The shrimps were flavorful. The hush puppies were small but tasted good. My brother ordered the shrimp carbonara and he enjoyed it. The order portions were large and we brought some home. The ambiance was warm, inviting, and place was well lighted. My only complaint would be the prices. $56 for the two of us. ! Our first visit to a Red Lobster since 2008! Wanted to experience the Sea Food boil offerings and rehaul of operations/menu. Stopped by with no reservations on a Saturday 11:30 am lunch date. We rarely have time to ourselves as new parents, so it was a nice break and our server Ashley & manager stopped by to let us know it was worth celebrating haha! Gave us EXCELLENT recommendations of drinks (their signature pinacolada was yummmmm), appetizer of lobster dip and stuffed mushroom, and the mariners boil +1 level spice and old bay Parmesan on the side to dip was PERFECT. We were concerned if the seafood boil could be shared but we are sooo happy to split it. It was more than enough for a date and we couldn't even finish our mushrooms cause we were so full. Was delicious as a take home. Tables and interior was clean, bathrooms were kept clean including the baby changing table. Changing table works and was kept in order - this is important to me the next time I come with our little one. She then left and we were sitting there another extra 10 mins waiting on Katherine and when she finally came and said "I let them know and they said they'll bring out the spice if you guys would like but I don't know how you would mix it since I already did" and I told her it's fine we'll do it. another 5 mins later a guy comes with a plate of the missing ingredients and my wife goes and opens the bag so he can pour it in and he said "was she expecting me to pour it in" and laughs so I grabbed it and poured it in and we mixed the bag ourself! If I knew I would be gaslighted into my food being right when it was clearly not and having to mix my own food when it was they're mistake and having to eat like an hour and 20 mins later I would of never gone to that restaurant and I don't think I want to go back! The food was hot and delicious. I especially enjoyed my salmon. It was cooked perfectly. My husband's steak was overcooked though. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with all of our meal. Personally, I don't think it's the staff's fault but more of a management issue, which might explain some of the bad reviews. The biscuits here are good; same as any other Red Lobster. The staff are kind, and energetic. They work hard too and are very quick to help. However, I ordered a side cesar salad to go, and found the lettuce wilted, some of it black and/or slimy. I was able to pick out 10 pieces of lettuce that were fresh enough to eat, and the croutons and salad dressing were tasty I did take a picture just before throwing it away and after having eaten the good bits but a lot of it was just really wilted. Idk if it's cause I ordered it to-go but it was a bummer to have to throw out a $6 side salad. Oh and btw, it is cheaper to order online via their website instead of yelp. read more

Last time I ordered here placed a $200 dollar order for delivery that was delivered with the entirely wrong items and was literally 1/4 of what my order wa supposed to be. Gave a second chance today placed an online order for pick up to avoid another problem and was told food would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived on time and was told it would be an additional 10 minutes for it to take an extra 15. Then my order is brought to my vehicle with no biscuits. I have to walk back into the restaurant with an injured knee to let the hostess know my order had no biscuits she comes back with a little bag and said oh she said they were in the brown bag. To imply that I was scamming for extra biscuits when I specifically requested curbside. I don't know who is in charge but they need to do some work cause food is too expensive to have these issues.
