Not only did she quickly grasp the way that I needed my website to function, Laurel completely nailed my aesthetic and voice from our very first meeting. I really appreciated how prompt and understanding she was of my specific requests, and how she never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her for asking for exactly what I want. She also anticipated a hundred little thing that I never would have thought of to make my site smoother and prettier, just 'cause she's not happy until every detail is just right. On top of it all, six months later, she's continued to answer my random questions and make little tweaks and not so little upgrades to my site, so I was never left with a product that looked good right after it was designed but that I couldn't update or manage on my own. And she's designed some amazingly beautiful posters and promotional materials for the store, all with similarly stellar results. The icing on the delicious cake of all this creativity and technical know-how is that Laurel is just an all-around bad ass babe, so sweet and fun and cool to hang out with... how many web developers can you say that about? My company had a long history or working with CCWest. We worked with them closely for many years to…read moreprint and frame artwork that would be hung in all of our offices across the country. Their process for these framed signs was flawed. They printed out the creative on a thin piece of paper, then glued it to a piece of cardboard and framed it. About half of the signage we have now (literally hundreds of pieces), has bubbles and is completely ruined. When I brought it up to our rep who is no longer with the company, he was not helpful whatsoever in working together to fix this issue for future framed pictures. So, we found a printer who would do it cheaper and do a better job. The relationship with CCWest did not end on bad terms, or so I thought. We took that piece of the business away, yes, but we have hundreds of print projects a year that we do. I didn't realize they would take it so personally, especially when it was their own fault. Recently, we had to contact them to order hanging hardware for some wall signage. They were rude, hard to work with, and when I called the contact who we used to work with, the man in charge of the company, he didn't answer and still hasn't called me back. We were considering sending new business their way and including them on the bidding process for future print orders, but definitely not now. They burned a very large bridge, and it's just bad business. So, all in all, I recommend going with 360 Press Solutions over CCWest. They are nicer, less expensive AND higher quality.

I took a class from the owner of the company and learned how to optimize my profile on LinkedIn to get new clients. Within a week, I jumped from the top quarter-percentile to the top 5% and I've had acual paid clients come from her work with me, not just BS leads that turn into nothing. I REALLY like having the money I spend on marketing come back to me immediately. Traditional marketing is NOT like that, and I've had frustrating experiences spending money on advertising in the past, and not knowing if it even worked, so this was a welcome change. The team is also really hands-on. Their personal attention really sets them apart from other cookie-cutter firms that help with SEO and Social Media. We met twice a week during my training, and I had about a million questions answered. It was super helpful. I have friends who have worked with bigger social media marketing firms in Austin (not naming any names, haha, but I'm sure you can figure it out) and they get passed off to a young clueless intern immediately after they sign the dotted line. I really like how I work with the same person every time, email her, text her, etc. I'm a night owl and so is she. ;) I just signed on with her to manage all my social media content marketing (we're doing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram) so I'll update this review with my experiences on that end when I'm further along as a client.
