Terrence is my server. Since it was my birthday, I decided a feast was desired. I got a 9oz pour of Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc. I ordered the Lobster, Shrimp & Salmon combo with 1/2 lb snow crab add-on. Terrence brought out 2 Cheddar Bay biscuits and a large side salad with plenty of blue cheese dressing. Very fresh lettuce and hot biscuits. My plate of grilled shrimp on a skewer, large piece of baked salmon and rock lobster tail was great. It took a while to crack the snow crab. It was sweet. I got a 2nd 6oz pour of the Sauvignon Blanc. I went big time with the Chocolate Wave dessert, a large piece of chocolate cake. The restaurant was maybe 20% full, but it was a Wednesday. The floor was clean and comfortable inside temperature. As a frequent customer to Red Lobster, I had a 20% off digital coupon. Nice meal and good service. read more

On this visit, we did takeout. We were not sure how it would be, but it was hot, delicious and complete. The employees were friendly and the food was ready on time. Takeout is a great option when someone is unable to easily get in and out of the car. read more

We waited to be seated, after being seated we waited again to be approached. After we ordered we waited for our food. Ask these waits were much longer than normal IMO. I was extremely disappointed in the fish and chips portion size and presentation were lacking. I could have given more for my money at Long John Silvers. The staff was not rude but, they didn't care either. Poor leadership I think. I'm sure I'll get a response on here with an apology. What should really happen is someone in the organization should address the root problem. It sucks when we spend our hard earned money and our only recourse is to not go back. One of the worst meals any of us have ever had. The salad was spoiled, the seafood was mushy and steaks severely overcooked. We went here for a birthday and I don't think I will ever go back. The food was fresh and well made. They have taken crab Alfredo from menu which was sad. That's why we came. Shrimp Alfredo was not as good. I had steak and lobster. Steak was perfect, lobster a bit overcooked. Side salad was excellent. Fried shrimp was very good. Was a little worried because of empty parking lot but I was surprised by happy, excellent wait staff and good food. I recommend trying it again if you have had bad experiences in the past. read more

For the first time, I was disappointed in my meal at Red Lobster in Pueblo, CO. When 2 friends and I ate there on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025. We arrived at 4:30 pm, looked over the menu and ordered. We all ordered baked potatoes and were told that only one was available. My friend and I planned to share that one, but couldn't because it arrived heaped with sour cream. I had ordered mine with butter only since I can't eat sour cream. We had been told it would be 40 minutes for the other two, and sure enough, they arrived after we had finished our meals. Needless to say, we brought them home with us, but a warmed over baked potato isn't as good as one hot out of the oven. Secondly, I ordered the Admirals Feast, which comes with scallops. To my surprise, they came as little lumps of fried dough with tiny overcooked scallops inside - not worth eating as the had no scallop flavor or consistency at all. The shrimp were good, and there was a lot of fried fish (maybe to make the plate look fuller since the little pile of fried scallops was unimpressive, to say the least). read more

This is our wedding anniversary dinner and we were disappointed with the food and ambience. So when we sat we had a small issue looking at the light it was a hair hanging from it. Ewwww. Food was mediocre at best. Husband stake was overcooked, the mashed potatoes with the lobster was very salty, my margarita glass was chipped.... What else I can say. Just because is Pueblo, CO doesn't mean that people coming here doesn't have standards and specially with the high prices. Ugh. read more

I need to start by saying, I completely understand we are coming out of a pandemic and there are a lot of cautionary measures put into place. With that said, we called ahead and asked about a wait time to which the response was 45 minutes. We agreed to the time and the young girl took my name and cell phone number down and said we would be texted at 6:45pm. We waited the alloted time and after 10 additional minutes walked in to the restaurant and our response was, the call ahead isn't a reservation and there will be an additional 40 minutes we need to wait. Another couple walked in and asked the wait time to which the response was 1hr. So basically calling ahead penalized us with a 85 minute wait. Rather than acknowledging there may be an error the Manager, Shelby elected to use a very rude tone and proceeded to ask me, "Is there something I can help you with?". No introduction as to who I was speaking to or anything. She also let us know a call ahead was not a reservation, because the three times we were told before were not enough. I asked, since we called ahead we will now be pushed back and asked to wait longer. I then asked if we would have walked in at 6 would we have been sitting down now, and she said yes. So my issue is the delivery of the message when u call in. It would have been easier to just tell me over the phone that Information. This experience was definitely poor management training and poor message delivery. Shelby did ask us if we didn't mind sitting at a table we can get sat now?? I did not understand that either. I feel there was an error in the seating order and it was just not owned up. Instead we were told calling ahead and giving our name and phone number and being given a time to be here was not a reservation. Luckily our server Kylie, was very pleasant and recouped the experience. Food was good and all the attendants who worked with us from that point on were very pleasant. I hope after at least 3 months being open for indoor dinning there would be a much clearer message of how the process of seating works (whether it be call ahead or non reservation as they said) and definitely a much more welcoming and professional way of delivering it. read more

Lobster was very mushy. When asked why they had such poor quality lobster, they had said it was due to elevation. Customer service was a little slow. They had replaced the lobster orders and had said we could get free deserts to make up for the poor quality. When we got the bills the server had said her manager made her charge us for the deserts. Got seated, my wife ordered a rum drink which was the first to be ordered, nearly half hour and several excuses it showed up after the food was on the table. My silverware did not looked washed at all with greasy appearance and food particles still on fork. Then our food showed up, shrimpwas good but the long grey and black hair wrapped around and attached to french fry was pretty gross. I showed the waitress the hair and she was going to talk to the manager, no apology no manager showed up but i got charged full price for the shrimp, fremch fries and a long hair attached to the french fry. Now wait, these people were hardly busy but it took 20 minutes to get the check. So your time means nothing and hairs are complimentary. Our lunch took 95 minutes from start to finish. read more

Well, I'm not a Red Lobster fan, or for that matter a chain restaurant fan. That said, the service from this place was amazing. We ordered a dozen raw oysters and when our server brought them out she realized they were small and immediately threw in another 1/2 dozen on the House. I ordered the petite ultimate feast, but our server didn't get the order in before 6:00 pm. So she gave me the full size feast at the petite price. Best service in Pueblo! Food was top quality. We came to the restaurant tonight to have dinner at the bar. We were hoping they just had a bad night last week. We weee told by the host the bartender was too busy to take any more guests. We walked and looked at the bar and it was empty! Nobody was sitting at the bar and it was wide open. The dinning room was dead as well. Not sure what is going on with this location. Ugh, this hurts to write. This has always been my "special occasion" restaurant, but not anymore. This place was a complete cluster on Mother's Day. The curbside set up was a mess, it took around 30 minutes to get our food, 3 separate people asked for my name. We ordered the ultimate family pack, almost $150 worth of food. When we got home, we were missing the crab legs and crispy shrimp! I called the restaurant back and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I had to call back again to talk to someone and never could get a manager on the phone. My husband returned to pick up our missing food and had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get it. By the time he was back home and we could eat all the food was cold. Pretty much ruined my day. I've emailed corporate, so we'll see if they can win me back. read more

Wow! What an amazing meal we just had at the Red Lobster in Pueblo! It's a Sunday afternoon. We were heading back to Denver after a great weekend in Taos. We arrived about 1 pm. The hostess was welcoming and we were escorted to a pothole by the window. On our way, we passed many familes and customers obviously enjoying their meals. It took us a while to look through their extensive menu, but the knowledge waitress helped us zero in in on some of the lunch specials and beverages. It was so hard to choose, but we both landed on the New Orleans salmon. It came perfectly prepared, along with a salad, steamed broccoli, rice pilaf. So nice to be able to sip on a glass of wine while we waited the 10 minutes for our food to arrive. Oh my, but those house special biscuits were a treat!! We were even given a few to take home with my delicious leftovers( my husband ate all of his, so not sure what he will be having for dinner when I enjoy the rest of mine- maybe the biscuits??) Digest that for a moment. Lobsters trying to live in the mountains. Its the only thing you will digest when it comes to Red Lobster of Pueblo. The atmosphere when it comes to this place isn't bad. Its a little on the dim side, to enhance the mood or to keep you from looking too closely at your food one never knows, and we were sat pretty quick. Which is nice. So now we want to throw money at you for poorly cooked sea food.... First off. Sunday evening. Hey there welcome! Of the 5 fish we have on the menu there are only 2 types left. Really. OK then someone needs to do better purchasing and logistics, but I digress, it is Pueblo after all. SO lets start with some Calamari. Cool here it comes. Bread-y, doughy, ranch and marinara sauce. Actually there was more breading than squid which was weird. It was like they dumped The contents of the mixing bowl, with calamari rings and excess batter all into the fryer. Oh they also do red peppers in with this..why? Who knows its Pueblo after all. What was left on the plate after we had had our fill was a big plate covered in greasy deep fried bread. Seriously, the ratio of calamari to bread was about 60/40 in breads favor. Goes over amazing in Missouri I hear..they love anything fried and in abundance. I guess the idea for me is that when I order Calamari. That's what I want. Not a plate of deep fried bread with a side of peppers and squid. OK so the meals come. Couple of dietary restrictions at the table, nothing bad. Wife and I mostly do low carb as she is diabetic and our guest had some surgery that limits some intake of certain types of food. Nothing too crazy though. My wife had the salmon and asked for it a little on the under done side. She eats enough seafood to know that when you get salmon at a restaurant its usually dry when over done. So order it a little under and it should be better. Waitress: ' I don't think we can do that' Now sit here and ponder the first three words of her statement above and you can see where this is going. Back and forth a little, tip going down with every back and forth, we finally get her to ask if they can do it that way. Side of broccoli with that too. I did the steak with a shrimp skewer and broccoli. Our guest had the tilapia and 3 sides of green beans with no mushrooms. Its that weird digestive thing and she likes green beans. OK so salmon when it arrived was overdone and dry. (What did I tell you? For the folks at home that's what's known as irony). The broccoli on my plate and on my wife's I would not have served. It was dry, yellow in parts and completely unappetizing. Its actually my favorite vegetable and I wouldn't touch it. My shrimp skewer was nowhere to be found. Our guest got her tilapia, 2 sides of beans and a side of that disgusting broccoli that no one would touch at the table. They must have had a bumper crop of crappy broccoli back there and just wanted to pawn it off on the Sunday night crowd or something. I can see that conversation: Cook to Manager: "We have too much broccoli, and its almost inedible' Manager: 'Lets start giving it to people whether they order it or not!' Cook to Manager: 'Yeah its Pueblo. No one will know any better. They think Broccoli is supposed to be yellow with slight hints of brown' We called the manager over at one point and yeah, he said that those vegetables should never have come out of the kitchen. None of us touched the "trying to be green but not quite succeeding" vegetable. I wanted to live damn it. The green beans were glistening with some kind of grease and our guest ate a few then left the rest. My wife ate about a quarter of the salmon then didn't want any more. She had some shrimps that came with it and the whole thing went into a doggy bag that went into the trash the day after. My steak was really covered in peppercorns, I suppose some like that, though I tend to like it a little less. meh. I ate it and it was ok. The shrimps arrived after the fact (cold), I had one and then put the rest in my wife's doggy bag. Why let the restaurant throw it away I say. We should just take it home and toss it ourselves! We got the bill. Paid it. Left. We didn't eat most of our meal as a great amount of it was inedible. Manager didn't seem to care about that of course. Hey its Pueblo after all. Where else are you going to go and their quality reflects the fact that there isn't a choice in town. We aren't going back. read more

We were on a cross-country trip in April and stopped in to this Red Lobster because it is one of our favorite restaurant chains and always has high standards in food and service. We were very satisfied and I especially want to thank our server, Ilyssa, for going above and beyond. She was obviously very busy taking care of a large section by herself (maybe someone was late or didn't show up for work). She was very attentive to all her tables and was in a very good mood despite being overloaded. As we were leaving the restaurant I couldn't help but notice that Ilyssa was in another section helping another server with a large food order. She is a rock star and deserves a raise! The food was good. But the service was horrible. We ordered our meal. Then we had a different person deliver our food. And the waitress came in through biscuits on our table and never saw her again. We want to order another drink and to get a to go box for the rest of our lunch. She never came back no one ever came back to check on us. We were stuff far back in the corner, and forgotten about. Then I took my stuff that I needed boxed up to the hostess stand. And she went back and proceeded to talk shit about us that we could hear her in the front. I assume they probably spit in my food. Talk to the manager and I didn't do a whole Lotta good either. We will not be back to that red lobster ever again. We had something similar happened a year ago and thought we would try them out again. But this red lobster Doesn't care about customer service. I'm a big seafood fan, and living in Colorado I know I cant expect greatness. I've always appreciated Red Lobster. The biscuits here are delicious, and something to get excited about. The service has always been satisfactory as well. Overall though, I just feel the food has gone downhill here. In my most recent visit I had lobster rolls. They were tiny, tasted old, and were just a huge disappointment. That's strike 3. I think I will seek elsewhere to fill my seafood cravings. read more
