I LOVE this OT. I've actually never been to any other location, so I don't have much to compare it…read moreto, but when I first when in here I new I could see myself becoming a member (so I did). I first came in because of an offer for a first class free. My rep showed me how everything worked, including the heartbeat monitor on the arm band, which they give you for free on your first visit. An instructor walked me around the studio explaining the class format and made sure I was comfortable with water and a towel. When class started he periodically checked in with me but was not overbearing. I loved how while everyone worked out individually, seeing everyone's stats on the screen did make it feel like a team effort. I really appreciated learning about the different heart rate "zones" and later did research on this when I got home. My sales rep explained the pricing tiers yet was not pushy which I appreciated and I signed up within the week. The app made it very easy to book, see stats, etc. The club has fun challenges each month and really does have a sense of community. It was always clean and you can tell instructors here really care about the members. I only quit because I ended up moving to another neighborhood but this gym truly did change my physique while I was a member, making me stronger and noticeably had an impact on my cardio endurance. I'd recommend this gym to anyone.

The classes keep me on track, and I'm seeing real results. I never, ever thought I'd be someone who enjoys jogging on a treadmill, but now I actually look forward to it. Coach Maddy brings great energy and creative themed classes. I love Coach Frankie's music picks--they make early morning workouts go by faster. And Coach Nai has a great way of offering helpful tips without making anything feel awkward. Luke is always so welcoming at the front desk. This location stands out for its thoughtful amenities: they offer gym and shower towels and a full locker room--something you don't always find at other storefront studios. OTF Park Slope is also a fun way to meet more people in the neighborhood, and the Instagram shout-outs add a nice touch of motivation. I hope corporate OTF will upgrade the app and the fitness band to more modern tech - I'd love AI analysis of my stats. I recommend Orangetheory Park Slope to anyone looking for a fresh, encouraging way to get into fitness.

Although it's not a CrossFit affiliate anymore, the programming is still pretty typical for what you'd find at a CrossFit gym. The gym space and facilities are about what I've experienced at other NY gyms. The membership fees are good value and the class sizes are small enough to get focused coaching and fun camaraderie. This gym is truly a welcoming environment and I'm very grateful to be part of the community.

Admittedly I haven't really taken advantage of the social events, but the people in my classes are all super friendly and I'd absolutely get involved if I had more time or was struggling to make friends. With all of that said, the thing that's kept me going above all else is the absolutely fantastic instruction. The coaches give you lots of individual attention and place really strong emphasis on form - it almost feels like having unlimited access to a bunch of really great, well-credentialed, and patient personal trainers. I never thought I'd willingly get up at 5am several times a week, but here I am, absolutely jazzed to get 6am ass-kickings several times a week.

The instructors have such a unique approach--while they make everything look easy, don't be fooled. You might find yourself complaining. No but seriously, The workouts are challenging and push your body in the best way. Danielle, the owner, has created an environment that is safe, and welcoming for women of all ages and sizes, where everyone is encouraged to go after a healthier lifestyle. One thing that really stood out to me about Danielle is her integrity. From day one, I've noticed that she holds herself to the same standards she asks of her clients. The fairness she applies to her classes, combined with her unwavering commitment to the rules and values, sets the tone for the entire gym community. She leads by example, and it shows. Every class I've attended has been a rewarding experience, and there are so many different types of workouts available to help you continue improving. One byproduct of attending has been the boost in my mood since some days are just rough. I found that moving my body started to help with my mental health. If you're considering taking a class here, I highly recommend it! Yes, it's an investment, but your body is your most valuable asset, and taking care of it is worth every penny. The positive energy from the group of women who attend is also incredibly motivating. If you're looking to start or elevate your fitness journey, this is the place to do it!

If I did not choose this gym, I don't think I would have stuck through with my fitness journey…read more Point-blank and simple. When I first wanted to start working out, I was fairly uncomfortable with the idea of being in a huge gym and having to work out in front of people. I looked for a long time to find a space that was close to me that offered privacy. Sevenbell was one of those gyms, and while it was a little inconvenient to get to from my location, I decided to give it a try. I believe it was one of the best decisions I made. The gym is always spotless, never crowded, and I always felt comfortable in the space. When I went here (I no longer live in the area and have since changed gyms) I actually looked forward to coming every day, because I knew I would not have to sit around and wait for a machine to be free, or have to deal with rude people making noise and slamming weights. If you are like me and are looking for a gym that is clean, quiet, and accepting of everyone no matter where they are on their fitness journey, then this is the place for you. It is well worth the price and I could not be happier with the time I had spent there. Also, the personal trainers are amazing. I worked with Jesse while I was there, and I felt he did a great job with giving me a foundation to work with in my personal workouts. Cam (who is like 6'5 and looks like The Hulk after he transforms) walked by me one day and mentioned that I looked bigger, and that my form was good. It felt like I won the lottery :)

Gashford's training sessions mix Muay Thai and regular weight lifting with some cardio. In only a couple months, I feel much stronger and have noticed increased focus and energy during the day after each session. He also has helped with meal planning and explains the science behind his workouts which i really appreciate. I've never really seen more than 10-15 people in the facility at a time, and as someone who hates big gyms, it's a super welcoming environments for complete newbies like myself. Perfect place and trainer if you're looking to mix up your workouts and create a real life style change!
