I asked them redo the eggs only so that I could start eating my hashbrowns in the enormous slab of ham, and she said it was going to take a while. (If it takes anyone a while to poach an egg, they're probably doing it wrong.) I was able to scoop my butchered eggs off, start eating my food, and sure enough within a few minutes I had properly soft poached eggs as a replacement. I hate to be that girl, but I made it very clear on the front end that the only kind of egg that I would expect for Benedict. They gave us our tickets to pay at their register upon exiting, and I do admit that I like the charm of an old-school actual written paper ticket and very affordable breakfast. I enjoy the big variety and uniqueness of every item including the fresh baked goods like monkey bread, pickle salad, in house syrups and ice cream.
