Horrible customer service!! Pizza Is good and hot wings are awesome! Not hating on the food at all! This is what happened ! I ordered two xl pizza's and wings on their online app "slice". After completing my order and receiving a confirmation I noticed that I accidentally put extra cheese instead of pepperoni as a topping. I instantly called Red Devil Pizza and told them about the error and asked if I should cancel the order and redo it so I had 2 XL pepperoni pizzas. The guy on the phone (don't know his name) as all employees only answer "red devil pizza covina" assured me that "it's ok, we will replace the extra cheese for pepperoni" I was thankful and appreciative for their help. After receiving our pizza for delivery I noticed that both pizzas only had cheese on them! I called back and told them that I was told they would fix my order and add the pepperoni. The gentleman on the phone told me "sorry, it was a new/young employee that talked to me earlier and he messed up" I said "ok, can we just replace one of them since the kids were hungry?" I was told "no" that the error I made earlier was my fault and I should try to contact the "slice" app. There was zero effort to make this right when I was assured over the phone that the pizza toppings would be corrected. The gentleman on the phone kept putting me on hold saying he was "talking to the manager" after waiting what felt like forever I was hung up on and was never called back or was offered a quick resolution. II grew up in this area and have never physically eaten here. So, this evening I thought it would be a good idea to really sit down & enjoy some great pizza, at a reputable pizza place. I have eaten red devil pizza many times , it was fair, nothing spectacular. However, I have several business owners I know personally in downtown Covina. They insisted if I had a bad experience it was a fluke, therefore, because it was so great (to them) I should try again. So, my son & I went in on our own accord. I went with an open mind & and empty stomach. Thinking, maybe it is Me. I did just that. We went back to form our (my son & I) own opinion and with such optimism. Turns out, ABOVE ALL, our customer service sucked. I asked for my salad & drink first & was assured it would be out soon (as we ate there) It did not. Our drinks were gathered from the cooler, and yet , not handed to us. When I went to inquire about wanting our salad & drink(s), we were handed all of the food & drink to sit outside all at the same time.with no attempt to serve Us. This is where my son & I intended to sit. The counter kid walked outside with our things & didn't set flatware and/or plates for us to use. In fact, he set things down, walked away and did not even ask "does everything look good? Can I get You anything else?" It was quite unpleasant. He was Very unprepared & unprofessional. At this point I was annoyed. More than likely because my expectations were not meant at all. Our customer service sucked (and food mediocre). We were disregarded when I said the pizza was cold, and the salad didn't have many toppings as expected,was even lukewarm lettuce Now, here is My thing... if our customer service would've been even comparable to the people who were in front of us I wouldve been more than happy alone with that. New to the area, figured I'd give the new pizzeria a try. I've been moving into my new place the whole week. Which means I have been eating horribly. Figured I'd finish strong with pizza. I chose the Red Devil pizza, since the place is named red devil and my Girlfriend and I both like the toppings. The only "negative" thing I can say, is someone accidentally slipped some sausage and pineapple into the pizza. It didn't hurt the pizza, but if I didn't like those toppings I'd be mad. The pizza definitely wins the best overall award. Sauce is flavorful without being to sweet or salty. Crust is cooked to perfection, it was a great texture a nice balance between crispy and chewy. The toppings were evenly distributed with generous portions. I will definitely be coming back. I won't get the Red Devil next time because I am excited to try other specialty pizzas. However it will be ordered again eventually. read more

My cousin introduced me to Red Devil Pizza when he came to visit. He ordered the Wild Card and BBQ Pizza. Both had delicious flavors and I am not a big BBQ Pizza fan, but Red Devil I can accept. I was craving pizza and my husband and I decided to give it another try. We ordered the BBQ Pizza and I wasn't disappointed. When they get busy, it takes a little longer to get your pizza. Luckily, they're on the SLICE app and I even received 5% off when ordering. I suggest ordering beforehand and you can have it delivered or picked up. They send you text updates which was convenient. Good thing we had placed our order ahead of time, there were many people sitting outside waiting for their orders. When we got there, our order was ready and hot. There's some parking in front on the street and behind the building. I took the turn next to Alpha Omega and those spots belong to them, but you can drive through and get to the Red Devil lot. read more

They make the best pizza! They're not stingy with their mushrooms. The crust is soo gosh darn good! They make the best pizza bread!!! Nothing compares to their pizza...the pizza bread (the taste in incomparable). The marinara sauce is soo gosh darn good! (Next time I'll ask Aly for a little marinara on the side, for dipping sauce). They also have garlic bread with cheese on top (I don't remember the name) it's the best (and a must try!) They have an arcade room...sometimes the games don't work and there's no sign...and I get yelled at for not putting more coins. (My only complaint) The bathrooms are always nice and clean. The pictures on the wall show the history of Covina. They're so much history in Covina. Such as the show "Roswell". My favorite waitress is Aly. She's soo sweet and nice! She knows how to make a pizza!!! She's literally the pizza wizard. She's so courteous, knowledgeable n such a sweet Gal! Delicious, VERY cheesy pizza with great prices. We got a medium (14") pizza with pepperonis and mushrooms. The waitress was very friendly and brought us out jalapeños too. The pizza did take some time to come out, but when it did it was piping hot, so we knew it was made from scratch. The pizza was very cheesy, the pepperoni nice and crispy, and the mushrooms an added flair. I would've preferred less tomato sauce, but it wasn't bad. Also, the dough was super airy but very bready. I used to really like this spot but this past year in 2022 I feel like their quality has gone down. The last few pizzas they weren't cooked very well, they were still doughy and wet so we always put it back in our oven to cook more. One week ago we ordered pizza and wings. The pizza was alright but the wings were not. We ordered a 10pc and was given a 5pc. We live like 20 minutes away, so I did not check until I got home. Wings were not the best and when I called to let them know what I received, they told me I had to go through slice pizza for a refund. We called slice pizza and they were telling us we had to call the restaurant. It was a mess just going calling both places. Note to self, always make sure to check your order before you leave. We usually love this pizza but it seems hit or miss lately. Upon arriving home after picking up our food I couldn't believe the size of the wings. I have never seen wings so small before. One was literally the size of my finger. It is ridiculous that they would still charge me $13 for a 10 piece. They should have done the right thing and added some more to the order or adjusted the price to match what they are providing. And good luck trying to call them and let them know about it because they seem to take the phone off the hook so all you'll get is a busy signal. Pizza was charred and they didn't give me my pineapple on the side as requested. 3 out of 5 mozzarella sticks had NO mozzarella and were super hard! My wings were dry and hard. Just disgusting and a waste of money! Oh and why are there 6 maybe 7 teenage kids in a small capacity closing the joint at 9pm, who were not social distanced or wearing their masks properly. Come on. When I got there, the staff didn't know about my order and even tried to charge me again, although I had already paid for it online.
