I was treated by Physical Therapist Kayla Janowski and shown recovery type of exercises at the facility with instructions to repeat at home. Kayla was very accommodating with my physical limitations and restrictions. She is a great listener and allowed me to go at my own pace. I am scheduled to come back for more treatments. Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.

But it's now 5:45pm and I still haven't been seen and barely have been acknowledged. They stuck me in an exam room, there was one nice nurse that came in and took my vitals (and for the record she is the only one here that was warm or kind) then shut the door and here I sit for 45 mins without another word from anyone. So I opened the door to make sure I'm not forgotten and the provider comes and tells me she has to shut the door for Hippa (never mind that I can hear everything anyways). So I am currently sitting in the hot, stuffy exam room with no end in sight and the door closed. On the back of the door is a sign encouraging reviews on Yelp... so I start reading the reviews and seems like my visit is par for the course at this place. Definitely won't be back. Debating on even staying at this point.

I moved to anthem and saw the great reviews at Premier wellness center. 5 weeks ago Dr. Kelly Collins injected my lips for the second time. Immediately I noticed a huge lump forming on the left side of my upper lip. It is a clear bubble filled of Juvederm (cyst) which is caused by improper injection. I came back twice to have her dissolve it but the cyst is still there after a whole month!!! I asked for my money back and Dr. Kelly who is also the owner would not give me my money back and told me to read the sign in the front of the window that says "no refunds" which I still have not seen.

I only wish I had done this first as it would have saved me months of headache trying to do things the way the front desk personnel instructed me (to contact the billing dept). As I told Aubrey (who was delightful), I will give it another go should I need physical therapy in the future, but I will monitor the claims closely instead of trusting the staff as I did the first time. Original review--- The care I was given by my Physical Therapist and staff was great. The fact that they over billed me for $172 and change and I am 3 months later still begging them to send me a check is ridiculous. I brought the error to their attention the end of Nov. and I have made at least 6 calls to the billing dept and each time I am given confirmation that they owe me the money but there is some excuse for why they can't/haven't issued a check for it. The customer (no) service rep I last spoke to yelled at me for complaining about the problem and told me I was yelling and then disconnected my call. The medical staff was great the accounting and business side is a disaster so beware of being over charged and not getting your money back!
