So I said, "We only need to buy one, can we have it at half price then?" He said, "Nah. That doesn't work that way." The price tag was $299. He looked at my husband and handed him a tuxedo jacket to try on. My husband put it on. I said, "Baby....why do you STILL have your sweater on? Take it off please." Sales associate then said to my husband, "Oh no...he looks alright. The jacket looks good on you. Keep the sweater on, man." ??? What the F@$#! So my husband said, "Nope. I gotta listen to my woman. She knows what's best for me." So he took his sweater off, and guess what folks? You guessed it! My husband was practically swimming in that tuxedo jacket! Same sales associate handed him a smaller size and this time it was just the right fit. But my husband and I exchanged this look & we just weren't feeling it with this particular associate. At this point, the line behind me had grown long, and many other customers were visibly frustrated. Thankfully, the supervisor Renee stepped in. She was calm, professional, and processed my return quickly. However, Alex continued to be disruptive even while she was handling the matter, ignoring her request to step away. This kind of treatment--mocking a customer, refusing service, and acting in a physically and verbally aggressive manner--is completely unacceptable. While I am grateful to Renee for her professionalism, no customer should ever be treated this way. Amazon and Kohl's management need to be aware of how damaging this behavior is to their reputation.
