I've tried other studios since and this is still my fave! I love the class size. I love how every instructor teaches me new things. They're all super amazing and I love the hours that they offer. All of the instructors I've had are amazing! Nicole was one of my first instructors I learned from! She's awesome! Ive also scheduled with Aaron, Erin, Mel, Momo, Adriana, Erien, Vanessa, Jase, Kristy, Kiki, Tim, and Madi who are all amazing! Again, I go whenever my schedule permits so it's always changing lately but they're all so good you can't go wrong. Tim's class was prob one of the harder classes I took along with Momos! But you feel so proud of yourself after. But you can always modify to what you need especially because some days you have more willpower than others!

The space feels fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Our instructor, Sheena, was absolutely incredible. She has such a sharp eye for core engagement and proper form, and she gives cues that actually make sense and help you feel the movement in all the right places. You can tell she's passionate about what she does and genuinely wants everyone in the room to get the most out of their workout. I went with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and it ended up being the perfect way to kick off the day. The class was fun, challenging, and super supportive--exactly the kind of energy you want when you're trying something new with friends. If you're looking for a studio that blends great instruction, beautiful spaces, and a welcoming vibe, Align Pilates is definitely the spot. I can't wait to go back!

This place has…read moresuch an amazing vibe--the infrared heat, the pumping music, and the overall energy make every class feel like a fun escape rather than a workout grind. As a total Pilates newbie, I started with the Savor class (the heated one with those HIIT-style intervals) and loved how it pushed me while still focusing on controlled movements and core strength. The heat (around 85-105°F) gets you sweating in the best way possible--it really helps you flow and deepen into the poses. Today I tried Zest, their non-heated option, and it was just as challenging and enjoyable but in a different way--still super effective without the extra sweat factor. The instructors are great at guiding beginners like me, the classes are musically driven which keeps everything moving seamlessly, and the whole studio just feels welcoming and motivating. Never thought I'd be this into Pilates, but SALTVAULT has me excited to keep coming back and trying more formats. Highly recommend--whether you're new or seasoned, this spot delivers! Can't wait for my next class

This journey with Andrew began in January and it is seriously the best thing I have ever done for myself. I'm so much stronger and flexible and in tune with my body than I have been in years. He is the best at explaining every move and he has his eye on all of us so he can race over and help us perfect our form. Even without the Pilates ~ being around Andrew's energy is good for your soul and a great way to start the day. Combine Andrew with Pilates and you have a powerful combination that sets you up for being happy all day! To anyone that has not worked out in a while ~ Andrew is your guy. I was a hot mess in January and 8 months later the things I can do with my body would shock me in January ~ and it's all thanks to Andrew. To anyone that is a workout fanatic ~ Andrew is your guy. Pilates is challenging and it never ends, there will always be more challenges. More guys need to give this a try. If you are injured ~ Andrew is your guy. I had a knee injury and I could not kneel on my right knee when I began so we did adjustments. I can now kneel on both knees. Everyone loves Andrew. I was worried at first if I was parked wrong but it was absolutely handy and you can quite literally walk out from your car towards the mall and glance straight towards the studio. It specifically says to do the second story of the parking garage but parking on the first level works just as fine. *they don't validate parking for the UTC since class is only one hour and UTC offers 2 hours for free

She helped those who were struggling with the poses. The cadence of the class was great as it was a slow build up to more challenging poses.
