minutes after the appetizers arrived and were completed, our child's food finally arrived. 30 minutes for popcorn shrimp & fries is absurd. It wasn't until then that we finally ordered our entrees. Even though the food is good, our experience was absolutely below par. I grew up coming to this facility frequently as my mother was a server there. I waited to write the review as I know food service is a stressful job. She was appalled that our experience was terrible and even more astounded that we even tipped the server. Let me start off by saying: I was in Stockton for a conference. Normally, this conference is held down south (in Anaheim or San Diego), so when we heard it was in Stockton, there were definitely some grumblings. However, I had nothing but kindness from every single person I encountered in Stockton; and this restaurant was no exception! I'd been wanting to try their seafood boil for a while, and this was the perfect chance. I ordered the Mariner's Seafood Boil with roasted garlic butter and Cajun butter. I got it to go, planning to relax in my room after a long day. I was a little late picking up my order since I treated myself to a lovely pedicure beforehand (at Elegant Nails). The hostess was so kind and helpful; he even opened the door for me as I left. The order came with everything: a large container, claw utensil, bib, biscuits, and wipes! The boil itself was delicious; plenty of meat, a great mix of corn and potatoes, and that sauce was amazing I would recommend that combo of roasted garlic and Cajun butter. Went to pick up my order and the hostesses were more interested in their own personal conversations then helping any of the customers in the line of people waiting. I had visited this place and haven't been to this location in while. The service was really good and had the best cocktail drink from the new menu. I ordered the double lobster with crab loaded Potato's, and one Maine seafood boil. The double main lobster was so good, along with my meal. The Maine boil could have been more sauce added but it was okay. If you were to order this meal ask for extra sauce. The waiter was young light skinned brother and I don't know his name. Last week went to Red Lobster for dinner and has the best experience. DJ Hope o got his name right was the best server that I have ever gotten at Red Lobster. We sat in the bar area very nice and quiet and Happy Hour was great. But DJ made our visit awesome with his attentive service and the food was great. Not busy, cool inside and quiet. The mozzarella sticks were just ok. Needed more flavor and a good cheese pull. The marinara it came with wasn't good. Needs to be redesigned and flavored. It was a no order again. Don't bring my salad before my meal, disappointed. I expected the salad well before my meal. Not given utensils waiting for someone to come. Our waiter is no longer attentive, he's disappeared. Mashed potatoes served barely warm, disappointed. The chicken parm was fair the lemon sauce was really good. They were very slow with bringing out all our food and keeping track of the sides. Service could have been better and consistent. 2/22/25 - I came to Red Lobster to celebrate my little brother's 37th Birthday. I haven't been to Red Lobster since July, 2023, and my visit that day was a real eye opener!!!! I only came because it was his birthday, and he gets to say where we are going. I ordered my usual Admiral's feast which consist of: clams, flounder, shrimp, scallops and two sides. My two sides were a baked potato & garden salad. I also had the sunset pina colada. To begin with my salad has shrunken over the years, but it was delicious!!!! My entree well, I couldn't eat the flounder because it had died way before it left the sea, I don't know how they managed to fry that raggedy piece of fish, my clams were fried to death, my five shrimp were good as well as the really fresh bay scallops. My little brother had the masterpiece of a meal with crab, lobster, etc., my oldest brother was very, visually upset with his meal which was suppose to be a double order of scampi but he got about 8-10 shrimp, and the waiter said that was a double order. My sister-in-law, I don't know what she ordered because she is a very confused person when it comes to restaurants basically because if it cost more than $5.00 she doesn't like it!!! lol!!!! My oldest brother did not like his first drink even though he drunk it, so he ordered a double shot of Crown Royal, he asked me if I wanted another sunset colada but I almost said "yes", but with a double shot of rum, but I declined. I told him that I will settle for a glass of wine at his home. I hope Red Lobster can climb back from this downward slide. The restaurant was clean and had some late diners like us. I didn't have to pay but did glimpse the total which was $200.00+. I don't know when I will be back, but I hope if I do that Red Lobster will go back to the days of yesteryear when I would be over the moon happy to know that I am back. read more

Service is horrible 5/5/26 approximately 6:30pm, our server was Lynn , manager was in a gray polo shirt. From the beginning our drinks were mishandled and Lynn was quick to blame the bartender. Manager finally fixed our drinks but offered nothing not even an apology still more excuses. Our food took forever and still the manager came out to make more excuses for Lynn. Other servers came out to bring more food to take up Lynn's slack. This was the worst in customer service from Red Lobster. Now I know why they will eventually be lose soon. I ordered the new seafood boil from red lobster after seeing all the hype online. No no no this s*** aint it. Plain af. So plain I thought i had covid, no seasoning at all. The corn was cold and had solid pieces of oil all over it. I had to make my own whole shabang sauce just to make up for the flavor. Dont get me started on the sausage, straight jerky it was burnt so bad. Im calling corporate about this. My order was not ready at the specified time on my confirmation. We came here for dinner on Saturday night, October 11th around 6:00 PM. Our server was Jasmine and she was wonderful! On point with everything. Constantly checking on us, refilling our drinks and giving us more biscuits hehe. We also noticed how friendly the rest of the staff was! I'm not sure if this facility is newer, but it's pretty nice and well-maintained. Our food was also hot when it came out which is pretty rare for red lobster lol. No host or hostess at entry and total confusion. Kitchen staff hanging out at entry in dirty clothing , killing time with wait staff that was also hanging out at entry. Asked to substitute a baked potato for pasta. Told no. Lobster tails overcooked and as tough as shoe leather Someone other than our waitress brought out appetizers and gave to the wrong table, causing ours to be brought out just in time for the main course. My family and I went to red lobster on a Tuesday around 4pm. The parking lot was empty. Which should have been a red flag. We waited a few minutes to be seated. Once we were seated the waiter came over and asked if we were ready for drinks or ready to order. We ordered 2 sunset passion pina cola coladas and one strawberry lemonade and 3 ultimate feasts. Let me start of with the raving reviews for the waiter and drinks lol. The waiter was amazing and very attentive. The food was lacking flavor and luke warm at best.
