I started eating Santa's pizza in 2007 when I was a senior at Gladstone High. It was a ritual to run to Santa's right after school to grab a slice and soda before my tennis practices. After I graduated I had to have my Santa's at least once a week. I got to know the Owner, his wife and his kids! Life happened, I moved a few times but when I was in Azusa I always made sure to order a large pepperoni and jalapeño. Even after years passed the owner recognizes me and we get to catch up. Best deal for two slices and a drink for sure. Service is a bit cold at first, but a smile and small tip ($1.50) changes that. Total with tip is still just $7, which is a great deal. I get that many people go for the deal and then expect more like a box or extra toppings, but not everyone is like that. Anyway, still my go to when I just want a slice or two. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Santa's Pizza since they first opened, and I've always loved the flavor of their pizzas--especially the sauce and cheese, which are consistently delicious. The food, pricing, and customer service have all been excellent over the years. That said, I've noticed a change during my last two visits (which were several months apart). The crust just isn't the same. While I can't speak to what's happening behind the scenes, as a customer, the crust has become noticeably tough--difficult to bite and chew. During both visits, we ended up pulling off the cheese and toppings and eating those alone. Thankfully, the flavor is still great, but the crust really impacted the overall experience. I drive by this area often enough and never knew this was here! It's right next to Crazy Rock'n Sushi off of Arrow Hwy on the side of the building closer to the school. The pizza's are thicker than your typical places but have a nice flavorful sauce to compensate. The $3.96 out the door for 2 slices pepperoni + a can of soda is a great cheap and quick lunch. I called into this place heading to a doctor's appointment on my lunch and he held a few slices for me just in case and warmed them up in the oven when I arrived. He kind of went on a tangent about apples and ended up giving me a free apple too! Very nice fellow. I wouldn't say it's an amazing pizza but it's not bad either. The owner is so incredibly nice, I will find an opportunity to come here more. If you need to feed a ton of kids, they have giant pizzas that will feed loads of people on the cheap! No one greets you when you walk through the door. Even when they ring you up, they do not say hello. This is pre-made pizza which is a real bummer. I left feeling really unsatisfied. I saw them take my two slices out of the box and they handed it straight to me. Didn't even warm them up. I like my pizza to be hot not lukewarm. The woman who works the front counter let me know that they don't offer cheese slices. I don't know why if cheese pizzas are on the menu and on Yelp it says cheese slices are $1.50. The prices of the food are really great but I rather pay a few extra bucks for pizza that tastes like it's made day of with fresh ingredients. They really need to update the menu to make it more accurate. Not to hate, but this place isnt that good. Pizza is flour water yeast sauce cheese. Not sure how to screw it up but the dough is really dense. They need to rework the recipe. The sauce is very watery, i literally can suck the sauce jiuce out of the slice while maintaining the crust and cheese in place. Lastly, my pizza came out burnt, like black burnt on the edges which gave it a weird flavor. Bottom of my pizza places that i can remember. +1 point for being open on new years eve. read more

The lady at the front was busy getting the store open still (opens at 10 & I got there at 11) I had to call for her and she came to the counter and asked for 5 mins when I ordered the two slice special, so I went back to my car to wait.
