I had issues with my right knee and received injections for awhile which helped for awhile until it wore down to bone on bone. I decided on a knee replacement. Had a pain issue after the knee replacement and Dr. Castillo was able to give an injection to take away that pain - haven't had any pain in that area since. I also have issues with arthritis and lower back which I receive injections. It helps to control the pain as well as managing pain meds. The doctor and his team are all excellent care givers. Yes, occasionally one has to wait a little longer because the doctor is treating other patients - I understand that he takes the amount of time needed to make sure the procedure is being done right. He gives everyone the time needed to address whatever issues a person is having.

I tried this for an entire business day and never got through to the office. The two Drs who really made a difference during their short employment at IPC were Dr Stephen Karp & Dr Jason, as well as their medical assistants, who kept the "Human" in patient care, and took the time to understand my chronic health condition and the most appropriate care plan for me, not for the general population with my condition.
