I feel like it also could have used just a bit more flavor or some salt. The corned beef and cabbage tasted like they added nothing to it to give it flavor, so i was a bit disappointed with it. However, the corned beef was pretty tender and i liked the taste. We also ordered the house burger which we liked. I liked the flavor the irish cheddar gave it. Most importantly, the staff at Muldoon's provided exceptional support throughout the process. Megan, our main point of contact, answered all our questions promptly and thoughtfully and helped us develop a thorough plan before the event, including a test run for the music and video components we wanted to incorporate. On the day of the event, we felt fully supported by the entire event staff, from setup to cleanup. They kept everything flowing smoothly so that we could focus on enjoying the evening with our guests, who all had a great time.
