I'll start by saying I'm typically not a seafood person, but I was super impressed by our visit to RL in Albuquerque on Coors bypass today! We received a gift card for Christmas that we've been needing to use so we stopped by to check it out for lunch. We were greeted kindly upon entering and promptly seated at a booth in the bar area. The staff all acknowledged our arrival and everyone was super kind and professional. I was most impressed by our lunch fair and the offerings. The restaurant was clean and well maintained and the food was excellent! They have a weekday shrimp trio for only $15.99 and the plate is huge! I would've paid 30 bucks for it! Overall fantastic visit in our new, go to lunch spot! Our server, David, was awesome! He was prompt and attentive, made suggestions and just did a great job overall! And the biscuits... OMG! The best!

Red Lobster. Front of the restaurant. Near Olive Garden and Total Wine. - The photograph depicts the exterior of a Red Lobster restaurant, featuring a prominent lobster logo and the name 'Red Lobster' on the building facade. The building has a beige exterior with a brown roof, and the signage is illuminated. The parking lot in front includes designated handicapped parking spaces, and there are bushes near the entrance. The sky appears partly cloudy, suggesting early evening or late afternoon.

August 5, 2023. Saturday. Dinner. Wife and I visited here at 8 PM to use a gift card. Coming so late, we definitely arrived after the hordes had feasted. There were very few tables occupied. After looking over the menu, we decided to share the Ultimate Feast for $40.99. This included two premium entree selections, two classic entree selections, and two sides. For premium entrees we picked: Snow crab legs and grilled sea scallops. Our classic selections: garlic shrimp scampi and Walt's favorite shrimp. Originally my wife picked the Parrot Isle jumbo coconut shrimp, but the waitress returned to tell us this had been sold out. The joys of dining late. We ordered mashed potatoes and orzo rice for our sides. The cheesy herb biscuits were delivered to our table piping hot. These haven't changed and are 5-star biscuits! The crab legs were delivered warm and the crab meat inside tasted a bit dry. Scallops came out a bit chewy, but both shrimp dishes were great. Orzo rice very dry until I added the scampi butter to it. The premium dishes were just average, but the classic shrimp dishes were much better. Wish they hadn't run out of the jumbo coconut shrimp. Overall a pleasant, three-star, average experience.

The image shows a menu page from Red Lobster in Albuquerque, NM, highlighting various shrimp dishes such as garlic shrimp scampi, grilled shrimp skewer, shrimp linguini Alfredo, and parrot isle jumbo coconut shrimp. The menu emphasizes that these dishes are available all day, every day, with prices and calorie information included. The page also features a promotional section about baking and seafood options.

We caught wind that that endless shrimp was now an everyday thing, so we stopped in. The hostess told us we just missed the dinner rush, so we were thinking this is good since it's not going to be crazy. Our experience at this location was very average. Our waitress who was new was doing the multiple jobs, so I don't blame them for not being able to keep up with keeping tabs on us, but it took way too long to get our first set of dishes. I caught someone eyeing our table to see if our food came out and it didn't. After getting our first set of dishes, we put in a few more orders and the service was just slow and this again was after the dinner rush. I had to wait way too long in-between dishes. The endless shrimp ended when I gave up trying to enjoy it. The shrimps tasted great, when we got them, but to wait soooo long to get your next severing just kills the joy of endless shrimp. Our waitress was nice, but they had her doing way too many things to keep up with everything. This affected our experience. I'm willing to give this location another shot, but it won't be anytime soon.

Dirty glasses! - A tall, transparent glass contains ice cubes and has visible condensation on its exterior, indicating cold temperature. Behind the glass, there is a bottle of mineral water with a label featuring a landscape scene, including clouds and a coastal view. The setting appears to be indoors near a window, with natural light illuminating the scene.

Service was great! On the down side table and glass ware was dirty!!! Food was cold! Manager came to table and apologized which we appreciated.

Sunset Passion Colada - A tall, layered cocktail with a pink and white swirl is on a wooden restaurant table, garnished with a slice of pineapple. The drink has a black straw and is served in a highball glass. Nearby, there is a glass of water and a small salad with lettuce and croutons on a white plate with a blue rim. The background shows part of the restaurant interior with a person and patterned seating.

Super surprised and in love with Red Lobster! I have to admit, it's been over a decade since my last time going and I didn't have a great "food memory" of it. But- I was craving the biscuits something fierce. The colada drink with strawberry was heaven. I'm not a huge drinker and this hit the spot well. We may have requested another basket of the biscuits as well. So delicious. I can't even begin to describe how much I want them again- right now. I also ordered the 3 shrimp thing. There was pasta with shrimp, shrimp scampi, and fried shrimp. (With 2 sides, I got a baked potato and caesar salad). As a shrimp lover, I highly recommend. Highly!

It's Lent! I can't eat meat on Friday so my daughter & I decided to go eat at Red Lobster. We hadn't eaten there since before COVID. They have a Fish & Chip special for $13.99 on Fridays. Wow! Large Portions & Delicious! We had outstanding customer service everyone was so nice ! I can't wait until next Friday to go again! Give it a try doesn't cost much more then a Filet O Fish meal and so much better! I'm no longer stressing what to eat on Fridays. I can't wait to go back again!

Crab Cakes - Two crab cakes are presented on a rectangular ceramic plate, accompanied by a lemon wedge and a small container of mustard-based dipping sauce. A side of fresh, green lettuce is also on the plate. The dish is placed on a wooden table, and part of a person's arm and hand are visible in the background.

The 3 stars are solely based on service because our waitress was not that great. But, I do appreciate her serving us and going into work when she could be home collecting unemployment living her best life. When we walked in we were greeted by the host and I can't lie we did act real extra because I didn't like the first seat (near a table w/6kids). The person I was dining with didn't like the second table (too close to the people behind us). Once we got to the third table we were good and he was still kind to us so I appreciated that. What even brought us here in the first place was the advertisement I saw about red lobster's new dishes on Snapchat. The way the girl in the ad was eating the food made me hungry ah so boom off we went to the ol' red lobster. I had initially ordered a side Caesar salad... I never received that salad. As an appetizer we got the crabcakes now, I've been to red lobster many times and I have never had them. I don't know why because they were actually good could be a little bit more crispy but they were really tasty. They need to give the chef/cook whatever it's called at these types of restaurants a raise because they did their thing and got our food out in a timely manner. But, mainly because that New crispy cod sandwich kind of exceeded my expectations I can't lie. The advertisement that I saw on Snapchat was exactly what I received. That sandwich was very large, very tasty, and the coleslaw on top was the chefs kiss. The only thing that would have made that sandwich better is a dash of malt vinegar which the waitress said they don't even have in the restaurant anymore. But anyway that thing was good I definitely want go back and get it again!

Very kid friendly place!! As a parent, one of my main concerns when going out to a new restaurant is whether or not the restaurant is child friendly. This restaurant is a great place to bring your children. They have coloring book menus, cheaper priced kids meal options and even little cups for the kids, which I appreciated. The food was delicious. I ordered the three course meal (which is quite the deal) with the house salad, coconut shrimp, and the blackened salmon. My family and I topped it off by sharing the brownie dessert. The service was excellent and speedy. The waitress gave us great recommendations and was very kind. Overall, I had a lovely experience!!

It's Mother's Day and decided this would be our destination. Pull into the parking lot and it becomes obvious that a lot of other people had the same idea. Have no fear - "Join the Waitlist" saved the day. Walked in and was seated right away. Our server shows up for drink orders and returns shortly with drinks & biscuits and ready to take our order. Endless Shrimp - coconut & shrimp skewer and the Cajun Shrimp Trio. Prepared for a wait our food came out faster than expected. The skewer was nicely charred, fried shrimps nice & brown and the scampi, still bubbling garlic butter bath. Everything was delicious and our server returned frequently to make sure we didn't need anything. The service alone made the meal. Topped our meal with the Chocolate Wave dessert and it was a perfect Mother's Day dinner. Tip reflecting the service and a compliment to the manager appreciating the service. I know sometimes these places are hit & miss. It was a hit today!

Honesty from the supposed owners!!! Beware of your check because my daughter asked for some lemon 2x and they didn't advise us that they charged 1.75 each small bowl!!! Then straight up said they have to basically up prices on other things in order to keep the seafood prices down . Then I wrote a Google review and another owner straight up lied on his response to me... I don't like dishonesty and I greatly value customer service in which they fail at both . For a few slices of lemon they messed up a possible regular customer... The food was ok but pretty pricey for what you get. The seafood buffet is about the same price and definitely worth going to instead of dealing with know it all management/owners that will argue over extra lemon.

Unfortunately, they didn't ask us if we had a special occasion we were celebrating, but overall the service was great. The ambiance was pretty nice and there is a back patio that has a few tables. They have a large array of oysters from the east coast and west coast. The oysters and the way they served and prepared were good. They do have raw clams also which I thought strange, but I'm probably just not fancy enough. We ordered a few appetizers including green chili hush puppies which seemed to need a little more Smokey green chili flavor and they were a bit dry. The lobster deviled eggs are sort of tart and flavorless and I didn't get any lobster on mine. My friend said the lobster rolls were good, and I had a salmon special that was out of this world delicious and cooked to perfection!! The red curry mussels were also outstanding!! Could use a bit more spice and salt, but really good. One of the kiddos didn't want raw food, but he also couldn't find much on the menu for kids. They were out of what he ordered and when they finally did get his order, his food came out about 15 minutes after the rest of the table. They did comp out appetizers so that was nice, but in my opinion they should have comped his meal since they didn't have what he wanted and then served him so much later. Their alcoholic fancy beverages were great. I had a glass of wine that was good. I would suggest offering more wines and meals from the adjacent wine bar and restaurant to Lure as well. They have a few kinks to work out, but I think they are on the right track. There is no phone so it's very difficult to make a reservation. I recommend visiting this place and trying some of their food during off hours. I'm not sure I'd recommend their appetizers yet, but with a few tweaks they will improve. Cheers!
