You would think this thing would come out steaming and dripping greasy juices everywhere but NO. I was dissappointed at how dry the bun was first of all. It was BIG now but whatever juices may have been on the deep fried patty were absorbed into the cold (as opposed to warm) big bun. The patty INSIDE the batter was like it was burnt before it was even fried with a hard crust on the outside of the meat. And, the pancake batter kept falling off; kinda like when I try to make onion rings. The ketchup on the table was fermented and when I opened it, it spewed at me and sprayed ketchup all over the table which I so graciously cleaned up.... but FERMENTED ketchup... NOT a good thing. Fortunately, none of it got on my food. I ended up having to go to two separate tables to get a bottle of off-brand ketchup that was fresh because the second bottle I got had a bulging lid.. NOT a good sign... I wasn't even going to open that one. Anyway, my quest goes on because this is not the place to go for the perfect burger. Sorry, Jordan's, it's hard to get a 1 star from me but ya'll managed it.
