I hired the team for a large-scale print project, with booklets that needed to be printed, bound, and ready for an event just days later. Kristen was my point of contact from start to finish. My colleague picked up the books the morning they were ready and echoed the same sentiments I had--that the owners were welcoming and very helpful. Thank you SO much for your help!

I truly enjoyed working with Rural Rooster. Everyone was very friendly. I especially loved working with Audrey. Audrey is the person who first responded to my inquiry via email. Her quick replies and friendly tone in her emails sold me on going with Rural Rooster. When I met with her she was just as kind in person as she was communicating by email. So kudos to her! Jonathan also helped me with my order. He provided quick responses to my inquires and questions. So kudos to him! They provided me with a good quote, they worked on my logo, provided me with proofs, the proofs sparked a new idea for my logo, they were open to using a logo created by my friend and they were quick to make the changes I requested. My kids and i are happy with the product as well, not just the service. They made the whole process easy and quick. I recommend this place.

The quality of the printing was atrocious, it was worse than using an iron on, after the first wash colors has bled and parts of the outline were actually flaking off. While I understand that our 20 shirt order is not a big order there is a standard that should be set for all orders. The only positives about the experience was that they got our order done on time (although I would have rather waited for higher quality), and they did discount the shirts after we complained. Do not fall for the slick website, the work is mediocre. Do as I will do next year and find a different shop.

Not only did she quickly grasp the way that I needed my website to function, Laurel completely nailed my aesthetic and voice from our very first meeting. I really appreciated how prompt and understanding she was of my specific requests, and how she never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her for asking for exactly what I want. She also anticipated a hundred little thing that I never would have thought of to make my site smoother and prettier, just 'cause she's not happy until every detail is just right. On top of it all, six months later, she's continued to answer my random questions and make little tweaks and not so little upgrades to my site, so I was never left with a product that looked good right after it was designed but that I couldn't update or manage on my own. And she's designed some amazingly beautiful posters and promotional materials for the store, all with similarly stellar results. The icing on the delicious cake of all this creativity and technical know-how is that Laurel is just an all-around bad ass babe, so sweet and fun and cool to hang out with... how many web developers can you say that about? Very professional and personable, answering my questions, explained the process they take, and you can tell that Josh is an expert and been doing this for a long time. He jokes that he was there when Al Gore invented the internet. A little cheesy but believable for how long he and his team have been doing this. I think I remember him saying over 20 years just by himself. The thing that impressed me most were the questions he asked to really understand my vision along with offering suggestions and ideas I never had thought of, nor had any of the other companies suggested.
