My favorite Pilates studio I've tried in San Diego. I'm still relatively new to reformer style Pilates but I've tried a few in the area and this one is my favorite so far. I really like the location and the machines always seem clean and really sturdy. I once injured my finger on a traditional wooden style reformer because the springs were a lot more finicky and I don't have that fear with these machines. There is one machine that is next to a column but most of the moves aren't affected by this, and the instructors help you modify when needed. There's a variety of instructors and time offerings so you can find one that works best for you. This is definitely an intense workout which is what I signed up for. The fact that it's fast paced helps so you are usually focused on the movements and preparing for the next move rather than the burn. I also like that there is plenty of arm strengthening moves incorporated so I always feel like I get a full body workout. The interior is clean and pretty with some clothing for sale, open cubbies to store your things, a water bottle spout, and even a full bathroom with shower. They do lock the doors after class starts so make sure to get there early. Most of the parking nearby is metered but there are a few free street spots a couple blocks over

All of the staff is great, and you really won't go wrong with booking a class here. It is all reformer-based, so I would recommend that you do either have a private session beforehand or a bit of experience using the machine. Make sure you book weekends in advance, as the slots fill up. I really like the cancellation policy is client-friendly, and the app to book is easy as well.

The space feels fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Our instructor, Sheena, was absolutely incredible. She has such a sharp eye for core engagement and proper form, and she gives cues that actually make sense and help you feel the movement in all the right places. You can tell she's passionate about what she does and genuinely wants everyone in the room to get the most out of their workout. I went with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and it ended up being the perfect way to kick off the day. The class was fun, challenging, and super supportive--exactly the kind of energy you want when you're trying something new with friends. If you're looking for a studio that blends great instruction, beautiful spaces, and a welcoming vibe, Align Pilates is definitely the spot. I can't wait to go back!

This place has…read moresuch an amazing vibe--the infrared heat, the pumping music, and the overall energy make every class feel like a fun escape rather than a workout grind. As a total Pilates newbie, I started with the Savor class (the heated one with those HIIT-style intervals) and loved how it pushed me while still focusing on controlled movements and core strength. The heat (around 85-105°F) gets you sweating in the best way possible--it really helps you flow and deepen into the poses. Today I tried Zest, their non-heated option, and it was just as challenging and enjoyable but in a different way--still super effective without the extra sweat factor. The instructors are great at guiding beginners like me, the classes are musically driven which keeps everything moving seamlessly, and the whole studio just feels welcoming and motivating. Never thought I'd be this into Pilates, but SALTVAULT has me excited to keep coming back and trying more formats. Highly recommend--whether you're new or seasoned, this spot delivers! Can't wait for my next class

Lots of bright light and a very spacious studio. The instructor, Anastasia, also did a great job giving clear cues and explaining the movements. Booking through…read morethe website was easy, though the class was a bit on the pricier side, I paid $35, whereas I typically pay around $20-$28 per class in LA and San Diego. When I arrived, there wasn't much of a greeting or clear check-in process. The instructor seemed busy, so I ended up putting my things away before even checking in, which felt a little awkward. The studio has a wide variety of equipment, which is great, but there was a lot going on visually. Equipment and bins were spread throughout the space, making it slightly difficult to move between machines. I appreciate the variety, but better organization would really improve the flow of the room. The class itself was unique, with a mix of ages and genders, which I liked. The instructor was kind, asked about experience levels, and offered helpful modifications to either intensify or simplify movements. That said, there were moments where direction wasn't super clear, and some people (myself included) got a bit lost. The pillars in the middle of the room also made it hard at times to see demonstrations. Cleanliness was okay... the equipment didn't look dirty, but it didn't feel particularly clean either. For example, around the weight-changing areas, there was visible dust, hair, and debris. The area for shoes and bags also had a slight odor. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. The instructor and workout itself were good, but the small details (organization, cleanliness, and overall flow) made a difference. I'd probably try other studios before returning, but I wouldn't completely rule it out.

I can't lie and say that I wasn't intimidated in joining but that quickly changed. The classes are full of people with different skill levels and each instructor is great at giving you options to make the move more supportive for your body or harder/"spicier." Since my very first day all of the instructors have been nothing but kind, helpful and encouraging and you can tell they love what they do. Shoutout to Shan C., Kristina M., Lauren M. and Cole T.! If you're on the fence or considering trying Lagree, check them out. I feel stronger, healthier and I've been losing weight and gaining muscle ever since joining. All you need is 40 mins! There is a parking structure that you can use for $3 (they give you a validation sticker code in the studio), you can park in the paid parking lot across the street or find (limited) free street parking.
