I am seeing a lot of bad reviews here that I don't quite understand. Here's what I've experienced with half a dozen visits. There are a vast quantity of collectible vinyl and CDs. Records I haven't seen in the wild for many years, actually, and hundreds that I'd like to have for my collection if I were independently wealthy. The prices may be a bit more than you'd pay if you used Discogs, eBay or Amazon, but hey, you don't have to wait for it to be shipped to you. If you can't handle a bit of markup you should probably stick to online shopping. There is something to be said for being able to see the condition of both the sleeve and vinyl of used records, however. I feel like a kid in a candy store when I visit here, and my 17 year old son almost always finds something he wants to buy here. The selection is incredible; they literally have every genre a vinyl collector could hope for. I believe you'd have to make the drive to Denver to find a comparable record store. read more

Super impressed! Not quite sure why this place has the rating it does. Tonight, we entered, and were greeted by a super nice gal. Her name was Gail and she gave us great customer service. She asked if we had been before, however it was our first time, so she gave us a full tour and explained the store layout. We found a couple of pretty unique boots that we had never seen before. They had a pretty good selection and a variety of options. Sure, I will agree some of the prices were a bit steep, but when I can I will support this store. read more

Second time in this shop. No greeting by the owner or employee. Looked around for specific cds/albums we were looking for and couldn't find. Asked the owner, who was still standing at the counter. She absolutely did not want to be bothered, did not want to help. The employee attempted to, then left. We looked around some more on our own and left empty handed. No "thanks for coming" or "goodbye". Zilch. We had money to burn and wanted to burn it, baby!! With the eBay prices and poor customer service (both times), I don't see this place lasting. I looked around for a different record to switch out but couldn't find anything, and its all WAAAAAY overpriced and so told the owner I'd prefer a discount. After she said she could only give me a store credit, I said I'd prefer a refund..... once she agreed she finally found my credit card transaction but ended up refunding someone else's credit card and not mine and I only realised once I was home. They have a large selection of LPs. I checked thoroughly the jazz section, which was vast. However, I did a double-take on the prices. The least expensive LP I saw was $20. Many were over $100! Similar LPs in similar shape cost much less in stores such as Twist and Shout and Wax Trax, both in Denver. I would only shop here as a last resort in pursuing an extremely rare LP. read more

I really want to like this record shop and support a local business but all of the times I shop here I am disappointed by the owner's demeanor (lack of professionalism) and price gouging. For new records expect to pay an average of $30-$40 per record. Prices very due to rarity of course. For just 3 new records expect to pay average average of $100+. There are used records and those prices vary but are still very overpriced. I've been there several times in its various locations but this past time was the last. I bought 3 records this last trip. Two new and one used in great condition. I got home and unpacked my records. The used record actually had the cellophane from the previous purchase when it was new. Price paid new: $42. Price Recycled Records charged: $40. There is no way to know how the owner prices records but this seems really wrong. Then one of my new records had a minor defect/scratch on the last 30 seconds of one side. I handled the record very carefully and it skipped on its very first play. I took it back to the store to see if I could exchange it. Right off the bat the owner immediately discounted that a new record would be scratched. I showed her the flaw and she proceed to tell me that oh that scratch shouldn't matter. Being that I paid $30 (After I bought it I looked online and it costs $18.99 new!) I really don't want to be dismissed and told that a scratch on my new record doesn't matter. She did play it in the store. It did not skip on her player like it did on player but the audio of the scratch on the record was very obvious. Since it didn't skip on her machine she would not replace my record. Her attitude the whole time was egregiously smug. As in - not her problem now that it has been purchased. I also brought in a few records in for trade credit. She did not apply that credit to my purchase and I realized it too late. So she got two free records of mine and I got a scratched record she wouldn't exchange. I love supporting small businesses but I will never shop here again. I feel taken and get the feeling of sneakiness and deception about the whole place. read more

This shop makes for a fun visit. You'll find a nicely curated large vinyl selection and they clean the vinyl with an inhouse ultrasonic cleaning machine before putting anything out for sale. The staff is always friendly and helpful and willing to chat with you. I see a lot of negative reviews which seem to be mostly about cost. This is a curated vinyl store, not a bargain basement kind of place and the prices are going to be higher for a place with curated vinyl. Just my 2 cents. read more

well my experience here was not as bad as the reviews I read. I bought some speakers here and less than 24 hours later I returned them, I did not have a problem returning them, but the lady who worked there, while she was polite, she processed my return and gave me a receipt. I have yet to receive my refund, and when I called the store she had absolutely no clue about her own return policy. The record at this store are VERY expensive, and while they may be original copies you'd expect mint condition for these prices. I saw records upwards of $250 dollars. that is ridiculous. Negative reviewers need to relax a bit, this is a great record store. Sure, the prices here are $5-10 more expensive than you'd find at other stores in Denver, but in exchange you get a record that's freshly cleaned by their ultrasonic machine, and the collection of records is really nicely curated. You can go online and labor over qualitative condition ratings, and clean the records yourself, or just pay the price here and actually enjoy the record shopping process. People complaining about calling in to ask if a certain record is in stock: really? The owner is one lady running everything, and you want her to stop everything she's doing and go search through the records for you? That's not how vinyl shopping should be, you might consider sticking with iTunes. All I see here is a well-maintained small store with an owner who's spent a lot of time collecting, cleaning, and sorting records. Whether or not that first edition Robert Johnson is worth $150 will always be in the eye of the beholder. read more

Nice used record store with poorly defined return policy and irritating personal. This store does appear to have a nice collection of jazz albums I am interested in. The albums appear to be well curated; all I looked over were clean even if some did have a few obvious scratches -- they are used records after all. The prices did seem a bit high but I bought several discs ( over $400 purchase) that I thought I'd have a hard time finding elsewhere. At check-out I inquired about their return policy and was told that I could return purchases for in-store credit only. I found this odd given my experience at other shops in the area, but I went along with it. Two discs had problems that became obvious when played them at home. One was warped ($120), and the other ($35) had a defect that sounded very much like a scratch on audio not just hissing and crackling. When I returned to obtain store credit for these discs I received a lot of hemming and hawing, as if they didn't really expect returns to actually happen. In the end I found that I couldn't get store credit per se, but I could pick out records of the same or lesser value there on the spot. I responded that this was odd and irritating, and was told by the attendant, "I'm not sure what to tell you; maybe I can talk to the owner." I went along so as not to lose my money. When the owner returned to the shop, she was kind enough to own the problem with the warped record. She was however a bit put out by my having returned the other. She cleaned the record again and put it on her turntable. The clicking/popping on the first track was clearly audible, more so than I'd expect for a $35 record. Her response was that such popping is common and should be expected on a used record. She was rather defensive and repeatedly asked me if "I didn't want popping." We clearly disagreed on what constituted a defect on a $35 record. (Note that I have bought records for fare less $$ without such defects. Also, this wasn't just hissing and crackling, it clearly was a glitch, whatever the cause.) I have shopped at several different used record stores in recent months/years and have never run into the high pricing, shaky return policy, and irritating attitude at this shop. Although they do have a nice collection, I won't return. Better shops elsewhere and online that are easier and more pleasant to work with. Too bad! We were in Longmont for an event and decided to see if there were any record stores in the area. Sure enough, Recycled Records popped up on Yelp but the reviews terrified me. Since it was only 3 min away we decided to pop in and see for ourselves. I was pleased to see they had a large, wide selection of mostly used vinyl. Ya know, the kind of music that was recorded to be played on vinyl, not music made for digital platforms then put on vinyl. Yes, this store has some very expensive records from limited pressings or just rare original albums but they also have plenty of 10-20$ records. The mor common originals were pretty pricey. I paid 25$ for Superfly and 40$ for From the Mars Hotel. I was looking for a new jazz album and the lady working in the store (assuming it's the same lady mentioned in other reviews). She was super helpful in suggesting a few albums in the price range I was targeting and we then listened to a few of them. If you're looking to browse through original records or have been searching for a hard to find original, this is a good place to check out. read more

I went into this Record store not expecting alot. Was I in for surprise. The staff was very friendly, helpful and cordial. I started looking through the inventory and immediately found. A great selection of Traditional Bluegrass, (Rare hard to find I might add) artists from various sources and labels. Southern Rock, oh yeah brother! I picked up very rare Mint Condition 1974 (Charlie Daniel's LP "Way Down Yonder" on independent label) impossible to find in this condition and Folk-Rock ( Rare Neil Young bootleg) plus 70's Outlaw Country ( Steve Young) The Classic Rock section also is unsurpassed. Very reasonably priced to considering they are cleaned and have outer plastic sleeve protectors on every album in stock there. Since I was outta state. I was naturally concerned about purchasing to many records, becuase of hassels of carry on items on the plane. I met Gale ( the owner) the next day I went in. She was very helpful to me, in fact she gave me a mailer ( no charge) and told me how to just ship the Records to my self. So, these other negative reviews on Yelp from local yokels/rednecks ( who obviously have a negative agenda and attitude toward her and this fine store) need to get a life and shut up. Do not listen to the negative reviews on here..gesh. In my experience there 2 days shopping at Recycled Records. I couldn't have had a better experience. I also purchased a bottle of Record Cleaner which they make at the store. Unfortunately, I had it stolen from me at the airport ( by the Fking TSA at Denver International Airport) before I made it home.I wasn't happy about that. I've tried so many record cleaners that NEVER worked, so Gale was also helpful by telling me how make my own Record Cleaner. Which I now do. Had I not met her and went through the situation of the TSA STEALING my record cleaner ( Which I spent MY money on) I would probably still be losing money on buying various, crappy Record cleaners ( which never worked ever) from other Record stores near me. And, yes folks the cleaner I make actually works! UPDATE: After reading all these negative reviews on here ( mostly from accounts who have no picture or avatar = paid trolls) about the store and Gale (The Owner) it's my honest review and I'm gonna add my own two cents. To the ones on here who say well DISCOGS prices are 50% lower than Recycled Records and eBay has sellers who sell lower. Wake up and get in the Real World and not this fake false sense of internet buy and sell. There's nothing like going into a Physical Record store and holding and examining a potential LP you might want. Then you make your decision on what is what or if price is reasonable. Just becuase some seller on Ebay or Discogs list a record cheaper than what Gale has for sale doesn't mean anything in the real world. You have to be an idiot to even justify that kinda thinking! Take it for what it's worth because I was selling CDs and some vinyl not buying but... I was impressed with the size of the store first off. I thought the woman that helped was personable and easy to talk to. While she was looking through my stuff I was looking around and can say they have representation in just about every genre. The store is pretty cool too, in my opinion, and there is plenty of room that you're not going to be crowded or cramped while looking. Personally I think they have a great website as well. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I mean if you like a cranky old woman to ignore you and talk rudely to you and your children along with ridiculous prices, then by all means go here. On top of that it is a stone's throw from the vagrant street walkers mecca of longmont so if you want to get mugged on your way in or out, then this place is for you. I was just casually going in to kill time while waiting for another appointment and the lady there was so rude to me and my boys. She asked for me to leave my kids outside....it was raining. She wasn't kidding. I asked her if she had any soundgarden albums on vinyl and she said "no we wouldn't have them" in a really judgy tone.....they did have them. She acted like she wanted to go bankrupt and my potential purchase was getting in her way of losing money. The selection was just okay, I've seen worse but I've usually seen better too. Prices were way too high. She clearly has no idea that the Internet has what she has for about 40-90% less than she has. I tried to banter with her about her players and was shocked to see that they were in excess of 400$ for some lame equipment. She was pushing one model and had no idea if it was a belt or direct drive but was sure that it was a "great deal for you". If I had to guess, she runs the store as a money laundering front company for the mob and hates to keep up the pretense that she wants to sell records. She watched my boys like they were going to erupt into flames at any minute and destroy the records she didn't want to sell and had no idea about. In a final attempt to win her over I asked if one of the posters was for sale. She said, "geez, I don't know, I would have to price it." I said, "oh, ok- it sounds like you don't want to sell it." Her reply was "I don't think you really want it..." as if to say "get the hell out of my store unless you want to buy something." The entire experience was weird and I'll never go back...unless the vagrants burn it down, I'd go to watch that. read more

I'm a serious vinyl enthusiast with over 1000 records in my growing collection. I also clean my own records with a mechanical clean first (Spin-Clean) followed by an ultrasonic cleaning with a deGritter. Now, with some experience to build on, this store has way better than average inventory. They also have both vinyl and CD's. To their credit, they clean EVERY used vinyl record they sell. Now the bad. I shopped several records today on a list I prepared in advance. Every record of the five on my list exceeded the highest value listed on Discogs. Discogs is not just a place to purchase records. Their app is designed to store one's collection list, in addition to offering the ability to buy and sell. Discogs is generally recognized as the gold standard on pricing. Recycled Records is likely pricing their products 25% or higher than comparable stores. If Value = Quality/Price, you can still get quality here. But beware the low value as it is offset by significantly higher prices than competitors. read more

I don't think I've ever left a bad review for anyone, or anything. But this shop is so bad, I feel obligated to. As an avid 20+ year collector, I can say with all certainty that this is the most overpriced, appalling, cash-grab of a record store I've ever seen. It's like an oversized antique store booth, filled with grossly over-priced records of questionable condition. Simply put; You will pay very top-end ebay or discogs price for every used record in there, plus about 20%. Now that certainly doesn't mean top-end condition, in fact quite the opposite most times. You'll pay let's say, $25 for a record you could pick up even on ebay in the same condition for $8-10. And one you'd pick up from any respectable shop for $5 or less. And 'New Vinyl' ... Holy crap, where to begin? I want to stress I am not excising higher numbers for dramatic effect, I guarantee these to be accurate. But just on a quick browse of the memory, I saw King Crimson reissues priced at $50 plus tax. I could literally have the same record delivered to my door for $35 at standard price, and can find online for as low as $28 shipped to my door. Old Riverside, DolChess blues reissues priced at $25-40, that I could again, literally have shipped to my door for $16-20. Yes I'm serious, Yes I'm sure. I have not lived here long, but I can only assume that the record buying population of Boulder county is one of the first groups to suffer under marijuana legalization. Because you'd have to be completely stoned out of any kind of reality to pay these prices, and keep an abomination like this in business. Seriously Longmont, and other Coloradans in the area. If you think this is a good shop, or you've found a good deal, you're a fool. A genuine fool. Even a brief perusal of the internet, and you should quickly find that you can get anything you find there for almost literally half, and oft times even less than that. A genuinely sad place for any for knowledgeable collector. And sadly, not the only ones. Far too many of these places popping up these days. But man, is the one the worst :( read more

Horrible service and the highest prices I've ever seen in a record shop! I don't know how they stay in business. Brought some records in to trade for store credit. The owner was on the phone with a friend/husband/someone chatting for almost 20 minutes. She saw me walk in the door and told me to "hold on". It very unprofessional of her to talk loudly about how horrible your employees are over the phone with a customer standing right in front of you!! After the wait she was only interested in one that I brought it, which is fine. I was surprised by the $2 she offered me for my Tom Petty album after seeing how extremely high their prices are, but that's fine too...I think I only gave a buck for it at goodwill a couple of years ago, I'm not greedy. Really want to like this record store in my area. The selection is great, but the prices are absolutely insulting. New vinyl seems to start at $40-$50+. I don't understand. It almost as if they take what's charged at other stores or online, then double it. Been in a few times hoping against hope that the prices would adjust, but no such luck. Painful. Expensive! Most USED records $30. Many MUCH more. Had about 10 used turntables, not priced but numbered. I wasn't looking to buy so I didn't ask. I wanted to buy some inner sleeves but they were out, except for the stack of 150 or so in the record cleaning area. Said they would have some soon, so why not sell me some of those? No matter, I won't be back, it's not worth $20 a record to have them clean them, I can do that myself. I just moved to the area from LA county and prices were higher than any record store in Hollywood or Santa Monica. There was one store in Orange CO. But I only went there once and didn't spend any money. Gave them 2 stars because the store was clean and we'll organized. I think I'll run into Boulder tomorrow and check out some stores there. read more

I absolutely love this store! I have bought a majority of my vinyl collection from this place and this has easily been one of my favorite places in Longmont as well as my significant other and a few of my vinyl loving friends favorite places. All the staff, especially the owner are all super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The selection here is amazing, everything from classic rock to alternative and punk to reggae and everything in between. Now yes some of the vinyls have a higher price tag but you're supporting local business and not billionaire Bezos and you're getting the help you need from knowledgeable and friendly employees. They are also very fair with their trades and even have a punch card system for a free vinyl after you've bought 10. All in all this is an amazing spot in Longmont and I couldn't be happier with them read more

All of the negative reviews here are spot on. I live in the neighborhood and have dropped in 4-5 times. Aside from the insultingly high prices I have never once NOT been the recipient of a rude or awkward exchange from the owner lady. (I assume she is the owner because any businessperson would fire her). Drive to Black and Read in Arvada to buy your record, then go buy yourself lunch, then a cocktail. It will still cost you less and you won't be supporting a business that does not appreciate it's customers. read more

if i could give this place anything less than a one star rating, i would. they used to have three employees but now all ive seen is the one girl and the lady. the girl is fine and is really polite if you catch her when the lady is out but the lady is curt, rude and demeaning. she'll insult anyone if she's in the right mood. new records are sold way above market price and the lady brags to anyone that comes in that the records are "mint" (they're not). don't give this place the time of day. twist and shout, records on the hill or even whatever the place on main street is called will give you a better price and a better experience read more

I think that the good and bad reviews can be split between true collectors and the wash. I can see how non-collectors might be pissed, but as a true collector that meticulously selected everything that I buy, I love this place. I don't buy much new stuff. I have found records in this store that I have never seen in person, can look at with my own eyes instead of trusting an online rating and otherwise judge if I would like it. Sure, they are not cheap, but if you are into buying from discogs, eBay, etc, then I never find these to be any more money and I am never disappointed since I can see them. They will even take the record back if it plays poorly. If you want cheap, thrift store records at a shop, then go elsewhere, but here are some examples of what I found there for a reasonable (not cheap) price... first press of Coltrane's Blue Train for $150 in perfect condition, Stereo 2nd State Butcher for $250 as good as I have ever seen with minimal yellowing, lots of Third Man Jack White/White Stripes limited stuff that is only available in Europe and cost just as much. I also ran into a whole bunch of Brit Punk that she got from some collection that made my month. I have taken a few of my friends into this place and they all gush over the quality and selection. They all have left very happy after finding a few life-long treasures, but they also understand what they are looking at... an unopened, first press of Dylans first album is not going to be $9 like a press from the 1980s. read more

I'm a lifelong record collector and have been in record stores all over the U.S., but I've never seen such overpriced records! Seriously, most of their display records are easily 2-3x Discogs or even Ebay prices. I know that they recently changed locations, but their entire stock is in plastic tubs. PLASTIC TUBS! Expect the records in the back 1/4 of each tub to be warped. I can easily spend 2+ hours in a well-stocked store (and can spend hundreds of $$$ at one go), but I walked out of this place empty-handed after about 10 minutes of looking. Definitely won't be back unless the owner has a moment of clarity/sanity and rethinks the prices. read more

Ridiculously high prices! As much as I like great blues, I'm not paying $200 for a Howlin' Wolf record even if it is a first edition. Average price for any record is $50. Do yourself a favor, and drive to the record stores in Denver or Fort Collins and save a ton of money, or simply look online. The owner wasn't very nice either. She acted like I wasn't "cool" enough to know anything about vinyl, and asked me if I even owned a turntable. Kept insisting that I seemed really confused. The only thing I was confused about was the outrageous prices!I wanted to walk out as soon as I saw the first few price tags. I also found a few bins of records I liked, but she said they weren't ready. I asked her to give me a price, and she just acted like it was a hassle and said there's plenty more to look at. I really like to shop local and stay away from the big box stores and the internet, but I also know when I'm paying too much. If businesses like this can't lower their prices and be fair they're just going to continue to lose business to smart consumers. They need to realize the whole world is connected by the internet and we all search and communicate. read more

Terrible customer service. I'd been looking for a specific record at a few places, so I call Recycled Records. The owner picks up, and she seems extremely inconvenienced that I'm asking her whether she has a record in stock (she sighs heavily, doesn't seem to know where to look for the record in the shop, complains that the band doesn't list the titles on the front of the albums, so she's going to have to pull out *every one* to read the spine), and cross-examines me on why I can't just come to the store to look myself (where do you live? how far is that? can't you just drive here?). Finally, she finds the record and tells me it's $20. That's really exciting to me, because I've been looking for this record for a while, and that's a really good price, so I double-check: really? $20? Yes. I ask her for the hours of the shop, and she doesn't seem to really know (huh?), but says they'll be open "for a while" today. Okay, so I call up a friend in Boulder and ask her to drive up to Longmont to pick up the record for me. Friend shows up and the record is priced at $62... over THREE TIMES what she told me on the phone. When my friend says, "I thought it was $20?" she patronizingly responds, "Oh no, this is a *very* rare record!" Well no sh**. Thanks but no thanks... I'll spend my money elsewhere. TL;DR - The owner of this shop doesn't know: 1) what she has in stock; 2) where her records are located in her shop; 3) the hours of her shop; 4) how to read a price tag; 5) how to talk to customers. read more

In addition to the over-priced records that people keep mentioning in these reviews, the vintage audio gear should be avoided at all costs. I impulsively, and regretfully, bought a receiver from this place last month. For some reason I didn't bat an eye as the store's owner hemmed and hawed about whether the pieces had been overhauled. Silly me. I brought the receiver home, plugged it in, and it nearly worked. Figuring a little contact cleaner on the volume pot would resolve the crunchy noises in the right channel, I opened up box. It looked like the thing had been stored in a barn for 30 years. The problem is far more complicated that I anticipated. I tried to speak to the owner about the issue, but...well it was weird and I concluded that there was no point in trying to get a refund; I'll eat my pride, fix the receiver myself, and take this as a lesson. read more

I was an employee here for a few months. It's a good place in a rather dinky longmont. Good for taking your family, and looking at the impressive stock there is. You can easily get lost in the three rooms they have here for an hour or so looking through all the beautiful records and cds there are. They are all ultrasonically cleaned, and no records in bad condition end up making it into the front. HOWEVER, the lady that runs the place is absolutely disrespectful, and is really bad at making her business a comfortable place. First things first, nearly everything in the store is wrongly priced. She mostly takes guesses that end up being too high. Money wise, you'd be better off buying your records online. Another thing that happens quite often, is she will be constantly talking on her phone throughout the day, even while dealing with customers. Ive witnessed her on the phone talking garbage about customers while they are still in the store, and some people have heard her, gotten angry and left. She is also very rude to nearly everyone to their faces, and will complain whenever they ask her to do something for her. When I first started she told me that I could pretty much come and go as I wanted, as long as I wrote down my hours. One time, my girlfriend (who is pregnant) came to pick me up a little early, we both had important errands to run. Gale snapped at my girlfriend for getting me so soon (although she had been okay with it multiple times before) and pulled me aside and called my girlfriend a b-word to my face and promptly told me to get an abortion. No joke. I should have quit that day but my love for records slowed that process down a ton. I just so happen to have a bad case of ADD. I can still preform basic tasks without my medications, but if I do take them that day it makes me a bit more concentrated and focused. One day I had forgotten to take my prescription. Gale asked me why I looked so down, so I told her that I forgot to take my meds that day and was still tired. She lectured me for a really long time and basically told me that if I ever come in without taking my meds again then she would fire me. This is illegal and rude. I came in many days after that without taking my meds and she complimented me on how much work I got done. She is very unaware of things. Don't even get me started on how underpaid the employees are... She also does not keep inventory on anything, and I've seen customers ask for certain records, and she will get mad at the employees for not finding them when she cannot even find them herself. When I first started there were thousands and thousands of random records scattered all over the floors of the inventory rooms. She has no idea what she has and doesn't have and relies on her employees entirely for this. She is extremely disorganized and the store suffers from this dramatically. I could give many more stories but I'll end it here, I'm not using this review to prevent people from having fun and going to the record store, do what you want. Its a shame that it has to be this way as I'm absolutely in love with the record industry. Its a wonderful place to go here in Longmont and I don't want it to die out. I'm hoping this review helps the store out and makes it a better business and a more comfortable, respectful place where you can get records at, but for now it is mostly a dissapointment and a rip off. read more

I browsed through this store for about an hour and could have spent more time there. It's a great local record store with a large selection of vinyl, and all of the used vinyl that I looked at appeared to be in great shape. The used vinyl starts at $8.00. I didn't have time to look at everything that I wanted to, and could have easily spent all day there looking at what they had, but I did walk out with a few albums at a decent price. read more

LOOK ELSEWHERE. I purchased my first record player here to get started in the world of vinyl, a portable Crosley record player. The store owner recommended it as a "starting" turntable, but little did I know that it has a tracking force on the stylus that is WAY too high, 5 grams. It cost me $100. I bought this portable record scratcher less than a week ago, but the store owner would not allow me to return it even though it is in the exactly same condition as when I received it. Now I have a crappy record player and a bunch of records that I don't want to damage. Do not shop here unless you prefer being lied to your face. read more
