Went in to this location for dinner on a weekday. The place was not very busy and we seat ourselves. We order wings as an appetizer to begin. My husband orders a personal pizza, my son get spaghetti, and i get lasagna. My sons food came out sooner then our then the wins. Then the pizza and wings come out, the wings were a bit cold and I was still waiting for my lasagna. I waited and waited both my son and husband are almost done, at this point a gentleman that works at the location tells me the oven is broken and they are trying to figure it out and walks off. I wait a while longer and my food is served still cold. My husband and son finish up and we go I boxed up my lasagna and warm it at home. Service was ok. Kinda slow. Food not so good. read more

Red Devil Pizza has been our "go to" piizza place for at least 20 yrs now. Our recent experiences makes us wonder "what's happening". We understand busy, and we understand Covid times. The middle of the dough (6-7 in diameter) of one of our large pizzas was a bit doughy and undercooked that you could not hold a slice of pizza because it was limp. Disappointing. read more

This is one of our favorite places to eat. Wings and pizza is usually what we eat when we come here and it's so delicious. We've been coming here for years. We came in last night. We ordered a 3 topping pizza, cheese bread, and bbq wings. The crust is a good mix of medium thickness and it was cooked well with 3 toppings. The cheese bread is bomb. I think your pizza place is the best in the San Gabriel Valley and I would recommend everyone to go. The only problem I have is when I order mushrooms on my pizza, I get like five or six slices of mushroom on the whole pizza. When someone orders mushrooms, the pizza should be smothered with mushrooms. Otherwise let me know that I have to pay extra for more. There's one place that is your competition. We have been regulars for over 10 yrs. we even know a family member of this establishment and never have I had the worst service ever let alone today's pizza was the worst disappointment ever. We orders a extra large pizza and it was cut as an extra large put the size of a large. If I can give it a no star I would but I have to give it a star. Originally I did not have a great experience with Red Devil Pizza, however, the manager reached out to me and offered to make it right, I tell you what... I stand CORRECTED! This pizza was AMAZING! I used to love coming here and I recently came back with my family to eat after being away for a year. The friendly customer service is non existent now. Our waitress didn't smile at all and my grandma tried to get her attention a couple times for a refill. Which the waitress completely blew her off until near the end of our meal. My sister ordered a Caesar salad and it was drowning in sauce. She couldn't even finish it. And the pizza wasn't properly cut all the way through so it was hard to get a slice of pizza because it would rip half the piece. This place has changed. Such a shame. read more

The pizza is good. The service for pick up is horrible. When you walk in there are multiple employees just standing around laughing and talking. I stood for a solid four minutes before anyone even took the time to acknowledge me. I was there for a takeout. The employees simply looked at me and looked away. Finally when I was acknowledged the young man behind the counter had rubber gloves on he rang me up took my cash and then handled food as I observed and waited for my order. Not sure who is in charge of scheduling or management but it really should be reviewed. UPDATE: 2/8/2018. Wow! Such a disappointment- even after being contacted by the mgr. Ordered a late night Large Pizza with cheese and jalapenos. It is a delicious multi-layer of flavors. The tomato sauce is thick and roasted in a beautiful simmer. The mozarella cheese is laked then rivered as you pull each slice. The jalapenos were fresh and blended well with the topped cheese.
