I opted it for the High Tea with Henny that did not disappoint. For my meal, I got the Parmesan crusted chicken with a baked potato and cup of clam chowder. so my husband and i went to red lobster june 20 the day before father's day we sat there at least 10 minutes or more before a waitress waited on us and when the waitress finally waited on us, she brought us the not so cheddar bake biscuits to our table 3 of the most burnt biscuits hard overcooked and said i know those are the only biscuits we have. i gave her a look like really why would you bring us those biscuits? it was degrading to me. she never gave us her name. she never apologize and said i'm sorry she never offered us a complementary drink for the time. we was there in the terrible service we had. i am in awe that this happened. someone needs to check out management and see what the problem is because i was really humiliating when she brought of those three burnt overcooked heart biscuits so i won't be visiting red lobster for a long time. service is horrible. read more

My waitress was Shanetra something like that, anyway she did not disappoint. Very pleasant and accommodating. Offered suggestions on the menu etc. when my food came.... OMG is all I can say! Red lobster has been declining in my opinion. Trying new things on the menu has been a gamble for me. At first I ordered the crispy flounder, theme they brought it out it was 4 fillets of fried fish. I was off put because from what I remember the crispy flounder was one fillet over a bed of couscous with two sides. The manager came over and took that plate away and asked me what I would like to replace it with. I ordered what I would usually get which is the trio of shrimp. I seen pictured the shrimp was good. My friend got the lobster and shrimp Alfredo. They said it tasted decent. It lacked flavor, but it was a good amount. Two people could share that. The lobster flatbread was decent. My favorite part of it was the crust and the edges. The main part of the flatbread was flavorless. Red lobster needs to bring back what they were doing in the 2000s. The food was just better back in the day. The biscuits were somewhat decent. Some of the biscuits will be flavored and the others would be bland and dry. I'm not really a fan of red lobster. I've heard a lot of mixed reviews about the seafood boil, it is pretty expensive for the amount that you get along with what comes in the boil. It's just mostly shrimp and sausage. I've dined here only about three times - each time by either CARRYOUT or DELIVERY...never dined inside. Although the food quality and speed of service haven't been consistent - it's not terrible. In fact, the most recent order was probably the BEST and FRESHEST I've had yet. My granddaughter and I had not been to Red Lobster in a while. However, because the new CEO is African American we wanted t give it another chance; that was a big mistake. The service was poor, the appetizer came after the salad. Then we waited at least 45 minutes before getting our entree. By the time we received our food we were ready to go so we asked for to go containers. However, the icing on the cake was non-employees were going into the kitchen. We knew they were non-employees because one man went into the kitchen off the street. And another women, who I believe was an employee, took a child in the kitchen. My family and I went this past weekend to the Red Lobster location in Munster. I actually had a pretty decent meal considering I have not been in awhile. Well when it came time to pay the bill, I kept seeing people go to the register and thought that was pretty odd. But hey maybe the were paying with several forms of payment. We proceded to give the waitress our payment. When she came back we were told that there was still a balance on the bill and only $12 had come off for payment. So checking my husbands acct we see that the waitress ran the payment multiple times and by the time it only took $12 that's all that was left in the acct. We tried talking to the manager who stated their system was having an issue and it won't close out the tab. We called the bank to verify payment was processed on their end, in fact multiple payments. The rep tried to provide the trace number for the transaction but the manager would not budge. We paid twice for a meal just to not have to keep arguing with the staff. I will not be back. By the time my waiter (Victor) arrived, I was ready to order. Victor brought out my drink, the cheddar bay biscuits, and then the Caesar salad. I just started the salad when my order came out. Drink: raspberry iced tea. Light and refreshing. Not overly sweet and had a good raspberry flavor. Victor even brought me a to-go cup filled with the tea. Entree: lobster topped stuffed flounder. The flounder was cooked perfectly, was flakey/buttery, and cut nicely. A nice buttery beurre blanc sauce was drizzled on top. There was a generous amount of the lobster. The stuffing was under the flounder. I didn't really care for the stuffing. I think the drink would have been fine without it. She had never been to Red Lobster, even though she lives 7 minutes from there. She's in a wheelchair, and unable to feed herself. We started off with biscuits, a queso dip and clam chowder. I visited this location on Monday 11/30/2020 at about 12:45 pm to celebrate my significant other's birthday and it was a great experience. I was really impressed with the covid-19 changes made at this location which made me feel a little safer dining out, thank you guys for that!!!! I also have to compliment our waiter who's name is VICTOR. We were so impressed with his knowledge of the menu.
