The best! Thanks to Kajal, Sylvia & the other encouraging instructors it was a wonderful experience!!

I took my last class out of a 3 pack I bought for this studio and came today for Yasmine's heated flow and she is such a good instructor! The class wasn't on fire but heated and I was still drenched in sweat afterwards but I wasn't gonna keel over and die like in the hot clases here. Yasmine's instruction is so solid and so good. Her play list is very good and this just an A+ class. This is my second time taking her class. When I come back to YogaSix, I am mainly going to take Yasmine's classes. Hard to get any better than her classes. Thank you again! Im not joining this studio as a member but occasionally I will come here as its close to where I am and like this heated flow class a lot. read more

Fun yoga studio with classes for all levels of flow and intensity. The instructors do vary quite a bit in flow which could be good or bad, you will just need to take a few classes to find what fits your style of activity! read more

This is a great studio! Everyone there is really kind! I go there on Fridays to take Kajal's class. She also teaches Mon and Wed at the Scripps Ranch location and I go there too for her class. I highly recommend Kajal because I prefer the traditional yoga, with quiet yoga background sounds, the quiet and expert teacher and she says the poses (asanas) using the traditional names for them. if you love traditional yoga as I do, please try Kajal's 10:30am classes! read more

We had a wonderful couples session. The teacher was very positive and helped my wife and I to have a nice and relaxing session. The facilities are clean and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The temperature was good and I really enjoyed this location. There was ample water and the showers were clean. I think my wife and I will visit this location frequently. read more

Love this studio! They have a great mix of hot, power, slow flow and restorative classes. All of my own favorites. The wellness advisors and studio instructors are all so helpful and willing to connect before and after class. If you want to try classes that are supportive and classes to especially test your edge this is the place! read more

This is a great studio, however if you buy the three classes for $36 be sure that you use all three classes within your first week. I didn't see this in the fine print and came in to use another class only to be notified that I had no class credits remaining. I paid $35 for a drop in class today instead. Also if you want to purchase classes instead of a monthly membership the least expensive option is 10 classes for $319 which brings drop in classes to about $32 per class. I was hoping for more options there. Other than that the classes are great, I hope they pay their instructors well - Jacob is my favorite for a chill vibe. read more

Didn't realize the class I signed up for was a set sequence which left a little more to be desired but this is one of the nicest Yoga6's I've tried out and also one that actually pleasantly gave cool towels out after a hot class. read more

Beautiful studio! Always clean, staff are super friendly and helpful, and theres a class for everyone - all levels of intensity and ability.

Wonderful instructors . Love vinyasa flow classes, power classes, and deep stretching sessions

I have been a YogaSix 4S member for three years. I love the studio and the ability that it has given me to take classes of all formats. From Heated Power Vinyasa Flow to Restore Yin Format, they have it all! I am a physically stronger and spiritually happier. My mobility and balance have improved tremendously and I have met amazing people that became my friends. I definitely recommend you to try it and empower your health and mind! read more

Time for an another updated review! New manager, James is a delight! We will miss previous manager, Jeanette, but she still teaches yoga classes so she isn't too far! Love the classes and I find myself craving for it especially on a cold day! You just want that extra heat and sweating out all those toxins. I hope they add more Y6 Sculpt & Flow classes. It's a nice cardio weight training class which is different from the others. I was sweating like crazy and the simple basic moves were challenging. Y6 Hot is my fav and you can modify certain yoga poses if it's too challenging. The routine is always the same, but it's still difficult to master if you don't practice it regularly. It's a commitment and I love the mental and physical challenge. I definitely don't do enough stretching on my own so this is my best option. You will feel sore the first few days, but in a feel good rejuvenated way. Best part is I'm glowing! The sweat was a natural skin detox. It felt amazing after. Who needs a facial when you can go here?! LOL! I definitely feel the benefits especially now that I'm getting older. My posture has also improved which is a game changer since I have a desk job. Very therapeutic for the mind, body, and soul! Highly recommend this beautiful yoga studio! Clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking, and a great location! Namaste! read more

Been a few times and wish I can come religiously like my wife. Love the staff and facilities! Easy to get in and out of and it's always spotless. My favorite class is the restorative... damn near fell asleep! read more

Yoga 6 at 4S Ranch is accepting, supportive, and challenging - literally the shala is unbeatable. " Sthira sukum asanam," steady comfortable practice. Friendly assistants, experienced teachers, a quiet environment a spotless -modern shala, and practice options that fit all the alignments - and misalignments - of my emotions, mind, body and spirit. Y6 at 4S has fed my heart, cleared my mind, enlivened my body and provided community in a succession of unique and specific ways. The past 9 years of my 18 years of yoga practice have thrived there. So fine to be with like-minded practitioners. "Namaste," my heart rejoices that when I am in that part of me, and you are in that place in you, we are in the same place. read more

This is a wonderful yoga studio! It is peaceful and clean and the staff are attentive and kind. I love the Slow Flow class and the instructor Kasey is my favorite! My review is way overdue. I've been a member of YogaSix for the last 12 years. I love the 4s Ranch studio as the teachers are experienced, educated and so kind. They always have what I need at YogaSix 4s Ranch...water, towels, hair ties, and clean bathrooms! I will forever be a member! read more

I was assured via email and during a Covid surge while caring for my elderly mom in my home that my credits would NEVER expire. They offered to refund my money, but I felt badly for small businesses, so I said I would keep the credits and return to my practice once my mother passed away. When this business later erased my 25 credits (worth $500), I sent them the email that documented their promise to me. They told me they could only give me 10 courtesy credits and that I would have to use them up by end of January 2025. The sad part is - I would have continued to practice yoga here and would have bought more packages worth hundreds of dollars. But honestly, the couple times I have gone to a yoga class to use my 10 credits, I get horrible anxiety about how they went back on their word, and I end up feeling so stressed about the whole thing :/ read more

My husband and I have been going to this studio for the past 10 years. Its very convenient as we live close by. We usually take the evening classes together. Deep stretch, Yin and restore are among our favorites. Tried hot yoga too but couldnt handle it. If I go on my own in the morning then I prefer slow flow. Jeanette the manager is such a lovely person and always helpful. Almost all the yoga teachers are wonderful. If you want to feel energized, relaxed and refreshed just go for it. I recently signed up for a membership, and have been enjoying classes here, and the instructors are really great. I've been a member for only a few weeks, and I didn't know that they LOCK you out of the building if you're late. I signed up for a 9 AM Hot Yoga Class, and since there was traffic during my drive, I arrived at 9:02 AM and the building doors were locked. I frantically knocked on the front door until someone finally came to the door, and she barely cracked it open and looked at me unpleasantly. I stated that I was there for the 9 AM class, and she said that I needed to be on time and that I was supposed to arrive at 9 AM, and she would NOT let me in. She said that she would remove my name from the list. However, I just noticed the $15 NO SHOW charge in my email. That morning, I seriously felt like I was at the airport, when you're late for a flight, and they close the gate doors on you, and you're stranded with your luggage. I had been looking forward to the yoga class all morning, and had no clue that if I were 2 minutes late that I would be left stranded, holding my yoga mat in my hands, on the verge of tears!!! (This was my FIRST time being late for a class---I'm usually at least 15-20+ minutes early.) Now, I understand that you're supposed to be on time, but sometimes life just happens, and you're one or two minutes late. I'll never forget the feeling I had from this experience. And now I'm debating whether I want to keep my membership or not....... read more

Great studio. Got my Yoga fix while on vacation in Escondido. Definitely recommend YogaSix.

YogaSix at 4S Ranch is great. I had been thinking about giving yoga a try, and decided to try YogaSix because of their 3-class introductory offer. After those 3 classes, I signed up for an unlimited membership because I felt so much better after each class and I wanted to pressure myself to go to 2-3 classes per week. That was a great decision because I've been going to 4-5 classes per week. I highly recommend YogaSix. Their instructors are great and make everyone feel welcome! read more

An amazing yoga studio! The service team and instructors are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the classes are fantastic. I absolutely love it read more

Hard to find HOT YOGA space with option for quick shower rinse. If you forget, they even have a hair dryer. Other nice stuff: Rent their mat, block, towel etc if you just want to try one time and do not want to commit to buying your own yoga stuff. New spa like facility, easy website for booking classes so you can plan your life without stressing out about missing a class. Tip: Instructor will lock the studio (for your safety) if there is no front staff, so come early and find your spot :) Courtesy: leave shoes by the entrance door, ok to bring your own lock for their lockers. read more

Found my new home studio in 4 S ranch right next to Rancho Bernardo. I took a hot yoga flow class which they call core power. It is heated to 85 and feels so good. Some classes are given at lower temperatures than this such as the restore and stretch classes. Kirsten was the teacher for my class today. She demonstrated and gave a nice flow with a few sequences that are new to me. There are showers, lockers, towels and mats (may be a fee for last 2) and A gorgeous bottle filling fountain. This is also a beautiful yoga studio much like a contemporary spa. The staff works hard at keeping it very clean for all the yogis. Great job yoga Six! read more

I'm torn because I really enjoyed the hot classes at this studio, but my last visit there left me in such an AWFUL mood that I haven't been able to go back. My rating is because of a specific situation that happened to me at my last visit at this 4S location. I was in SUCH A GOOD MOOD this one morning. Just finished my second Hot session, was doing a juice cleanse, and was feeling proud of myself and ready to take on the day! I was walking out to my car when I realized someone was calling for my attention. I turn around to find out I was followed to my car by Jeanette who was barefoot with a towel wrapped around her. She scolds me and reminds me that there is no talking before and after classes. Apparently she was watching me before class and made a note to herself to see me afterwards. I totally understand respecting people's spaces in the studio, but for her to make me feel like I was "in trouble" for merely responding to an older woman who had a simple question before class is completely unprofessional. I came alone to this class, didn't know a single person. Was I supposed to IGNORE the woman in class who asked me an innocent question? Apparently, to Jeanette, I was for the sake of others. I just find it weird that she wasn't instructing that class (was just a participant) yet noticed my 5 second interaction with another student and felt the need to track me down yards away from the studio to reprimand me. I had gone to maybe 5+ classes at this location. I always tried not to get too attached to the studio because the prices are steep and the spammy text messages from Jeanette recommending me to sign up for a membership were a bit overwhelming. I was really excited about starting my hot yoga journey at this location since it's the closest to my house but it's just sad that it was all ruined by this one interaction. I shouldn't let it bother me, but the way people make you FEEL has a deeper impact that you expect. I'm searching for a comparable studio with a better more professional manager. read more

I wish I could give Yoga Six 4S ranch more than 5 stars !! this place is A-MAZING !!! I been coming to Yoga Six 4S ranch a little bit over a year now.. it first opened in May 2013 woot woot !! it is located right next to the shell station and as you are driving into the 4S ranch village center. are you asking yourself, what time, what class, who is teaching? ... No problem, download their YOGA SIX app available on both the app store and google play and select the 4S ranch location. it will have their latest schedule changes and up to date information!! it is great!!!! all the information at your fingertips! parking can be hit or miss depending on when you come, as a good rule of thumb try to arrive 15 mins to 20 mins. before you class, just in case you have to do a few laps around parking lot. If it is your first time, maybe arrive even slightly earlier in order to get the studio tour, fill out waiver, and get situated for your first class!! The studio is bare-foot friendly, so you 'll have to remove your shoes at the front desk and place them in the shoe cubies. The studio has two practicing rooms - #1 [ on the left side as you walk in] and #2 on the right. There is a handout placed next to the door, to indicate the class is being taught or will be taught in the room. the receptionist will let you which room your class will be in. are you a first timer to yoga?? no mat, no towel?? no problem!!! the first mat and towel rental are covered by the studio !! so you can literally walk into the studio to do a class! need a locker and no lock? no worries!!! give them an ID or a set of car keys in exchange for lock and key. there are plenty of lockers in each locker room. As a shout out to the 4S custodian/maintenance/ and the rest of the staff.. thank you for keeping the studio crisp CLEAN!!! I am not familiar with their cleaning routine, i know for sure each room is cleaned after every class and the lockerrooms get clean at least twice per day if not more!!! Here are the price breakdowns for rentals: Yoga Mat - $2 Yogitoes [ towel to cover mat ] - $2 hand towel - $1 bath towel - $2 Hydration products: smart water 32oz/1 Liter - $3 Vita Coconut water - $3 hydrate berry/lime Juice - $2.50 There is a filtered water fountain on the left and right in front of studio 1 !! so you can re-fill your own water bottle! So their lockerrooms are spa like quality... they have soap, shampoo, conditioner in the showers and the mirror station has cute tips, body lotion, mouthwash, and even deodorant spray. in the guys locker room there is even razors and shaving cream. as well as a hairdryer, great to bring an extra set of clothes for after class in case you need to shower and change! you get a $100 from your first membership purchase!!! wow!! soo many perks to coming here!! you can also get rewards points through perkville,... for every 1000 points [10points/class] you can get various gifts, the first one for 300 points is a yoga six water bottle! IF YOU are still reading!! I just want to give a shout out to the studio manager Jeanette and the rest of the yoga six 4S ranch staff and instructors for making the studio such a fun and awesome place to practice yoga and yoga sculpt!!! you are all amazing!!! read more

Wanted to leave this review to warn others. I showed up for my second class ever. I was at the door at 10:32 for the 10:30 am class. The door was locked. By the time I found the studio number and called it was 10:33. The lady on the other end of the phone told me that she would not let me in since the class already started. I was so dumbfounded that I didn't even ask to show me where in the agreement it says that there's no grace period for tardiness. Not even 5 minutes? And if you don't make the class you're charged $15. Seems a little too cut throat for the mindful/feel good kind of place. read more

A year later, I still absolutely love Brooke. Her calm demeanor and intelligent cues are consistently above par. I was thrilled to discover what an exceptional instructor Shubhangi is as well. Love this Yoga Six in 4S Ranch!! It is great just like the other locations I enjoy: La Costa, Solana Beach, and Point Loma. This is in a shopping center that has ample parking. The instructors I have taken were both equally amazing! I normally stick to Hot Yoga, but over here I did restorative yoga. Belinda's voice is so nurturing and relaxing, and Dat's teaching style is one of a kind, love his class! Check-in is a cinch on their touch screen iPads, cubbies for your shoes, and overall a nice, clean studio. It's a great way to unwind taking their classes here at Y6 and reaping the benefits of yoga.~ read more
