It was not without it's challenges, but throughout the process AWD was responsive and professional. They even fixed the site in the middle of the night once after it broke due to no fault of their own. I wanted to wait a while to write this review to make sure accurate accounting of not only the sites creation, but also of the ongoing relationship as the site has experienced a slew of updates. So far, so good - they run a great company. My point man has been James, and the lead developer on the project is Ben. Both of these people have been wonderful, patient, and responsive. Isaac, the CEO, is pleasant to work with and straightforward. The only constructive feedback I have is that work often misses getting completed by the estimated completion dates. That said, they have been generous with allowing multiple rounds of edits and feedback, working hard to make sure my vision comes through. Highly recommended.

From the very beginning, these guys were professional and easy to work with. The sales process was easy - I liked how they setup their packages/pricing. Any time I had a question, they made sure to clearly answer it. Their response time to emails and phone calls could not have been better (most of the time, they were waiting for ME to reply!) When it came to developing the new site, these guys made it a cinch. They offered many options and example sites for me to pick design elements from and also provided feedback and ideas. I wasn't sure what I wanted the site to look like initially, but they quickly had me envisioning the possibilities. Through the design process, James was phenomenal to work with. He was extremely responsive and very detailed with his questions about the site and made sure to tell me what to expect during the process. He was very timely and got things done when he said he would. James read my (sometimes lengthy) emails describing what I wanted, and almost always hit it on the head with the first attempt. At the end of the day, the website does everything we wanted and looks great! James has also helped us since the site went live, after we decided to make a couple changes. Within a week, I jumped from the top quarter-percentile to the top 5% and I've had acual paid clients come from her work with me, not just BS leads that turn into nothing. I REALLY like having the money I spend on marketing come back to me immediately. Traditional marketing is NOT like that, and I've had frustrating experiences spending money on advertising in the past, and not knowing if it even worked, so this was a welcome change. The team is also really hands-on. Their personal attention really sets them apart from other cookie-cutter firms that help with SEO and Social Media. We met twice a week during my training, and I had about a million questions answered. It was super helpful. Every mistake they made they blamed a different department within their company or the previous person in that position that was no longer with the company. First they misquoted me because of their inability to listen even though I repeatedly made very clear what I wanted. And it wasn't until we had already proceeded with the project assuming the first quote I was given was correct since I clearly went over everything I wanted with them. So my options were to get less than what I wanted for the price I expected or get what I expected for more than the price I wanted and was given. I should have cut my losses then. Getting them to do anything was like pulling teeth out and the communication was non existent. After doing everything to get the job done except the actual printing of the material, I provided my payment information to them to take payment and be done with them. That was in September 2021. Never once did I get a call from them or receive any notification from them in the mail until this month (May 2022) when I received a very demanding 90+ day past due invoice. They took my payment information but never processed my payment. And what do you know, when I reached out to ask why they never processed the payment and why I'm just now finding out about it, more finger painting within other departments of the same company. Saying I had a horrible experience would be an understatement. Do not do business with this joke of a company
