We stayed there for a year. We went on a trip to Houston, and trash blew into our GATED yard, and our dog apparently pooped before we left, which I didn't see before we went. We did have a few things out around our gate/fence in front to keep it from falling over in the severe winds, but since they could not be seen outside the gate, it wasn't an issue. The management entered our yard while we weren't home and chose not to renew our lease because it was "disgusting." For what we paid them a month, it certainly felt like a violation for them to enter our space without us knowing. They upped our rent twice while we were there and offered a "military discount" of $25 to "offset" the cost. Our rent increased by over $200 the year we were there.
Meagan and Micki are two-faced, kind to your face, and downright mean behind your back. So much drama, and rudeness, and we kept our heads down and followed all their rules. They kept drama-causing families but wanted us out because, well, who knows? My kids would come back from the dumpster talking about all the trash they had to pick up on the way. For a short-term stay, with no kids or pets, they'd probably be great, but for families or pets, nope. And I'd suggest interacting with management as little as possible.
I would have loved to have given them a great review, or no review, but they trash-talked us to a rental company, so a year later, I felt the need to give them the review they deserved.
